The Topic Marker (은/는) is used to mark the topic in a sentence, or the topic of a conversation. But then, why would anyone need to use more than one at a time?
There are some cases when you might want to use two topic markers in the same sentence.

하다 and 되다 – What’s the Difference? | Korean FAQ
Although 하다 and 되다 are completely different verbs, when attached to the end of nouns they can often be confused.
사용하다 or 사용되다? Both can mean "use" but each has a different usage.
