Swamped! I'm cranking on Echo 15 at the moment. Barely time to look back at all that's happened since San Diego, but here are a few things I saved to show you.

A fun iFanBoy interview. This video tabs to me but you will want to check out the rest of the video… good stuff!

Just so you know, the new prints I made for San Diego are now available at the store. The SiP print:

The new Echo print:

Echo

Which is actually 1/2 of a 2-print design with my booth mate at San Diego, Jeff "RASL" Smith! Buy the Echo sid

SiP Omnibus Update

After a brief stopover at San Diego,  the first palette of the SiP Omnibus is in our warehouse now. The rest should arrive the 3rd week of August, at which time we will immediately begin processing and shipping out orders. If you were one of the wonderful people who purchased early then I have something to show you… pictures of what you have to look forward to! I broke open a box and shot a few photos to point out some of the things I love about this edition.

First off, you may have already read

After the con

We fly home today after a couple of days off to recuperate, so I don't have all my notes and pictures for you. But I can show you a couple of photos from my phone. Here's a stack of Omnibus sets at our booth. This was just a small amount compared to what we had at the show.

Echo the Movie

It's official. We have made a deal for the film rights to Echo with Watchmen/Hellboy producer Lloyd Levin. The deal was outed today by Variety. Needless to say, I'm very pleased about this. More details later but, my plan is to get Echo made as a movie, and SiP on tv (think HBO). This SDCC, my agent, Nick Harris, will start the push for SIP tv. Selling Echo will help because Echo is easy to explain, SiP isn't. You have to read all of SiP to get it, and who wants to read a 2200 page story?

"New" SiP-Echo fans website!

You know, there is a place you can go to meet with SiP fans from all over the world. It's the SiPFans web site. Been there for a number of years, supporting me and my work , which has up until recently, been primarily Strangers In Paradise. Now, with Echo in high gear, the site has recently been renovated into much more than a SiP site.I heard about this and went to check it out and… wow! Just the amount of resources there blew me away. Like where to go find anything and everything I ever made,

Omnibus finished… at last!

Okay, I’m guilty. I’ve been lettting my daily posts on Twitter and Facebook serve as my contributions to The Cloud (geekspeak for the virutal world of net servers that serve as our very own matrix these days). But, there’s an awful lot of info and dialogue left on the cutting room floor when you have to speak in 140 character soundbites. So now I see what the blogs are for. Twitter is fun and fast. Facebook is very useful, but there’s nothing like your own blog for dishing the dirt in detail. He

Omnibus details & Sneak Peek

A few more details on the Omnibus:

Print run will be 1250, signed and numbered. From this amount, Diamond has ordered 500 to list in their July Previews catalog.

The Omnibus is 3 hardcover books in a slipcase. Books One and Two and 1056 and 1072 pages, respectively. They contain the entire story and all the extra issues. I’m very pleased to say I was able to use this opportunity to put the story together properly so that it now reads in perfect order, without interruptions (re: special issues and
