Saturday Blunders

So, you might have seen a post from Indiana Wonderer earlier, rambling about my love for men who change into dragons. No, it’s not April Fool’s Day quite yet, though I am certainly playing the part at the moment. Apparently, techie me was doing some testing and forgot to cancel a testpost playfully scheduledfor today.

Get Ready for the Grand Unveiling of #KAChicks

Good morning and happy Sunday, everyone!

As I have hinted for several posts now, something big is coming tomorrow. Something new. SomethingI am so completely stoked about it’s hard for me to sit still long enough to write these words!

It has been said that being a writer is lonely work, that this profession ismade up ofonly the introverts of the world. The meek. The mild. Well, my friends, while that may be true for some, it’s a stereotype like so many others…

…which means for many writers...

Muse-ical Inspiration

“So, this one time at band camp…”

Yeah, I was in the band. Back then it kept me out of trouble, and truly helped shape me into who I am today.

And while my musical tastes are all over the place quite eclectic, I love discovering new songs that speak to me. Really speak to me. Have you ever had a song like that? Maybe two? Or twenty-two?

What I find even more fascinating is that different songs will speak to me at different times. In the car tonight I heard two that jumped out at me. The first wa...

In the author world it’s always exciting to reach out and connect with other authors, especially those whose books you can’t get enough of. But no matter the sport or season, I came to realize two things in the bleachers at basketball this past Saturday:

1 I cant sit still during a game.

2 I cant stay quiet during a game.

Those of you who have met me are probably nodding (some emphatically) right about now. It...
