The BookFest Fall 2023

While Panzer was tootling around in the Catosphere he stopped in at The BookFest site. There he discovered the information about the Fall BookFest is online.
At the site you can signup for program alerts, learn about the livestream of the event, and make submissions for The BookFest Book Awards. The BookFest will be held Oct. 21 and 22.
 Panzer says, "You can get an early start on the festival." Note: This is a very long page. You'll need to decide what to bring for your snacking while you read.

Media Murder for Monday - In Reference to Murder

When Panzer was heading home he decided to make a stop at the In Reference to Murder site. There with just a little digging in the posts he found one about murder and mystery in the media.
  Panzer says, So much to do. So much to do.
The post has information about TV series, movies, streaming services, theater, and podcasts. Included are plot descriptions, actors, authors, hosts, presenters, and directors.
Panzer says, "This little kitty will be watching and listening to these."

USA TODIAY Best-selling Booklist is back: How to find the list made for book lovers - USA TODAY

Panzer says, It's good news for authors. It's good news for authors.
This morning Panzer was shaken from his nap in his kitty bed by clapping and cheering coming from the Catosphere. Hopping in the Panzermobile, our adventuresome kitty boy followed all the hoopla to the USA TODAY site. With no digging at all he discovered the USA Today Bestsellers List is coming back. The list has been gone since December.
According to Barbara VanDerburgh, the list will appear both online and in print, but no specific  return date is given.

Panzer says, "It's been so long this little kitty didn't think it was ever coming back."

Panzer was tootling around in the Catosphere when the Panzermobile was shaken by clapping and cheering outside. Following all the noise, took our brave kitty boy to the Aloud site.
Aloud is a video translator. The site lists four languages your video transcript can be translated from English into:Spanish, Indonesian, Hindi, and Portuguese. There's an information video at the site which explains about Aloud. You should watch the video before you signup. Signup is free.
  Panzer says, "It's a translator for video scripts, but this little kitty is sure a book manuscript translator will be next."
