Mailing list

This is a big accomplishment for me! I've finally managed to start a mailing list. Now I can check off another item on my to-do list. Oh yeah, I also have to sell more books. Oh, and maybe write another one if I can get my mind to focus on one idea. What to write? What to write? Such a dilemma. Because it really is a huge undertaking and dominates my life as I become obsessed with my characters and what will happen to them. I usually make myself cry at some point. Yes, real tears. Crazy writer lady. What was I on about? Oh! Please join my mailing list to subject yourself to more irrational ramblings. What next?

I have 7 books under my belt and now I'm trying to figure out what to write next. I usually start with just the shred of an idea, and I seem to have a few of those, but none call loudly enough at the moment. Hmmm. What to do? I've considered another Santina book, a sequel to Fairy Tale Karma (readers have expressed interest in these 2 potential books), or something new which is appealing. And I'm also debating genre. Chick lit is fun but sometimes I like to dive deep. I'm tempted to try writing a thriller but it takes a really compelling idea. What do you think??? If you're a reader, what do you like to read? If you're a writer, how do you find your next idea?

I just wanted to thank the readers who follow me and have read my books. I appreciate all of you more than my own family and life itself! (I may be exaggerating a bit.) It's wonderful to find a community of other writers, but it's also great to find people who connect with me through my books. I'm especially thankful when my books receive reviews. I like the feedback! I've had requests for a sequel to "Fairy Tale Karma" and another Santina Series book. I'm not quite sure what to work on next because I also have so many new ideas that pull me into different genres. On top of that, I'm an avid reader. I love indie books!

If you've pre-ordered my new book "Merrily Ever After," please don't read the first version. Amazon's system didn't let me upload the full book due to a glitch in their system. I'll upload the finished book after the release date and then you'll get an email from Amazon letting you know that the new edition is available, and you can sync it to your device. I've spoken to Amazon on the phone every day since Monday, and they claim they can't fix this and I'm not the only author affected. So sorry! I appreciate your patience!

Merrily Ever After

I'm hoping to publish my third Santina Series book by 12/30 entitled "Merrily Ever After." I'm almost there! I'm going to attempt to post it on Amazon as a pre-order. I've never tried that before so I hope I can figure it out. The first book "The Daughter Claus" will be .99 starting tomorrow 12/14 until 12/20. It's my bestselling book which is why I wrote 2 more! I hope everyone is happy and healthy and not too stressed. Remember that books make great gifts!

Last day

It's the last day of my last freebie for this year! "Fairy Tale Karma" is free thru today, Monday Nov. 14. My hope was to find readers for my books (lots of downloads!) and build reviews (not so much so far). Hopefully, those will come in over time.
