So, I’m not usually the type of writer to listen to music...




So, I’m not usually the type of writer to listen to music while I’m writing (it’s too tempting to sing/dance instead of write), but I still end up collecting music that reminds me of my story. I hear my characters’ journey in so many songs, and I love that I’m finally able to share them with you!

Not contradictory at all, just a matter ofdamned if you do, damned if you don’t.The answer is very inside baseball, but I’ll make it brief and direct.


This is a challenging decision for any small press: By offering pre-sale through Amazon, you increase your odds of selling enough individual books to have ‘bestsellers’, but you do so at a significant cost. It boils down to choosing between units soldand price points, and when you’re first getting started, there is no certainty that you can sell...
