The Conspiracy

One of my “professional” reviewers (BookLife prize in fiction) once said “This violent, cinematic second entry in the Gordon Hudde Novel Series shows promise, with its surprisingly original plot, and despite a dauntingly large cast of characters.”

I know as a reader it is sometimes difficult to follow large casts of characters; however I also think it worthy to realistically describe the mechanisms set up by antagonist. This thought process, I believe, lends to the realism of the Conspiracy novel.

What do you think?

Merry Christmas

For me, or the human side of me*, the best scene in Ben Hur is this: You see that it is not the water but the touch of Jesus that brings life to Ben Hur.It reminds me a great deal of this famous painting: Rejoice!*The author in me appreciates that Ben Hur is allowed to get his revenge.

Gordan Hudde- the series.

Gordan Hudde is on a journey that I would not wish on anyone.

But he is trained and prepared for most of what he comes in contact with; his changes/growth as a character can be seen more from book to book (I think).
A Deep Purple Hue
I certainly will not give any spoilers here.
If you like conspiracy/thrillers and are willing to give a review, I would be more than happy to start you down that path with Gordan, if you dare, with a free copy of his first story- freshly re-written- A Deep Purple Hue!

Send me your email address through my contact me page: https://www.markhudsonofficialsite.co...

*Offer good until Jan 2, 2018.

*just in the case that a huge run threatens to break me!

re-written: A Deep Purple Hue

What if a high ranking official had developed a conspiracy to change America into something we are not nor have ever been?

What if another saw this and constructed their own conspiracy around the first, the second would never be ferreted out if the first was never know.

What would happen if an undercover agent found all this out with just hours left to stop it?

Who would believe?

Political Thriller

The "proof" copy that I will be reviewing this weekend. Should be available for sale soon.On FaceBook I asked people to help with short blurb descriptions; any opinions here?1.) A conspiracy hidden inside another conspiracy and only hours left to stop it. The most powerful men inside politics circle each other in a deadly chess match to change America’s foreign policy and America forever. If either wins, the country loses; can it even be stopped?or2.) A plane sits on a runway, once aloft the most horrifying conspiracy imagined will begin to destroy the country. One man has uncovered the truth; who would believe him and what lengths is he willing to go to stop the madmen?I may use a combination.

Coming Soon!

What if a high ranking official had developed a conspiracy to change America into something we are not nor have ever been? What if another saw this and constructed their own conspiracy around the first, the second would never be ferreted out if the first was never know. What would happen if an undercover agent found all this out with just hours left to stop it?Who would believe?I’ve come up with the hashtag #EstablishmentGrifters to describe many of our elected government officials. It may be a broad brush but it’s pretty damn accurate. There are “swamp dwellers” from the left and right in there so don’t allow your own party feeling to get hurt.We are no longer in the days of Abscam -(look it up children) where someone comes in and drops a briefcase of cash in front of a politician; oh no, the amount of money is far too great for that- today we are talking about millions through representing foreign interests, most are lobbying firms (filled with lawyers) or wealthy companies also filled with lawyers.Laws are different all over but from what I understand if you can stuff your coffers full for a run at an office, why then you can hire your spouse and pay them 1/4 million to watch TV. In some states any money left over after a run can be used any way you wish- you get the picture.Get to be Senator and you get travel paid for (by the American people), huge staffs, AND as an added bonus you can always use what you learn in top secret meetings to purchase a few stocks for yourself!Stay tuned, it’s coming back soon!

Fall 2017 Update

Well, I’m right now at 47K words conducting the re-write/re-envisioning of Gordan Hudde’s first book ‘A Deep Purple Hue’. That word count was where the first book ended. I’m guessing I may finish sometime in November 2017, but I’m going to take my time and get it right! It’s the same action packed violent thriller, without the mistakes of a first time writer, the errors in formatting, and with a few additional “cliff hanger” moments that make you keep turning the pages. My character Gordan Hudde is taking a personal ride as well as trying to “right” injustices that I see in the world, but I think you see the journey from book to book more than inside just one novel. Have you seen it?This summer was action packed for me, I finished ‘An Emerald Abyss’ and self-published it as a paperback as well as:A Retail InvestigatorAn Angry Orange SkyA Hint of SilverIt was very time consuming and rather expensive, though I hope to be able to write off some of those expenses since I started my own company- ONE FLYER PUBLISHING this summer as well.I hope this finds you well, I pray that I entertain you, thank you and keep reading!

Is this retail?

24 years in retail. Not a single company I worked for had a clue what they had in inventory. The companies were deathly afraid of lawsuits and almost as afraid of the payroll for securtiy departments. Police Department's complained about all the shoplifting calls-some even suggested we stop calling! Many in upper managment faked numbers to keep bonuses coming every year. Payroll was often cut at store level 1st to improve "profitability" -"cutting the nose from their face" by limiting important positions ie: back door reciever. And this is what you get: https://www.wsj.com/articles/nordstrom-tries-on-a-new-look-stores-without-merchandise-1505044981 Go ahead and give it a read, as always...please leave a review!
