Book Business Applauds Government Lawsuit Against Amazon - Publishers Weekly

On today's stop at the Publishers Weekly site Panzer discovered a post about the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) filing suit against Amazon. Panzer told you earlier this month that the lawsuit was in preparation by the FTC.
Panzer says, This will be interesting to watch. This will be interesting to watch.
According to the post by Jim Milliot, the FTC is accusing Amazon of antitrust behavior. This behavior is detrimental to competitors. The post contains several links to other information about the lawsuit as well as a link to Amazon's response to the FTC's allegations.
Panzer says, "The post says there's not much mention about books in the lawsuit."
Note: This is a long post. Bring a cup of tea and a muffin to snack on while you read. If you plan to follow the links in the post, you'll need to decide what else to bring to eat and drink.

Your Monday Panzerism

 Panzer on gift giving:
Mom's birthday is coming up soon And ... I've decided what her gift will be from me.
Everybody knows cats are not good cooks
Panzer says, Maybe a dead mouse instead this year? Maybe a dead mouse instead this year?
Who always leave tornado-sized messes in the kitchen when we try.

So ...
This year I won't bake her a cake.
Hmm ... I think that's the same thing I gave her last year.
