What’s your favorite letter in my book...

What’s your favorite letter in my book #LettersToTheMenIHaveLoved? In my reading events love to tell the backstory of some of the letters and poems. This letter titled “SHAME” came after “RESENTMENT” and it details the emotion of shame and humiliation I felt after this breakup. The most important part of this letter was the understanding that you have to take the time and heal. You have to do it for yourself and no one else. There’s freedom in truth. #MMCM
