Hey William! Thanks for asking! "Persephone Descending" is available for free as an audio podcast at Starship Sofa http://www.starshipsofa.com/blog/2015...
If you're wanting to figure out where Persephone fits with respect to the Quantum Magician, it occurs about 300 years before the events in the Quantum Magician and about 50 years before the events in a novel I just finished called The House of Styx, which details the foundation of the Venusian Congregate. :)
