Handel in the Strand

A beautiful and spirited performance of our very own Percy Grainger's "Handel in the Strand". For those who don't know, it is based on Handel's "Harmonious Blacksmith" theme, for which there is a great guitar version by Mauro Giuliani.

Palm Beach from Bible Garden, Sydney

I am happy to announce the publication of my 16th book: Palm Beach from Bible Garden, Sydney. This is Book 4 in my series: "Paint with Pete: Aussie Landscapes".

Palm Beach from West Head, Sydney,

This book will guide you through the process of painting one of Sydney's most iconic scenes - Palm Beach viewed from the Bible Garden. Bible Park is a tiny park on Mitchell Road, above the South end of Palm Beach. This is not a prescriptive method, but rather a series of processes which enable your self expression.

Your painting won't look exactly like this one. That doesn't matter! It will most likely look better. My method of teaching enables you to express your own taste and feelings about what is beautiful.

Go for it! Have fun!

Kesh is published

Kesh by Peter Inglis, Book 5 in The Whole Guitarist: Basic Repertoire series.

The piece is suitable for Electric guitar, Acoustic guitar, Plectrum and Fingerstyle guitar so accelerate your guitar playing with this famous folk tune. Learn to make the guitar 'speak' and how to work fast and in depth at the same time, like the pros.

Irish Washerwoman by Peter Inglis - now available in pdf format

Even though the ebook formats .mobi and .epub have many advantages (flowing formats, easy to read on any device), I realise there are people out there who are more comfortable with the old .pdf format. Whether you use windows or mac, you probaby have a pdf reader installed already.

Pdf has one other advantage, which at the moment gives it a decided edge for my 'graphic heavy' Art and Music publications - the ease of printing!
