I still can’t believe I did this today! I learned so much about these beautiful creatures. Their lifespan can be as long as ours or longer; they carry their sadness in their eyes and when they are happy they are playful with their trunks and eat! But the most beautiful part was when I first approached one of them I felt so small, when I fed her I felt my hand almost swallowed by her mouth. It was an inexplicable feeling that only made me think of certain Alien movies. I live for these moments in which I’m shook, and pushed to feel. I guess I’m not numb after all, I still feel, and today maybe much more than before.

MY GUYS!! What an amazing experience I’ve had training at @gym.bangarang in Thailand. I’ve learned so much about myself and about the discipline I’ve sometimes lacked in areas of my life. It was an amazing reset in my health, forever grateful! A HUGE shoutout to my amazing friend @elimizrahi (not pictured) who motivated me to do this! I CANNOT WAIT TO BE BACK! (at Gym Bangarang)

That was like a summer wind.
It made her feel alive
In the midst of heat,
As if it was necessary for her to live.
Sadly, no one told her
It was impossible to catch and keep,
Things that are volatile,
Like a fleeting wind.
