CampNaNo2020 Day 6 Recap
I barely did any work on Obscure Origin yesterday. I wasnt feeling well and kind of just put all my energy towards completing homework (and so it begins, as it does every April). Im hoping to get a lot more done today (Day 7) because I have a more open schedule, but well see. I only wrote a measly 371 words but I did finish the first scene of Chapter 5. In my 4 days of writing for Camp NaNo []

CampNaNo2020 Day 5 Recap
Yesterday was a very successful day in drafting Obscure Origin. I wrote 2,384 words. Yes, you read that correctly. Me, the person who barely writes 1k a day most of the time, wrote over 2k thanks to 2 writing sprint live streams (one at 12:30 amI only lasted an hour, if you were wondering, and 2-hour-long one at 11:30 am). I finished the day only 1,222 words away from reaching the 5,000-word markmy projected target for the day given Ive []

CampNaNo2020 Day 4 Recap
I didnt start working on my CampNaNo project, Obscure Origin, until very late because of a few reasons. I woke up at 10:30am I did homework for the rest of the afternoon and night because I had to watch a 2-hour film and write an in-depth response. And I was generally exhausted all day. Its not a great recipe for writing productivity, but I was still able to write 333 words in 3 minutesa whopping 111 words per minute. Have []

CampNaNo2020 Day 3 Recap
I didnt start working on my CampNaNo project, Obscure Origin, until another nighttime writing livestream. Can you sense a theme here? It was again due to school work, but even more affected by my mental health taking a nosedive last night due to a very upsetting nightmare. And I spent most of April 3 just trying to make myself feel better (while not completely abandoning mandatory school and writing productivitywhich would make me feel even worse). I finally started writing []

CampNaNo2020 Day 2 Recap
Yet again, I didnt start working on my CampNaNo project, Obscure Origin, until another nighttime writing livestream because I spent all day today having classes and completing assignments for said classes that are due tomorrow. But that said, I finished writing my outline! Because I havent started technically writing my novel yet, I didnt update my Camp NaNo progress. You can see my book progress below: Hows your April/CampNaNo going? Sound off in the comments down below.

CampNaNo2020 Day 1 Recap
Even though I didnt get back to working on my outline of Obscure Origin (the first book of a New Adult SciFi romance trilogy) until 7pm during another writing livestream, I outlined a full 6 chapters! Part of this was also done during a private Skype with my writer friend, Jessi Elliott, but that was also peppered with a lot of fangirling over each others books and talking about other bookssurprising absolutely no one. Because Im still outlining and technically []

Camp NaNoWriMo 2020
Can you believe its already April 1st? Now that sounds like an April Fools Day joke. But despite all the craziness in the world, Ive still been working through it all. I finished writing, revising, editing, proofing, and formatting Taming the Alpha two weeks ago. Yesterday, I received a proof copy: Isnt it so pretty? My cover artist makes magic every time. And thank you so much to my author friend Jessi Elliott for showing it off in her writer []
