WOMAN HOME TUTOR 'SEDUCED BOY, 13, DURING TEACHING SESSION BEFORE ABUSING HIM DURING REGULAR SEX SESSIONS FOR TWO YEARS'.
Carolyn Keeling, 63, a female home tutor is allegedly accused of seducing a 13-year-old boy during a lesson at his home before abusing him during regular sex sessions that went on for two years. According to Gloucester Crown Court report, Ms. Keeling allegedly first abused the boy after offering him wine and stripping down to her underwear during a tutoring session at his home in 1993 and continued until 1996, when the boy was 15. The alleged victim, now aged 33 and a father-of-three, at first thought their relationship was 'brilliant' the court heard. But, deleting it also from the Photo Stream also automatically deletes it from iCloud. AUSTRALIA FATHER CHARGED WITH ABUSING SURROGATE TWINS.
An Australian man has been charged with sexually abusing twin girls he fathered with a Thai surrogate. According to report by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the Thai mother of the children, Siriwan Nitichad, had agreed to carry a child for the man and his wife who had not been able to conceive. The man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was charged in a New South Wales state court last year with committing acts of indecency with a victim under 10 years old, court documents showed Tuesday. Further court documents show that the father, who is in his 50s, has also been charged with possessing child pornography materials that were found in a raid on his home. TOUGHER RULES AHEAD ON DOMESTIC ABUSE.
Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn recently signed a new law on violent domestic abuse crimes. The law holds that people accused of violent domestic abuse crimes may soon be forced to pay for their own electronic monitoring as a condition of bail, regardless of whether an order of protection is already in place, under a newly amended state law. The new law is intended to encourage judges to consider more carefully a defendant's potential for further violence. The judge must document whether he or she considered electronic monitoring as well as a risk assessment to gauge a suspect's mental stability and criminal history, supporters said. The legislation comes as great news to Jamie Kephart, 28, of Chicago, who pushed for the change after her mother was killed in March 2013 by an ex-boyfriend. Most often people interprets ‘NO’ as negative, I'm convinced that “no” is one of the kindest words in the English language depending in the way one wish to unravel it.
