Psyched about Simon Roy’s Tiger Lung coming out this week! It’s a legit paleolithic shaman detective story and that’s just weird and awesome enough to be your new favorite investigative tale!
This is a cool little hardcover book

So how many stories do you have running around in your head at any given time..? My girlfriend keeps getting onto me for entertaining several stories and story ideas when I've already got comics I'm working on. She sees it as a kind of procrastination. But
Yeah, I think it makes sense that your brain would be working on many different ideas at once. Maybe it’s procrastination but in a good way. I love using drawing comics as an excuse to not be drawing comics. It’s like going on an “only your favorite things” diet.
I have 5 different stores I’m thinking about these days— but that’s all tied up in job stuff. but back when I was focusing on mostly just King city I would try to find ways to put all the different ideas into the one book. which mostly worked but then when I was doing Warheads I would make rules for myself to keep the stories different from each other— minor stuff— like in KC skulls were something I only used to show the villains where in Warheads I let myself draw them where ever. And there’s no USA in Warheads where KC was set in it.

How does it feel to make it into the Bleeding Cool Top 100 Power List for 2014? And, CONGRATULATIONS.
