Oh, Friday. I
1. I visited Hampton Court Palace yesterday. Dude. It was awesome.
That’s me in front of the palace. Excuse the hair. Wind + Curls = Disaster!
The gardens were my favorite part. So beautiful!
2. Wednesday night I had a friend over so that I could blow her mind with British TV. We watched Embarrassing Bodies, Nightclub Toilet, Geordie Shore, and a few panel shows. I think I may have scarred her for life. I mean…Embarrassing Bodies alone will do it, but add in all the rest and that’s a recipe for...

My Favorite On Screen Werewolves
As I’ve been writing the second book in the Alpha Girl series, I’ve been thinking about my favorite werewolves on TV and film. There are quite a few that I really love, and a few that are totally terrifying. (Jack as a wolf? Intense!) But there are some that are just so adorbs (even if all but one of them lose all their humanity when they go wolf) that I thought I’d point out.
1. Michael J. Fox in Teen Wolf. I’m not talking that new show, I’m talking old school. Okay, okay. I know it’s old and...

Totally convincing reasons why Tom Hiddleston is actually a Disney Prince. He’s totes awesome!
3. Romance books are the bomb. I’ll read anything that has a strong romance A or B plot. I’m not picky. I just like a little love in my books. Is that too much to ask? No. I don’t think so. That’s all I have to say about that.
4. I’m going on the...

Five things that make me feel better when I’m sick.
I’ve been in bed for the past four days, gone through nearly two boxes of tissue, and I sound like a man when I speak. Yup. I’m sick. But I’m not going to let a pesky virus keep me from blogging. I’m using it to pick my topic for today. So, without further ado, here are five things that always make me feel better when I’m sick.
1. Chicken Noodle Soup. I don’t know what it is about this soup, but it always makes me feel better. I’m pretty sure it has something to do with the broth–the boiling o...

It’s November?! What the what?!
1. Holy shit. It’s November. Did this year fly by for anyone else? Because I’m kind of freaking out right about now. I guess it’s been a busy year, which does make the time fly, but still…holy moly, this year went by fast. Thankfully, we still have eight weeks left. I’ve got loads to accomplish before the new year, but I think I can…I think I can…I think I can…
2. It’s official: London doesn’t do Halloween. Shocking, right?! But there was an extreme lack of decoration around the city and Richm...

My Fave Scary Movies
I looooove a good scary movie. Like LOOOOOOOVE them. It’s kind of a sicknes. That said, I’ve never read a horror novel. I feel like those might be too scary for me, but I’m working up my nerve for them. (Suggestions welcome in the comments.) But I digressed…
Since it’s Halloween, I decided I’d share with y’all my all time favorite Halloween movies. You might notice a trend on what I find scary.
1. Poltergeist — I love all three of them, but the first one is kind of amazing. It’s scary as hell...
