Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day!
Yay! I love grilled cheese sandwiches. The only time I hated them was when I tried a local diner's version of it. They decided to put more cheese on the outside and fry it. Tasted really bizarre. My mom made the best ones. Haven't made them myself yet. At least, not a grilled version. I sometimes have non-grilled cheese sandwiches. Cold with relish and/or vegetables, or melted with mustard.

Happy Belated Trans Day of Visibility!
I'll do my monthly post on here next time. TDoV was on March 31st. Non-binary does fall under the trans umbrella, so I'm also trans. Being trans just means someone's gender is not the same as they were assigned at birth. It doesn't mean to transition, it doesn't mean someone has gender dysphoria, and it's not just binary. Specifically, I'm agender, which means I have no gender. I posted about it

National Potato Chip Day!
I love potato chips! There are so many different kinds out there. Some of my fave flavors are: salt and vinegar, honey dijon mustard, BBQ, and dill pickle. When I could eat spicy food, jalapeno potato chips were amazing. I miss those...I basically love potatoes in any form. Chipped, baked, roasted, mashed, etc. Good stuff. I'm hoping to post more often on here. So far so good. I felt like I was

Girl Scouts' Birthday
I was in Girl Scouts for a while. A Brownie and then Junior. I still have both vests. Even though I wasn't really a girl, I really enjoyed being in it. (I didn't know I was agender when I joined.) You could choose not to do the supposed 'girly' stuff, which is a plus to some. I learned a lot through them. I tried to get as many badges as I could, so both vests are pretty full. The only thing I

National Meatball Day!
This holiday was on Friday. I love meatballs! As long as there isn't pork in them, I'm all good. (If there are shellfish meatballs, I won't have those either.) I've made meatballs a couple of times. They're simple and somewhat fun. Lamb with mint meatballs are really good and different than the typical beef or poultry ones. Fish meatballs can be good, too. You can put meatballs in so many

10th of Adar
Purim is coming up on the night of February 28th. For that, I might just go online for services. The magillah (scroll of Esther) is read in an interactive way (stomping feet, booing, cheering, etc), there's usually candy and cookies, people dress up, and the adults drink a lot. Sometimes there are carnivals. It's a fun holiday. Some say it's kind of like our Halloween because of the candy and

Aromantic Spectrum Awareness Week 2018
This is always the week after Valentine's Day. It started on Sunday. The ones who created the holiday were going to go with Aromantic Awareness Week, but the acronym would have been the same as the one for Asexual Awareness Week. Aros have been trying to separate from that community, so they added 'spectrum' to it. The spectrum would have still been represented either way. Interesting when you're

National Tortellini Day!
This holiday was yesterday. I love tortellini! They're like pillows of awesomeness! They go with a lot of things, too. It was also World Radio Day yesterday. I hardly ever listen to the radio now. I used to listen to it a lot. It's been that way since I started listening to things like Pandora, last.fm, Apple Music, etc. It's sad, in a way. I think radio as most people know it, is dying out.

World Nutella Day!
This holiday was yesterday. Yay for Nutella! I'm not as crazy about it as some people, but it is good stuff. I used to be scared of it until I finally got up the nerve to try it. I don't know why I felt that way. It's just hazelnut and chocolate. It comes from Italy, and was first introduced in 1965. This is my wallpaper for February. It's Dogma, or the Earl of Poor Eating, and Satoru from the

National Peanut Butter Day!
Most of the time, I love peanut butter. A little goes a long way. I can only have the smooth kind now, since whole and chunks of nuts can upset my gut. Sad that I have to stay away from most nuts this way. Smooth peanut butter, however, is one of my comfort or calming foods. I would think with how rich it can be, that it'd be a trigger as well. Luckily, it's not. Last week there was a local
