Life is a sequence of rhythms and cycles. Just like the moon, our states of being waxes and wanes.
Our waxing phase is a time of dynamic interaction. It is the time to create (through new experiences or artistic expression).
Our waning phase is the idle time that we all experience in our physical, emotional and/or intellectual state of being. Although this cycle can feel disconcerting if not understood (even turning into illness if resisted), the waning phase is a necessary interlude; a time to introspect—to look within, reflect and objectively ascertain our actions.(less)
