ThrillerFest Recordings Available Now

Panzer says, There are a lot of recordings. There are a lot of recordings.
If you missed this year's International Thriller Writers ThillerFest, Panzer discovered the recordings are now available for sale.
The cost depends on which individual class, panel or interview or group of classes panels and interviews you want to purchase. The ordering process is a little complicated, but, if you want the recordings, it's worth the extra steps.

11 New Agents Seeking Kid-Lit, Women's Fiction, Memoir, Genre Fiction, Nonfiction, Graphic Novels and more - Publishing ... and Other Forms of Insanity

Panzer says, Something for everybody. Something for everybody.
Looking for an agent to represent you and your writing? Panzer found a post at the Publishing ... and Other Forms of Insanity site that lists 11 agents looking for writers to represent.
As the title above says Erica Verrillo's post lists agents looking for all types of fiction and nonfiction material. Do read the guidelines before you pitch any of the agents. You don't want to waste their or your time by pitching something they are not interested in.
Panzer says, "Only submit your best work."
Note: Because there are 11 agents described, this is a long post. You'll need to decide what you want to bring to eat and drink while you read.

Lackberg's Ghostwriting Dispute - The Rap Sheet

Today, Panzer decided it was time to visit The Rap Sheet site. It's been a few days since his last visit there. He's happy he made the trip, because he found a post about an author and ghostwriting.
Panzer says, I don't know how much to trust AI. I don't know how much to trust AI.
J. Kingston Pierce delves into the the ghostwriting accusations against Swedish crime noir author Camilla Lackberg. A journalist used an AI-powered program to "prove" Camilla Lackberg used ghostwriters for some of her novels. She denies it as does her editor (one of the named ghosts), so nobody knows for sure.

Panzer says, "Read the post and decide what you think. Is the AI right or wrong?"

Note: This is a longish post. Bring a glass of milk and two chocolate chip cookies to snack on while you read today's selection.

Amazon Removes the "Look Inside" Feature: Resistance is Futile - Anne R. Allen's Blog ... with Ruth Harris

Today Panzer made a trip to the Anne R. Allen's Blog ... with Ruth Harris site. With a little digging in the posts there, our traveling kitty boy found one about Amazon making changes.
Panzer says, Read the "Comments" too. Read the "Comments" too.
The post covers a wide range of topics from Amazon to Trolls to Cyborgs to Bullies. It's an interesting post that starts with Amazon's removal of the "Look Inside" feature and follows a trail that ends with technology (and those who control it) taking away our right to enjoy our experiences.

Panzer says, "Mom said you have to read it yourself because it's one of those pieces she thinks everybody will see something different in it."
Note: This is a very long post. Bring a cup of tea and a muffin for your snack while you read today's selection.
