I found vitamin and mineral supplements I LOVE!
Ok, so if you know me or have even just read some of my books you'll realize I am fascinated with natural healthy living. I sneak health tips in my Christian fiction and have to bite my tongue when I overhear a stranger complaining about a sore throat so I don't spew out unwanted health suggestions. I'm not a doctor. I have no professional training but I have lots and lots of personal experience and hours and hours of research on different vitamins and minerals and herbs and amino acids and diatomaceous earth and .... well, you get the idea. ; >)
After trying lots of vitamins that sound wonderful I've finally found one that makes a visible (positive) difference in my life. I'm so excited about it that I want to share it with everyone! Unfortunately, since everyone is different I can't guarantee you'll see the same results as me. You might actually see better results - or worse - but I believe this is a product worth trying!
So often I'm left disappointed by no noticeable results or even worse, negative side effects when I try an exciting new product. But not this time! I waited a full month before writing this to make sure things didn't start going downhill after the first few days, and they haven't! (Yay!)
What exactly have I noticed from this product? Well, first the multivitamin gives me more energy throughout the day. It doesn't turn me into Superwoman, but it really keeps me from crashing mid-afternoon. Which is great when you have health issues that usually leave you dragging! The multi-mineral helps me sleep better through the night. Between the two of them I have fingernails!!!!! My nails always tear off, but I've had nails all month and they're firm, not flimsy and tearable.
Another interesting thing I contribute to the vitamin/mineral duo is an improvement in my digestion. This is the TMI section, but I'm posting it because I so appreciate it when others post what has worked for their issues. Over the last couple of months I've had symptoms that I thought might be gall bladder related (just guessing about that). I had pain that would radiate from my side up my back and behind my shoulder blade. I started burping a lot, which is not normal for me - and oily things- especially potato chips - really seemed to set it off.
After dealing with those issues and trying different things to help with gallbladder issues I woke up with my left arm kind of numb and tingly. I wouldn't have thought too much about it but it lasted a couple of days and combined with the "indigestion" I read it could be a sign of a heart attack! Ugh! Long story short, my heart is fine. I started these vitamins a few days later and my symptoms went away! I've been eating normally - even potato chips - and no more pain or embarrassing burping.
The numbness in my arm also went away, but I really don't know if I can contribute that to the vitamins or not. The doctor said it could have been caused by inflammation in my neck. I guess maybe taking these supplements might have reduced the inflammation or it might have just gotten better on its own. Hard to say for sure.
What is the product I'm so happy with? It's called Mary Ruth's Organics. Have you heard of it or tried it? Let me know what you think!

I would love to hear your results with these products. I've only tried the multi vitamin and mineral so far but there are other things I'm excited to try like probiotics and skin care products. I'm not sure what I'm going to try next. Any suggestions?SaveSave

A Quick Treat That's Not TOO Unhealthy
Peanut Butter Fudge
You can use any type of nut or seed butter you prefer. Add an equal amount of coconut oil and maple syrup to taste. Let it harden in the fridge and you have a simple treat to satisfy that sweet craving.
I used:
1/2 cup Smooth Organic Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
2 1/2 T Maple syrup
Since it's so close to Valentine's Day I MIGHT even cut this fudge with a heart cookie cutter. Of course that means finding the heart cookie cutter first ... Odds are good mine with be square. ; >)

Sci-fi Cinderella

A strange job offer seems like a God-send, but her even stranger attraction to the recruiting officer might be problematic. She needs a mature man with his life planned out and a career well under way. Not a boy just starting out in business. Just ask her, it says so right on her carefully planned life-goal spreadsheet.
But there's more to the 'job' and the 'boy' then meets the eye.
Will Tamara stick to the life-plan she's always envisioned or will she risk everything for a fairytale happily ever after? It might not be easy, but my guess is she's going for the fairytale!
***Coming Soon!

The Book that Started it All
The Secret weaves an intriguing story of conspiracy and supernatural. Parts of it are fantastical, but other parts, perhaps making it even eerier, are based on cold hard fact. Throughout the ages people have carefully complied their versions of the perfect person. Most often insuring that person looks and acts unmistakably just like themselves. And where does that leave those who don't fit this pattern? Sometimes on the wrong end of a death warrant.
In The Secret, a new plan is set in motion to eliminate every person in the world deemed unworthy of life. Sometimes just because they're too short as petite Sarah Roth finds out much to her dismay. He doesn't know how, but her husband Billy is determined to keep his wife safe from this outlandish plot. A new job with a generous salary is a nice incentive to ensures Sarah's safety, but otherwise mind his own business. Little does he know that's not going to be an option. He was bred as one of the 'perfect people', and now it's his turn to take his place in that world; he's just not sure if that place is good or evil.
