The crewneck that changed how I feel about crewnecks
Hey guys!
I think this is the first crewneck sweater I’ve ever liked in my life. Normally they make me look so bland. But finally, FINALLY it’s actually DOING SOMETHING.
I really do enjoy taking closet basics and giving them a little makeover to 1. give them more personality and 2. to better suit my needs (pockets duh).

The POPFLEXOoey Gooey Drawstring Sweatpants are made from the same super stretchy, super soft, and luxuriously dense fabric that the Ooey Gooey Mockneck Sweater and Ooey Gooey Half Zip are made from! It’s so comfy and feels soooooo good on body.
WHY is it so hard to find good sweatpants?! They’re always too tight in the worst places, too saggy, or just sooo unflattering. We’re trying to be comfy but like…still cute.
I thought I nailed the perfect sweatpants about a year ago, but you asked for a drawstring! And you were right.
I love the drawstring addition because you can tighten as you please (great for those of you with big booties/small waists).
I also love that you can wear this high-waisted or rolled down for a low-rise look!

This sweatpant comes in XXS to 3X and I am 5’5” wearing S! In case you’re wondering, the inseam is 30.5” but there’s also a drop crotch that sits a few inches away from your crotch (go ahead and add that to the inseam length) so tall girlies, you’re covered!

Okay 2023…you are officially moving TOO FAST. Can we pause for a sec before the holidays really take over and suddenly 2024 is just… here?
First, let’s breathe. And then, think about your year up until this very moment. What were your most joyful moments? The achievements you’re most proud of, big or small? What are you dreaming about for 2024?
I like to physically write everything down, usually in my Fit Planner so everything is in one place but anything works! Gotta take credit for the work we’ve done and manifest what’s coming.

A POCKET INSIDE A POCKET! Because we love a big kangaroo pocket but DO NOT love our phones falling out.
Ooey GooeyIn comparison to the Cloud Hoodie, the fabric is stretchier and the fit is a tad longer and wider. The arms aren’t as long as on the Cloud Hoodie but it’s still baggy and romantic! Ooey Gooey fabric is thick, dense, super soft, and super stretchy. If you haven’t tried it yet…trust…you will fall in love!

Holiday Must-Haves From Trader Joe’s!
It feels like everyone is getting into the Christmas spirit early this year. Trader Joe’s is always a little ahead of the holiday game, and you really have to snag the products you’re interested in early if you don’t want to miss out.
So when I casually strolled into TJ’s last weekend to find Christmas music playing and some of my holiday favorites on shelves, I knew I couldn’t pass them up. Since my visit, even more seasonal favs and brand new items have hit shelves. Although I haven’t put my tree up or even started Christmas shopping, I’m feeling TJ’s FOMO. Will I make another trip this weekend and officially stock up on holiday goodies? We shall see.
Here are the Trader Joe’s holiday items I’m most excited for this year!
Bring these to the holiday partyWhether you’re hosting or a guest, these Trader Joe’s holiday items are easy wins.
Frozen Mashed Sweet Potatoes – Who has time to peel and boil potatoes? Not us. I love these because they are JUST mashed sweet potatoes, frozen in blocks so you can heat the exact portion you need and add whatever seasonings and extras you want. There’s a regular mashed potato version too! I keep these in my freezer all winter.
Chili Cranberry Orange & Onion Crunch – I looooove Chili Onion Crunch. The sweet addition of cranberry and orange sounds interesting and I’m thinking it would be really yummy on a holiday charcuterie board!
Wine – TJ’s has a huge selection of tasty (and often inexpensive) wines. If you’re looking for a non-alcoholic option, try the Sparkling Tea Rosé.
Unexpected Cheddar Cheese Spread Holiday Cheer – The holiday version of this fan fav contains cranberries, Riesling wine, and cinnamon. Another perfect add to your snack board.
Lemony Arugula Salad Mix – Holiday side dishes are delish, but heavy. This salad mix is a favorite all year long and will balance perfectly with the rest of the spread.
Brined Half Turkey Breast – Zero effort and the perfect size for hosting a small group.
Broccoli & Cauliflower Gratin – A rich and decadent veggie side that won’t dirty and dishes! Win.
Cornbread stuffing – It’s not the holidays without stuffing, right?!
Snack on these to get into the holiday spiritNuts About Rosemary Mix – Just a solid, yummy savory snack mix. Crossing my fingers the spicy version returns this year too.
Mini Dark Chocolate Mini Stars – One of the first holiday items I spotted this year. At first I thought, “It’s too early.” And then I grabbed a box because I love them and if you wait, there’s a good chance you’ll miss out.
Candy Cane Chocolate Covered Almonds – Dark chocolate + white chocolate + peppermint + almonds. OF COURSE these are amazing.
Jingle Jangle Everything – I haven’t seen the actual tins of Jingle Jangle out YET, but it’s coming. The pretzels are super fun, and would look amazing on a dessert board.
Candy Cane Joe-Joes – These are such a TJ’s holiday staple that every year they have new variations of the sweet, minty cookie, like ice cream.
Thanksgiving Stuffing Seasoned Popcorn – I passed this up and then I saw Kelsey from Trader Joe’s Food Reviews give it a 9/10 so YES I will be returning and buying if they’re still in stock.
Thanksgiving Stuffing Seasoned Kettle Chips – If stuffing always smells good but the texture isn’t your fav, these are for you. The seasoning is everything. Pro tip: put these chips ON your turkey sandwich.
Stollen Crisps – Sweet and delicious on their own, and the perfect addition to a holiday charcuterie board.
Olive wood – This is one of my favorite seasonal TJs products! The selection changes a little every year, but whether you gift a bowl, spatula, or cutting board, you can’t go wrong!
12 Days of Scented Candles – Advent calendars are for adults too! And it’s no secret that TJ’s candles are great gifts. Wrap this for a friend or gift it for yourself and enjoy looking forward to discovering a new scented mini candle each day!
12 Days of Beauty – Who doesn’t love a beauty advent calendar? I fell in love with so many products from last year’s calendar, like a shower steamer, hand cream, and sunscreen.
Plants and flowers – This gift never fails. Trader Joe’s has endless bouquet options and plenty of unique and beautiful plants. The new Nordic Reindeer Tillandsia is beautiful!
Brazil Nut Trio – A summer favorite, now in the form of a gift set! The scent is known as a dupe for Sol de Janeiro. The body cream is luscious and the body mist and body oil are new to the lineup.
Pound Plus Bar – Gift your fav chocolate lover with a pound of chocolate – Literally. The seasonal version of this gigantic bar is made with milk chocolate and is filled with caramel, sea salt, and pretzel bits.
Advent calendars – A fun option for kids and pets (yes, they have advent calendars for dogs and cats 
).
Cinnamon Swizzle Sticks – These are so fun! Gift them with a DIY hot chocolate set or your bestie’s favorite coffee or tea.
Felted Wool Trivets – These cozy wool trivets usually come in holiday-themed colors but this year, you can snag a few in neutral colors to gift!

At home, she’s comfy over sweats. It’s like wearing a blanket. But then somehow she chameleons into something so effortless over jeans when you’re going for casual. And the craziest thing is that she can magically turn into this luscious luxe shawl/coat situation when thrown over a dress. THE VERSATILITY I tell ya.

Speaking at YouTube HQ and my new favorite possession

Forever wearing bell bottoms with boots because look at them legggssssss for daysssssssss.
Today I had the pleasure of speaking at YouTube HQ for their Women’s Summit, then got to slide down the YT slide which was fun and all until I realized I totally killed my perfect white boots

In the lobby, YT had one of my original yoga mats displayed in a glass box. Seeing that mat made me time travel back and realize how much of an evolution Blogilates has been through. From posting my first Pilates video back in 2009, to now 14 years later, running POPFLEX as CEO and Head Designer – thank you for still being here with me on this wild journey.

The last slides are my new fav thing!!!
Guys, I hate doing my own hair because I’m so bad at it. Like, really, really bad. But then a few days ago my good friend Guy Tang showed me this hot brush thing that he swears by. I was skeptical that I wouldn’t be able to handle such a device but oh. em. gee. Guys. When I tell you I’ve never felt more confident and beautiful after doing my own hair. This is the first time in my life. EVER!!! Highly recommend. And it’s a fraction of the price of the Dyson (which I own too) but find a bit too complicated for my skill level.
Living out of a suitcase this week. See you in the next state!
