I need to be able to relate to something that happened to me in order for the words to flow. If I'm really stuck, I'll actually start writing about my current experience, like, "I'm totally stuck and have no clue what to write next. Paul Colaianni, How to Deal with Irrational People: What to do When Common Sense Fails and "Crazy" Behavior Prevails

“A "breakdown" is when you've exhausted every option and have no choice but to accept the fact that you are powerless to create the outcome you want.

A "breakthrough" has the same definition.”
Paul Colaianni, host of The Overwhelmed Brain
