Not contradictory at all, just a matter ofdamned if you do, damned if you don’t.The answer is very inside baseball, but I’ll make it brief and direct.
This is a challenging decision for any small press: By offering pre-sale through Amazon, you increase your odds of selling enough individual books to have ‘bestsellers’, but you do so at a significant cost. It boils down to choosing between units soldand price points, and when you’re first getting started, there is no certainty that you can sell...

It's here! Congrats on the book. Questions: 1. What made u change title from what it was originally to ur fanfiction work to the book? 2. Were u included with the collaboration on the cover of the book? It's fantastic, by the way. 3. Is this much longer co
Hey there!
I think it fits the theme of the story better than A Look That’s Made For You did, especially since it’s from Scott’s POV. The publisher asked me if I had alternate ideas and we brainstormed some titles before settling on Designs on You.
They asked me for my ideas going in, but I really didn’t have any suggestions, so I was totally surprised. I love it too!
It’s about 10,000 words longer. :)
I really wanted my main character to have an “average” name to fit with the idea that he’s “not...
