Trump saves the bathrooms!

It might be a short time before declaring the sovereignty of individual states over the federal government is declared unconstitutional.

Conservatives are praising the Trump administration’s rollback of public school bathroom requirements for transgender students, saying the move corrects a legal overreach by the Obama administration that is best left for states to decide. Transgender rights advocates, meanwhile, are vowing to overcome a major setback.

“We’re not discouraged. And we’re going to keep fighting like we have been and keep fighting for the right thing,” said Gavin Grimm, a transgender teen who sued his Virginia high school over its bathroom access policy and whose case is set to be heard by the Supreme Court next month.

The Justice and Education departments said Wednesday that public schools no longer need to abide by the Obama-era directive instructing them to allow transgender students to use bathrooms and locker rooms of their chosen gender. That guidance, issued in May, led to a spate of lawsuits over how it should be applied, according to a letter from the departments being sent to schools nationwide.

The agencies said they withdrew the guidance to “in order to further and more completely consider the legal issues involved.”

Anti-bullying safeguards for students will not be affected by the change, according to the letter. But advocates of protections for transgender teens said the overall rollback sends “a message that something is wrong with them, which is harmful,” said Nancy Haque, co-executive director of Basic Rights Oregon.

Grimm’s case also could be in jeopardy with the guidance now lifted. The high court could decide not to hear it and direct lower courts to settle that issue instead.

There won’t be any immediate impact on schools, because the Obama guidance had been temporarily blocked since August by a federal judge in Texas, one of 13 states that sued over the directive. And schools remain free to provide the same treatment to students even without guidance.

The earlier guidance was based on the Obama administration’s determination that federal sex discrimination law known as Title IX, applies to gender identity. It will now be up to states and school districts to decide the issue of bathroom access.

The Obama guidance did not sufficiently explain its interpretation of that law, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement.

“Congress, state legislatures and local governments are in a position to adopt appropriate policies or laws addressing this issue,” Sessions said, adding that the department is still committed to protecting students from bullying.

“This is an issue best solved at the state and local level,” Education Secretary Betsy DeVos added. “Schools, communities and families can find – and in many cases have found – solutions that protect all students.”

Earlier Wednesday, White House spokesman Sean Spicer denied media reports that DeVos, who has been criticized for her stance on LGBT issues, had opposed the change but was overruled by Sessions. Spicer said any disagreement was merely over wording and timing.

“There is no daylight between anybody,” Spicer said, adding that DeVos was “100 percent” on board with the decision.

Conservative activists who saw it as the Obama administration meddling in local matters praised the change. Wisconsin state Rep. Jesse Kremer said he was pleased by the change but still intends to re-introduce a bill to force public school students to use bathrooms that correspond with their birth gender.

“No longer will federal officials distort federal law that is meant to equalize educational opportunities for women, and no longer will they force local officials to intermingle boys and girls within private areas like locker rooms, showers, hotel rooms on school trips and restrooms,” said Gary McCaleb, senior counsel for the conservative legal group Alliance Defending Freedom.

However, the reversal is a setback for transgender rights groups, which had been urging Trump to keep the guidelines in place. Advocates say federal law will still prohibit discrimination against students based on their gender or sexual orientation. But, they said, lifting the guidance puts children in harm’s way.

“The mother lions in this country are not going to let anything go backward in transgender equality because it’s been very hard fought,” said Linda Fishbaugh, the mother of a transgender New Hampshire teenager.

A patchwork of state laws could continue to emerge as a result of the change. Fifteen states have explicit protections for transgender students in their state laws, and many individual school districts in other states have adopted policies that cover such students on the basis of their gender identity, said Sarah Warbelow, legal director of the Human Rights Campaign. Just one state, North Carolina, has enacted a law restricting access to bathrooms in government-owned buildings to the sex that appears on a person’s birth certificate. Lawmakers in more than 10 states are considering similar legislation, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.

This is and always has been an issue that should be held into consideration at the state level. Transgender individuals represent less than 0.03% of the population, and yet we’re being told that they’re out there… committing suicide… being bullied… experiencing oppression. From who? Where? Caitlyn/Bruce Jenner was named woman of the year. And yet his DNA is still male. He claimed on Twitter that he (and yes, I purposely used the ‘wrong think’ gender pronoun) is repulsed by this decision. Even though he claims to be a Republican, he’s catering to a leftist idea. I hereby proclaim Caitlyn/Bruce Jenner a cuck.

Stating that such issues should be considered at a federal level rather than a local level when transgenders represent such a small minority is madness. And it creates the perfect environment for a forty-year-old man to stand next to a five-year-old girl in a bathroom with only god knows what kind of intentions. What’s to stop a predator from claiming he identifies as female in order to enter a female bathroom with a child? What are conservatives doing with their time on the hill if they can’t even protect bathroom stalls from the liberal agenda’s demand for the majority to cater to an extremely small minority?

Universities produce little Bolsheviks

Strange isn’t it? How those who seem to quote Orwell the most don’t recognize the signs of things he warned about taking place all around them? I was in junior high when I read Animal Farm and in high school when I read 1984. But I didn’t understand the full meaning of those warnings until I was well into my mid-twenties.

Universities are the cradle of free speech, where ideologies and ideas clash, where academics and activists can agree, disagree, or be disagreeable. This is particularly true in the United States, where the First Amendment zealously guards against government surveillance and intrusion into free speech.

Yet at hundreds of campuses across the country, administrators encourage students to report one another, or their professors, for speech protected by the First Amendment, or even mere political disagreements. The so-called “Bias Response Teams” reviewing these (often anonymous) reports typically include police officers, student conduct administrators and public relations staff who scrutinize the speech of activists and academics.

This sounds like the stuff of Orwell, although even he might have found the name “Bias Response Team” to be over-the-top.

Over the past year, I surveyed more than 230 such reporting systems for the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education and asked dozens of schools for records about their Bias Response Teams. What I found is detailed in a new report describing how universities broadly define “bias” to include virtually any speech, protected or not, that subjectively offends anyone. On many campuses, administrators are called upon to referee whether speech is polite.

The threat to expressive rights isn’t confined to speech from the Left or the Right. Bias reporting systems are being used to report all kinds of speech.

At Appalachian State University, students reported on one another for chalked messages that were pro-Trump as well as chalked messages calling Trump a “RACIST.” The former were reported by students as “hate speech,” the latter “politically biased slander” that was “unlawful.”

While students at Ohio State University reported each other for comparing Hillary Clinton to Hitler, students at Texas Tech were whispering to administrators that the Black Student Union’s tweets in support of the Black Lives Matter movement offended them. Meanwhile, the University of Oregon saw it fit to dictate “community expectations” to students who had the audacity to complain about oppression.

Yes, complaining about oppression may bring the Bias Response Team to your dorm room to explain why your views were insufficiently polite, decent, and non-controversial.

These are just a few of the examples we’ve published so far, and over the next several weeks we plan on publishing more on our website.

University, the one place where students are meant to have their ideas challenged. The one place where they’re supposed to grow in not only in mental capacity, but in emotional capacity. The one place where being ‘safe’ is the farthest thing from a freshman’s mind as they generally start to engage in sexual exploration and underage drinking (or at least a good portion of them).

One thing is certain in this midst of Bolshevik like tactics where students are encouraged to rat on each others like a bunch of children reporting a curse word to the teacher. Universities will be able to make a killing in profit if they advertise themselves as a campus that supports free speech, no safe spaces, and a curriculum that doesn’t leave parents in fear of their children coming home over the Christmas holiday spouting Marxist ideas.

The market for universities to regain control of the narrative is ripe and for the taking. But will they take advantage of it? Who knows…

The U.S. has the same problem. The left has control over the universities, the arts, and our culture. They’ve convinced a whole generation that any opinion outside of leftism should be conquered with silence and violence. And they don’t even have to feel sorry about doing so as long as they scream “fascist” or “racist” as they shut down or cut off anyone who disagrees. They can’t win the battle of wits or arguments without including a slur word as if that’s an appropriate way to exchange ideas.

Little do they know that they are single handedly making Generation Z the most conservative and right wing generation since World War II.

Immigrant Protest an Epic Failure

As it turns out, the U.S. can get by without immigrants. It even fires them.

The “Day Without Immigrants” protest demanding amnesty, lax immigration enforcement, and cheap labor practices fizzled in most U.S. cities, and now many demonstrators have lost their jobs for skipping work.

NBC News reports at least 100 workers lost their jobs at different restaurants and businesses after the February 16 protest.

Migrants who advocated for the wage-suppressing, cheap labor policies allowing them to work in the U.S. found themselves rapidly replaced by new workers. One business, the I Don’t Care Bar and Grill in Catoosa, Oklahoma, fired several workers by text message: “You and your family are fired. I hope you enjoyed your day off, and you can enjoy many more. Love you.” The next day, the restaurant posted an announcement looking for new workers on Facebook.

The migrant workers say they felt their firings were unfair, but the owner had a long-standing “no call/no show” policy.

Another 18 employees working at Bradley Coatings in Tennessee told their bosses they were skipping work to protest in a “Day Without Immigrants” demonstration. The business promptly fired them for missing work.

“I would tell him he was unfair, after working for them for so many years, giving him our best,” one migrant worker told KTNV. “They could not understand that it was just one day. We were going to make up that day on a Sunday, but they didn’t understand that, and it was not the best way. They didn’t give us an opportunity and just told us we were fired.”

Many protesters in the “Day Without Immigrants” marches waved foreign flags to emphasize they were loyal to countries whose main export was cheap labor–with costs inflicted on taxpayers and profits awarded to employers.

This world owes you nothing. You’re not entitled to better treatment because you’re breathing. You’re not owed U.S. citizenship (especially if you broke the law to get here). You’re not owed a job if you don’t show up to work. You’re not owed a better wage if you don’t have a particular skill set or if you don’t work overtime. You’re not owed a thing. Period. And whining about it is the behavior five-year-olds display when they don’t get a candy at the grocery store.

Bono criticizes the Wall

Bono, the eternal “it’s all environment” frontman for humanitarianism now wants to tell Americans that there’s no wall high enough to keep out Islamic terror. Let’s listen to him say the same thing to Israel, Norway, Mexico (along the southern border) and Hungary… all countries with walls meant to keep out Islamic terror or illegal immigrants.

U2 frontman Bono condemned the idea of a “national border” as the best way to protect one’s country from Islamic terror.

“I don’t see a body of water wide enough or a wall high enough to keep these problems from our doors,” the Irish rocker said before world leaders Friday at the Munich Security Conference in Germany.

“The frontier of national interest is no longer the national border,” Bono said. “You may not be interested in the trouble on a far-off street or across the Mediterranean on the other side of the globe, but let me assure you, that trouble is interested in you. Our fate is a shared fate. But which fate will it be?”

A longtime humanitarian activist, Bono urged world leaders to promote investments in development and education in third world countries like Nigeria. He warned that the Islamic terror group Boko Haram could push the African country into a “humanitarian crisis” like the one we see in Syria.

“We need to help African leaders make sure that their young people find work, or they’ll find trouble,” Bono said. “From where I stand, if Nigeria fails, Africa fails. If Africa fails, Europe fails. And if Europe fails, well, then the world has a very, very big problem. We need to help African leaders make sure that their young people find work, or they’ll find trouble”

Here’s a bright idea, Bono… please use your own damn money to supply sub-Saharan Africans with endless resources for their education. The rest of us will use that money for the wall. After all, it has worked for many other countries to build a stronger border. But apparently, when America has a border, it’s racism. When Norway, Hungary, Mexico and Israel have a wall, it’s sensible and necessary. There’s a reason why you haven’t heard about Islamic terror attacks in Hungary or Norway.

Someone needs to give Bono a hardcore lesson on race realism before he pockets more charity money that was meant for the Africans. I hear he gave half of his donations one year to his staff for his poverty foundation as their salary. Oops. There goes Africa. But at least Bono got to virtue signal.

Will Europe Fall?

It has been my fear for quite some time now that Europe will see war. Whether that be Civil War or a war instigated by the Muslim population once they have a political party (which let’s face it, tick tock), who really knows.

After having lived in England and spending a considerable amount of time in France, I feel as though I’m familiar with the attitudes that both these cultures have. The political correctness I experienced while living there only five years ago was enough to make me long to be back in the U.S. Even though political correctness has had it’s slimey fingers tangled into the web of minds in the U.S. for quite some time, as least here I can go to a shooting range to air out my frustrations. Something that would be abhorrent to those I met in Europe.

Then I see videos such as the one Blonde made only yesterday. Her travels to Germany serve as a harsh reminder of the mindset I experienced while in Europe. It appears as though some things haven’t changed. And who knows what it will take for Europeans to wake up. If they wake up. Perhaps they will simply roll over to Muslim rule. And if that does happen, we will enter a time when everything is uncertain, except for the continued rate of crime that sweeps every nation that permits these Islamic economic migrants in.

Russia – Germany’s new boogie man!

In a recent DarkStream via Periscope done by Vox Day, he claimed that there are three types of stupid in this world. Stupid, military stupid, and war with Russia stupid. You never go to war with Russia. If Napoleon and Hitler couldn’t conquer them, neither can you. Let’s see what kind of stupid the Germans are participating in.

After a multi-month, politically charged investigation, German intelligence agencies could find no good evidence of Moscow-directed cyber-attacks or a disinformation campaign aimed at subverting the democratic process in Germany. Undaunted, Chancellor Angela Merkel has commissioned a new investigation.

 

Because this is what SJWs do. When they don’t get the result that they want, they fire up a new investigation. 

What? Rape culture isn’t a thing? It doesn’t take place on college campuses? The results we have are concerning. It must mean that women aren’t speaking up about our fictional narrative of rape culture. Let’s do ANOTHER study.

Last year, Berlin’s two main intelligence agencies, the BND and BfV (counterparts of the CIA and FBI) launched a joint investigation to substantiate allegations that Russia was meddling in German political affairs and attempting to shape the outcome of Germany’s elections next September.

 

Because Merkel can’t possibly lose an election because the people don’t like military aged Islamic economic migrants running trucks into their Christmas markets.

 

Like the vast majority of Americans malnourished on “mainstream media,” most Germans have been led to believe that, by hacking and “propaganda,” the Kremlin interfered in the recent U.S. election and helped Donald Trump become president.

 

And when you ask officials for evidence, they can’t give you an answer. So and so said this. So and so said that. Not one of them can back it up. It’s simply, “well, it looks like this is possible. And we’re so butthurt over losing the election and clearly we have the moral high ground, so why WOULDN’T people vote for us?”

 

German intelligence agencies rarely bite the hand that feeds them and realize that the most bountiful part of the trough is at the CIA station in Berlin with ultimate guidance coming from CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia. But this time, in an unusual departure from past practice, analysts at the BND and BfV decided to act like responsible adults.

Whereas former CIA Director John Brennan prevailed on his analysts to resort to anemic, evidence-light reasoning “assessing” that Russia tried to tip the U.S. election to Donald Trump, Berlin’s intelligence agencies found the evidence lacking and have now completed their investigation.

 

“Assessing.” What a great word. It ultimately means who have zero evidence that we can give to back up claims that the Russians are the current boogie man for Big Brother to throw around as an enemy of the state. Those evil Russians… trying to rebuild their country after nearly a century of communism destroying their infrastructure. It’s not like they would have better things to do… like keeping NATO the hell away from Ukraine and Georgia.

 

Better still, the conclusions have been reported in a mainstream German newspaper, Sueddeutsche Zeitung, apparently because a patriotic insider thought the German people should also know.

 

Spread the love patriotic German. The Germans need to regain some pride.

 

If BND President Bruno Kahl thought that his own analysts could be depended upon to follow their American counterparts lemming-like and find evidence – Curveball-style – to support the U.S. allegations, he now has had a rude awakening.

When the joint investigation was under way with his analysts doing their best to come up with reliable evidence of Russian perfidy, Kahl had behaved like his BND predecessors, parroting the charges made by his CIA counterpart, that the Russians were fomenting uncertainty and instability in Germany and elsewhere in Europe.

 

Um… I think a mega crap ton of economic migrants from the Middle East and northern Africa caused that uncertainty and instability. But the Germans seems to think that pointing this obvious fact out is racist.

 

In a rare interview with the mainstream newspaper, Sueddeutsche Zeitung, on Nov. 28, 2016, Kahl went out on what he probably thought was a safe limb, denouncing subversive “interference” by the Russians (“as they did in the U.S.”). He was just a few months into his job and may have been naïve enough to consider what John Brennan said as gospel truth. (If he really is that gullible, Kahl is in the wrong profession.)

In the interview, Kahl played the puppet-doll Charlie McCarthy with Brennan in the role of Charlie’s ventriloquist Edgar Bergen. Kahl told the Sueddeutsche that he agreed with the U.S. intelligence “assessment” that the Kremlin was behind the cyber attacks aimed at influencing the U.S. election.

 

I guess employment was more important than the truth. 

 

He added: “We know that cyber attacks are taking place and that they have no purpose other than to produce political instability. … Not only that. The perpetrators are interested in delegitimizing the democratic process itself. … I have the impression that the outcome of the American election has evoked no sadness in Russia so far. …

 

The Russians have a preference for a U.S. presidential candidate who doesn’t want to go to war with them. Clearly this is a sign that Russia is evil.

 

“Europe is [now] the focus of these disruption experiments, and Germany especially… The pressure on the public discourse and on democracy is unacceptable.” Sound familiar?

 

Yes… it sounds way too familiar.

 

Still, one might excuse the novice BND president for assuming his analysts would remember which side their bread is buttered on and follow past precedent in coming up with conclusions known to be desired by their masters in Berlin and the CIA.

So it must have come as an unwelcome surprise to Kahl when he found out that, this time, BND analysts would stand on principle and refuse to be as malleable as their Washington counterparts. His analysts could find no proof that the Kremlin was working hard to undermine the democratic process in Germany, and said so.

 

Imagine my shock.
