The Pain of Separation

It was the year 1947 when my dad's parents were dodging
against wild, barbarian mobs while firmly holding small fragile hands.

They constantly uttered, "we
will be fine" to pacify the little ones and more so to tame their mind
so that they could successfully escape from a partitioned land and be in a

Is there a Fear Factor?

My reasons for apprehensions are usually associated with chores, or emotions for a loved one.

My "But's" and "If's"that arise either due to some dilemma or due to my arthritis that  slows me down, which gives me a guilt factor and make me spring up in action more so to keep the feelings intact, and not create a scene.

Wordless Wednesday #45

Walked on the street of Hollywood Wall of Fame, and the above is a click of THE Steven Spielberg.

His hand and footprints embedded into the floor.

There were imprints of many "famous" people on that street.

It made me wonder about the importance of us being today!

Even though we know that our body is mortal, yet our acts can only be patronized by our physical self since our Soul cannot be

The Poor Mango!!

Julie is licking the sides of her hand while holding the seed that had its hair protruding indicating that all its juice has been sucked off.

“For God’s Sake! Give it up, Jules!” mom shouts from the kitchen window.

“Nah! I wanna retaliate by sucking all the liquid out of Bill via this mango, Momma!” she shouts back with spite and vengefulness as she stares at the seed with her red swollen

How becoming a Parent teaches us to be Mindful?

One Sunday evening my kid got pushed while playing on the play structure. He comes with his bruised elbow to the bench where I was sitting with a few sobs.

Seeing that bruise, made my heart skip a beat, and I blow the mud off his bruise while keeping a sharp ear towards his details.

A lean, mean machine that interprets speed, agility, and briskness is voice of today's youth!

This bike has Beauty, and Intelligence.

Perfection all rounded thus, appeals to many.

Mantra for today: Perfection can be attained on inanimate objects, while man should aim for Excellence!

Can Morality have a Source?

Arthur Schopenhauer once said, “Compassion is the basis of morality.”

Individuals define morals as the rules of right conduct. How
we treat others and ourselves speaks volume about us, as a person.

This attitude can either make us walk a mile, or we could
dig a grave for ourselves as we breathe.

Morality and Philosophy

All living beings have a soul. This is a living thing that

Incidents followed by Investigations

As another Airline goes down today, and this time, unfortunately, the reason was clear.

It has been speculated to be shot by a BUK missile by a Ukrainian rebel who was  fighting against its' government.

Intentions were set someplace, but, unfortunately, someone else became the victim of this incident.

The plane crashed, killing 295 people on board. The impact was so high that

Today's picture is about paths!

We tread upon it, since it takes us to a destination. Sometimes, the harbor is not favored by us, but without any choice we continue to walk along with the hope of paving a new path.

Ahoy! the determination of man!

Mantra for today: When Man wears his cap of persistence and courage, he can pave his own path.
