Pretzel Day!

Mood: This holiday was yesterday. I love pretzels! Especially the big soft ones. The flavored smaller/hard ones are good, too. It was also Pumpkin Day. Pumpkin is basically the only type of squash I'll eat.Maybe that'll change in the future. Took me a long time to like or be ok with pumpkin pie. And, other things with actual pumpkin in it. First Day of Asexual Awareness Week!

Mood: It's also the 7th day of Sukkot. Israel ends it tonight, while the rest of the world ends it tomorrow night. This will be a shorter post than yesterday's. Mood: Rosh Hashanah, our New Year, started Saturday night. Rosh Hashanah literally means: Head of the Year. It's the year 5777 on the Jewish calendar. National Grandparents Day!

Mood: Awesome that there's a day for grandparents, too!It became a national holiday in 1978. It's celebrated on the first Sunday after Labor Day. Apparently, a lot of other countries have their own Grandparents Day. Kind of nice. National Cheese Pizza Day!

Mood: This holiday was yesterday. One of my fave types of pizza! It's awesome when it's something like 4-cheese pizza. I love cheese, so the more the better!Some other toppings I like are: Greek (usually has artichokes, feta, pesto for the sauce, and kalamata olives), BBQ chicken, Alfredo, and spinach. National College Colors Day!

Mood: This holiday was actually on Friday. Kind of wished I had known...I would have worn my college's colors. I attended WSU, and the colors are crimson and grey. The mascot is the cougar. International Cat Day!

Mood: This holiday was on Monday. Yay, for cats!They deserve their day, and then some. One of our cats is named Rosie, and is a tortoiseshell tabby. Natasha or Tasha is a Turkish Van. She has long rabbit-like hair, is polydactyl (many toed), can bark like a dog when startled/excited, has a small head (small looking compared to her body), and tends to sulk on the banister over the stairs.
