The Human Mind is Easily Fooled
When what is expected doesn’t happen, the mind goes into a search for meaning, very literally into a hypnotic trance state. During that time, you can give your thoughts new meanings. Consider how this could help you with any hurts, habits, hang-ups, and limiting beliefs…now…

Change Your Mind to Change the World
“To change the world, you must change yourself first” is an expression I wholeheartedly believe. I have the privilege of helping people make significant changes every day, which means I get to help change the world every day. It may be something as simple as changing a long-standing habit, like smoking or drug addiction, yet, when a person changes and transforms to become someone better than they were before, their entire world changes for the better. Their family becomes closer. Their friends either grow and change with them or they find new friends who raise them even higher. More happiness and success is drawn to them. The smallest ripple-effect from the positive changes flow outward beyond measure.
I have helped scores of veterans (at little or no charge) to mitigate the symptoms of medically diagnosed PTSD, along with Survivor’s Guilt and hyper-vigilance.
I have helped many women who were victims of Domestic Violence (at little to no charge) to quickly remove the emotions that were causing them the emotional pain of feeling depressed, anxious, low self-esteem, and fear. I have helped the physical pain of fibromyalgia, joint and muscle pain, and many other types of pain be washed away almost instantly.
I have helped people who were suicidal come back from the “edge” and live full-productive lives. I have helped people who had been indoctrinated into cults become released from that bondage and live with a free mind again.
More than removing the negative effects, I helped people to discover positive beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors to replace the negative, causing them to find satisfaction, fulfillment, trust, and so much more returning to their lives. Imagine this being like removing malware from your computer and how well it runs without all of the malware, virus’, and other items polluting it. Your computer runs better than it ever has before!
Even better, all of this happens usually in a matter of less than 5 hours total. Amazing? Yes! Unbelievable? No! I have witnessed it hundreds of times. Just suppose, now, that this was to be multiplied exponentially across the globe. Imagine what that would mean for mankind…
That’s exactly what I want to do! I want to apply this type of mental change on a massive scale. To accomplish this, I released my newest book, The 90-Second Mind Manager, on June 15, 2015 with the goal of starting a change initiative called The 90-Second Mind Manager Global Initiative. In the book, I describe a process that helps people easily live with reduced stress in their lives. I proffer a system that goes far beyond The Secret, goes past the teachings of Self-Development gurus, extracts the best pieces from the ancient teachings of Mindfulness, devises a way to discover the core Identity of who a person is (their Personal Point of Power), and aggregates these into a simple, focused process that takes less than 90-seconds to implement.
Imagine a world with less stress and people who are in full control of their beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors. What would you be like with this knowledge and personal power? Your family? Your community? Your city, state, and nation? Your government?
This is my vision of The 90-Second Mind Manager Global Initiative! If you see yourself being part of this spectacular, global vision, then now is the time to take action and help make it a reality. I’m asking for help from:
1) People who are my friends and acquaintances
2) People who know me as a business professional and the contribution and value I bring to the world
3) People who see value in changing the world to become peaceful and with a higher self-worth
How can you help? Because of my love for people and a desire to help them, much of my work has been done at little or no charge , sometimes to the detriment to my business and my family. Taking this initiative to the world requires money and I’m using Crowdfunding to make it a reality. By making a donation that matches your desire to see this dramatic and wonderful change in our world, you can feel satisfaction knowing that you helped make the world a better place. Whether your donation helps me help the next veteran, Domestic Violence victim, or it allows me to travel to meet with people who can influence change on a large scale, you can be certain you will feel good about contributing.
Another way to contribute is by making introductions to people of influence who can connect me with those in government positions who want to see the world change and have the ability to act upon that desire.
In May of 2016, I’ll be speaking to a global audience and believe this is just one way that the right “doors” will be opened to make this a reality. More on that to come soon!
Is this an audacious goal! Most certainly! And, with your help, it can happen quicker, faster, and more far reaching. So, what are you waiting for?!!! Click here to donate now!

Could Your Business Use a Funding Infusion?
What do the Statue of Liberty, Neil Armstrong’s space suit, and your business have in common? They all needed funding. What’s the difference between the your business and the other two? Crowdfunding was used to derive investment money for them. That doesn’t have to continue to be the case. You can access this dynamic means of bringing new money into your business and here are important things to know about Crowdfunding:
1) It isn’t a loan
2) There’s no repayment
3) There isn’t any elaborate paperwork to be filed with the State or Federal Governments
4) Any legitimate need can be funded
5) No percentage of your Project’s donations are taken as fees. You retain 100% of the donations you receive

Help Me Help U.S. Veterans
Today, 22 veterans will take their own lives by suicide, twice the civilian rate. The reasons go far beyond PTSD and seeing battle. The U.S. Government has yet to find an effective strategy to help. (Veterans suicide rates) I have a very successful method that is quick and effective to help our veterans reintegrate into civilian life and become happy, productive contributors to society and I need your help.
Even after showing results to several veterans organizations, not one has stepped up to sponsor veterans through my process. Why? They want me to spend tens-of-thousands of dollars on clinical studies to prove what I do really works. In the meantime, our friends, sisters, brothers, wives, husbands, etc. and their families continue to suffer. Also, they ignore what
“Psychotherapy”, the psychotherapy journal of American Psychiatric Association (Vol.7-1), says about the following success rates for major mental and emotional issues:
Psychotherapy — 38% recovery after 600 sessions (approx. 11 1/2 yrs @ 1 session per week)
Behavior Therapy — 72% after 22 sessions (approx. 6 months @ 1 session per week)
Hypnosis — 93% recovery after 6 sessions (Approximately 1 1/2 weeks)
I deliver help to veterans at a greatly reduced rate and, many times, at no-charge. As a business owner and family man, both have felt the strain of working for free. Can you imagine going to your job or business and working for free? There are many more veterans I could be helping if my work was being sponsored and this is where you can help. Please consider donating to The 90-Second Mind Manager Global Initiative, of which helping U.S. Veterans is an integral part. The more veterans I help, the more families will receive the son, daughter, brother, sister, father, mother, husband, wife, etc. that left them to serve our country and return to being that same person they know and love!

I Come to Your Emotional Rescue…
The Rolling Stones 1978 song, Emotional Rescue, is about a man wanting to help a woman who is emotionally confused. Have you ever felt like you needed to be rescued from your own emotions? I hear people discussing the topics of thoughts and emotions quite frequently and, just this morning, a person asked me, “Which comes first, thoughts or emotions?” The answer is, “It depends.”
First, let’s take a look at how we are even aware that we have emotions. Rebecca Saxe of MIT has done a tremendous amount of research on Theory of Mind. Theory of Mind includes thinking about other people’s thoughts, knowing that we have beliefs, and being aware of having our own thoughts. The small area where this function resides is just above your right ear and just behind it. This area is called the Temporo-Parietal juncture.
Theory of Mind is a major part of what neuroscience calls “consciousness”, being aware that we are aware. As you watch the video below, you’ll discover that our emotions are tied more and more to this area of our brain from the time we are about 5-years-old and on. Have you ever known someone to have emotions tied to what they think someone else is thinking? About their own thoughts that ruminate in their mind? About beliefs, religious, political, or otherwise?
Another area of the human mind that uses emotion is the link between the Anterior Cingulate Cortex and the Amygdala. This is the Risk/Reward area of the brain. It is involved in rational cognitive functions, such as reward anticipation, decision-making, empathy, impulse control, and emotion. It also appears to play a role in a wide variety of autonomic functions, such as regulating blood pressure and heart rate. Some motivational theories, like Vroom’s, is based on the individual feeling whether the emotional connection to a reward is sufficient to cause them to act.
The final part of relationships of emotion in the brain I’ll consider in this post is that between the Prefrontal Cortex and the Amygdala. Neuroscientist and Noble Laureate Eric Kandel explains that there is a one-way street connecting these two parts of the brain and it runs from the Amygdala to the Prefrontal Cortex. Why is this significant? Kandel says we humans can’t control our emotions through strategy because the Amygdala acts upon the Prefrontal Cortex and not the other way around.
Lastly, there is the recently discovered emotional connection between the mind and body. Dr. V.S. Ramachandran explains that neuroscience once taught that humans intellectualized other people before they felt or sensed them. With the advent of the fMRI it is now known that we feel or sense another person before we intellectualize them. By the way, we do this in a fraction of second, almost instantly. Addistionally, NeuroPhysicist Jill Bolte Taylor’s experience in her book A Stroke of Insight explains that emotions only last in the body for up to 90 seconds and can only be kept alive after that by creating a mind-loop, a neuropathway, for them to exist within.
With this, and so much more, going on is there really an Emotional Rescue, a way to manage all of the beliefs, thoughts, and emotions we carry with us? I believe the answer is a resounding “Yes!” This isn’t theory. Its is through practical experience I’ve gained working with my clients. Here’s how my Emotional Rescue works:
1) A person must know who they are in the Core Identity to establish a baseline, an anchor, for who they are and their core values. I have a process to help people discover this. I want to state that what I do in not a psychological assessment or evaluation. My belief is that those are designed to tell a person who they have become because of the experiences in life, not who they really are. For example, I have several clients who have told me they have been labeled “Introverts” by behavioral assessments. They have been living their lives acting as introverts. When I have helped them through my process, they are no longer introverts.
2) Our unconscious mind is at least 1,000,000 times more powerful than our conscious mind. The items I described above are active at the unconscious level. It is logical, then, that they can only be affected at the unconscious level, right? Otherwise, it is a “David versus Goliath” scenario with no Higher Power intervening. This is where I use clinical hypnosis to access this much more powerful part of the human mind. The process I use is an amalgamation of a few hypnosis processes that I’ve learned from some of the world’s leading hypnotists. I doubt you will find it anywhere else. With my process, I’m able to create a two-way street between the Prefrontal Cortex and the Amygdala. Sorry Mr. Kandel, but I disagree with your statement that the emotion always controls the strategy.
3) The final part is my 90-Second Mind Manager process. This utilizes the previous two components to create the ability manage the emotions by:
A person knowing who they are and being grounded in their decisions and emotions on that
Using a methodology which keeps emotions from aggregating and amplifying
Having the ability to see the world through an unemotional lens to create separation from emotion
Have the ability to choose to act in ways that promote positive outcomes
Is it possible to take control of your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions? To have an Emotional Rescue? My experience tells me “absolutely!”

A New Way to Fund Your Dreams
Remember when you were a kid and your parents read Dr. Seuss to you? Remember the book, And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street? The little boy has this tremendous vision of normal, everyday things becoming part of his wonderful circus…until he got home. As soon as his dad opened the door, his dream died. So, I ask, who broke your dream machine? More importantly, would like to know how to revive it and bring it back to life?
What if you could create a flow of money into your business that would allow you to do more? More of what, you ask? Start up your dream-machine and just imagine the possibilities! I was recently presented a channel that will allow me to make my dream of The 90-Second Mind Manager Global Initiative a reality. The channel that has been presented to me is the latest advancement in Crowdfunding. If you would like to find out how you can fund:
a business project,
a charity close to your heart,
student loans
or help yourself or others in some other way, then reach out to me to find out more.

If money were no object, I would…
If money were no object, how would you be different?
Salespeople: How would you sell differently? Would you take more time to build real relationships? Would you let the sales process happen organically, rather than adding pressure? Would you choose not to prospect and sell to those who don’t fully benefit from your product or service? What else would you do differently?
Managers (Those who manage processes): How would you manage processes differently? Would you find better ways to eliminate wasted resources? Would you be able to see more clearly better processes because no pressure was being applied? Would you invest more money and time on the front end of processes because you know it will reduce costs in the long-term? What else would you do differently?
Leaders (Those who lead people): How would you lead differently if money were no object? Would you be more kind, empathetic, and patient? Would you encourage your people more than push and drive them? Would you respect your people enough to expect only the best performance and best intent…even when they fail? What else would you do differently?
Presidents and CEO’s: If it weren’t for the bonuses you hope to get for squeezing out every last penny from the company you have responsibility for, what would you do differently? Would you retain your people when there was a downturn in business to gain and keep their loyalty and trust? Would you pay your employees wages that allowed them to really enjoy balanced lives because they could afford to take time off? Would you change the way your companies are run to create true sustainability in your people, in your products and services, in the communities, and in the environment? What else would you do differently?
Board Members and Stockholders: If it weren’t for the desire for immediate ROI, what would you do differently? Would you invest for a long-term, sustainable future? Would you allow your money to be invested and reinvested, like Google has done, without paying dividends? What else would you do differently if money was no object?
What inspired me to write this post and request your comments was the answers I get when I ask my clients, “If money were no object, what would you differently?” This takes away this external restriction and opens their minds to the real possibilities and potential they possess. So, let me ask you, dear reader, how would you be different if money were no object? Please share your comment…

The Salesman Who Chose to Forget How to Fail
Each and every day entrepreneurs, business owners, and salespeople have a wealth of reasons they could choose to fail. Some external factors are:
Family members who don’t believe in them and/or in what they’re doing
A minimal amount of resources available to them
More established companies competing against them
Vendors, trainers, marketing companies, clients, staff, and others who are more than happy to take their money and not deliver a return…and more.
Then, there are the internal factors, such as:
Lack of knowledge of some aspects of running a business
Fears, doubts, worries
Personal and professional hurts, habits, and hang-ups
Limiting beliefs
Would it be fair to say that, if all of the internal resources were corrected, the external factors would be less impactful? From my experience, the answer is a resounding “YES!” With this thought in mind, I’m going to share two brief stories of how this is, indeed, true.
I had a gentleman who started a business about 18 months ago come to me as a referral. He explained to me that his business was struggling to survive and that he was close to closing his business and start looking for a job. The problem he had with this situation was that he was used to winning. He had consistently won in every sport he participated in. He consistently achieved each goal in his life…until now. His family and friends had discouraged him from the time he started his business, until now, and their words echoed in his mind every time he failed to close a prospect, every time he found it hard to pay his bills, every time he had a sleepless night. I worked with this gentleman for an hour. I first found out what beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors he wanted to change. I asked him to describe for me how he would like to be different when he left my office; what his beliefs would be, what his thoughts would be, and what his behaviors would be. Using hypnosis, I removed the “Mental Malware” that had been taking his focus off of success and his ability to continue to see himself as a winner. I then “reprogrammed” his mind using Transformative Thinking; the process of “perspective transformation” having three dimensions: psychological (changes in understanding of the self), convictional (revision of belief systems), and behavioral (changes in lifestyle). The result? He left my office and immediately called on a company he had seen on his way to his appointment with me, but had been afraid to stop and talk to them before. Within a week he sold his largest client ever! This new client was worth more than $5,000,000! What was his explanation for his success? He said, ‘You told my unconscious mind to forget the things I needed to forget and to remember only the things that will help me be successful. I can’t find and remember any of the negative things people had told me since I started my business. They just aren’t there anymore. This freed me up to focus only on the positive for the future.’
This second story is of a VP of a large international cement company. This was a woman who had been very successful in what she described as “a man’s world”. No woman had ever succeeded as she had in that company or that industry. Even though she had success, she was still being treated as a “lesser” VP. Her relationship with the president of the company had been strained for many months. She was set to have an important meeting with the president and she was fearful. I worked with her and helped her resolve the internal challenges she had with being “good enough” to be in her position, that she deserved to be where she was because of the results she had obtained, and that she was a true top-performing VP for the company, as she had outperformed all her male counterparts. And, as with the gentleman in the first story, I used Transformative Thinking to “adjust” her beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors. Her meeting went well with the president. In fact, several months later she said she realized that their relationship was great! As she looked back, the only thing that had influenced the change was her session of Transformative Thinking. About six months later she returned for another session. Why? She was being flown to Germany to meet with the C-level team of the entire international corporation and she felt like she needed a boost!
Why does hypnosis and Transformative Thinking work so quickly, so effectively, and so well? Here’s what the American Psychological Association says:
“The current trend is to use hypnosis to remove the negative attitudes, fears, maladaptive behavior patterns, and negative self-images underlying the symptoms.” The reason hypnosis is so effective in facilitating therapy is that “the incongruent perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes are kept from interfering with the suggestion (and thus with the conditioning).” (33 ref.) (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2012 APA, all rights reserved)”
