What I'm Writing Now - Unedited

This is a tiny taste of a new contemporary story that I am writing at this very moment. This is not edited, will likely get smoothed and changed, but I thought I'd share a bit of a scene I am having fun with.

"Since you brought in the signed contract I'm not going to ask again if you're sure. You'll simply follow the instructions either of us give." Chase didn't let up with the pictures and other than stand there and wait she didn't know what else to do.

"Relax, don't tense up. No one is going ...

Upcoming eBooks I need to read!

I see a lot of chatter around the net on what traditional published books are coming out and the readers who are anxiously waiting for them. And while I do read a mix of traditional and small press eBooks, I find that I read a lot more small press. So I thought I'd share a few of those books that are coming out that I am crazy anxious to read.

In no particular order:

Deep in the Woods by Annabel Joseph - After reading Comfort Object, I looked her up and found this coming soon that sounds great....

5 Stars & A Top Pick for Dirty Deeds!

Thank you very much to Delenn at Night Owl Romance for reviewing Dirty Deeds!

Here is what she had to say:

"Dirty Deeds" takes the reader on a trip to the wild side. No humans allowed, it's all about the demon political structure and the power shifts that occur when bargains made are unfulfilled.

Dirty Deeds was just that! Hot, Steamy, spicy and just down right erotic.

Poor Melody sold her soul to the demon Harold and now for almost three months she has missed her soul stealing quota and now sh...

Been Under The Weather

If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook you probably already know this but I've been a bit under the weather with some sort of crazy cold that has turned into the crud. It's kind of like being on a roller coaster because I have my ups and downs with it especially at night. I keep thinking if I could sleep through the night I'd probably feel a whole better.

Anyways...

I've been feeling bad for ignoring the blogs so thought I would check in and say hello. I need to pick some winners for some cont...

Whipped Cream Reviews gives Fire & Desire 5 Cherries!

"Eliza Gayle writes a very sensual story bringing the reader into her world and keeping hold until the very end. Quick paced and well written this story sizzles right off the pages..."

Welcome back to Purgatory!

Ruby has come to terms with her fire fetish as a fire inspector and a part-time bartender at the fetish club Purgatory. As part of the staff she can experiment with her desires without worrying about going too far or too deep into a scene she is certain she doesn't belong in. But there'...

Reading, Writing and a Free eBook

Now that I sort of feel like I've recovered from my work trip, I should get back to the business of blog writing.

I've been letting stress get to me lately and I think everything has suffered for it. The blogs, the writing, pretty much everything. Plus the kids were home this week for spring break and that definitely threw my schedule off despite them not being a pain at all. :)

Of course Lora Leigh's latest book, Lion's Heat came out last week so all I really wanted to do was read every chanc...

A Reading Update

We still have a week to go in March and I've already completed my Menage month commitment. In fact I'm quite pleased with how much I've been reading lately. Especially from my very very long TBR pile.

Here are the menage books I read:

Tempt Me Twice by Eden Bradley
Rules of Attraction by India Masters
Truce of Trust by Lisabet Sarai
Stay With Me by Maya Banks
Amber Eyes by Maya Banks

Only slightly off track from what I'd planned but 5 nonetheless. And I have at least two more on the list for my trip...

Happy Saturday!

If you've landed here today looking for the Saturday Snippet, you'll find it at my website blog here. Today's theme is family and I've posted an excerpt from my Pentacles of Magick series.

I've been a busy bee lately with lots of writing and now editing. I received two sets of edits on two different books yesterday so as soon as I get through that I'll be back to post an updating on my reading this month. Somehow I've managed to make it through a bunch of books. I already met the menage challe...
