Teaser Two-I'm Holding On

This love triangle will be out on or before Valentine's Day! I was giving a little too much away on another teaser for this novel, so I pulled it and added this one. Enjoy!
Brynlee's point of view while she's with Ian:
His magnetic, green eyes bore into me, his breath still warming my pores like a sauna, and the words off his tongue are the most erotic syllables I’ve ever heard. “You deserve pleasure, and I can feel that you want it from me.” He points at my chest. “There’s a sensual woman wanting to come out and play.”I climb off of him and sit on the couch. “You’re dangerous.”“I’m freeing, and it scares you that you want to be, too,” he says, running a finger down my thigh.“You should probably go.” He’s right. He makes me want to explore parts of myself I’ve kept locked away, parts no other man has tapped into. My body is on fire, aching and clawing at me to set it free. It wants to come out play alright. It wants recess with Ian. He’s everything I’m not, and I love it.Instead of looking upset or worried that he has to leave, he gives me a cocky smile. He’s too much. Standing, he prowls in front of me and leans over, planting his hands on each side of me on the couch. I lean back, and he leans in more. “Thank you for an enlightening evening, sweet girl.” He gives me one soft kiss on my quivering lips before his firm ass and lean frame, accentuated with muscles in all the right places, walk away from me. He turns at the door, and I have a clear view of his blonde hair I messed up. I already miss his touch, and the shit eating grin on his face tells me he knows it.Out the door he goes, and I exhale the biggest breath. It feels like minutes that I’ve been holding it, unaware of anything but my craving for this sinful man.

Blurb Time-I'm Holding On

Here is the synopsis for I'm Holding On!

Drew Clark is the manager of his parents’ busy coffee shop, Clark’s Coffee Grind in Portland, Oregon. Brynlee Townsend, a pastry chef, rents space from Clark’s to run her business. Drew and Brynlee instantly connect and become best friends. Two years pass, and both have fallen hard for the other but could never get the nerve to express their true feelings for fear of damaging their friendship.Ian Williams returns to Portland after graduating from Columbia law school in New York. He crosses paths with Brynlee, and they have an immediate attraction to each other. Since Brynlee’s tired of waiting around on Drew to show a romantic interest in her, she agrees to go out with Ian. Sparks fly and an intense relationship forms quickly. When Drew discovers that Brynlee is dating, he becomes jealous and finally gets the nerve to express to her his strong feelings. The news from Drew and a big twist leave Brynlee shocked and unsure if she can trust that his feelings are genuine. She’s falling for Ian fast, but he’s never been in love and is honest with her that he’s been a player in the past. She’s torn, unable to choose, so she begins seeing both of them.Drew’s determined to show Brynlee they have chemistry while Ian fights to show her that along with their intense physical connection, he can be a good friend. Hot dates occur, passion builds and tempers flare as both men become possessive and desperate to win her over. The more time Brynlee spends with them, the harder it becomes for her to make a decision. Ultimately, who will she give her heart to? Will the man Brynlee chooses want it after all they’ve been through?
For mature audiences due to explicit sexual scenes and language.

99¢ Sale!

I'm a little bummed about the cold weather, so I was thinking today about Hawaii and how I need to get busy writing Andy's book. I was imagining myself at the beach as I thought about the first two in the series. I intended to only write The Mermaid and her King, but readers have been so supportive and wanted more books from these characters, so I wrote it's spin-off, A Voice for my Soul to Sing.

If you haven't read these two contemporary romance novels, you can get them at Amazon today for only 99¢ each! Many readers downloaded The Mermaid and her King free recently during a promotion, so grab up the spin-off today! Feel free to share with someone else who you know loves reading romance!

Thank you!

Here's the second teaser for One Urge, the first novella in the One Urge, One Plea, Keep Me Trilogy. It will be available for purchase on or before Sunday, January 26th, and you can already shelf this on Goodreads to read in the future, so you won't forget! This is a hot one!

Alayna's POV:

“Wake up, Alayna.”My eyes fly open when I hear a whisper in my ear. Damon is hovering over me. I can’t see his dark irises or his jet hair, but his heavy breath is on my neck.“Damon. What are you doing?”“Do you trust me?”“Yes.” His lips graze from my ear to my jaw and then to my lips before they brush ever so gently across mine.“I thought you didn’t want me.”“I never said that, but obviously you need more convincing, so let me work on it.”My heart and lungs battle over who’s the loudest.“OK.”“I’m tying you up. You have eager hands.”

Teaser One-I'm Holding On

Here is the second teaser told from Brynlee's point of view. I'm Holding On is a hot, love triangle that will be released on Valentine's Day!

He opens the door and looks tasty. His dark hair is messy the way I like it, his blue eyes have a glimmer in them, and I can’t neglect mentioning that adorable, dimpled smile of his. His towering height makes me feel safe, too. Now, I’m acting like one of those annoying teenage girls behind the coffee counter.“Hey, sweetheart,” he says, giving me a kiss on the cheek. I step in with a white, bakery box from the shop. “You had one job and that was to bring ice cream.”“I know, but instead, I took a walk on the wild side today and created something new for you.”“You were back there making me something?” he asks.“Duh, that’s what friends who bake are good for.” Drew and I make our plates of tacos and sit on the couch to watch television.“Since you let me watch a shoot-um up movie last year, I thought I’d suffer through a chick flick tonight for you,” he says, putting a DVD in.“Well, how kind of you. What are we watching?”“Sixteen Candles.”“Aww, you remembered my crush on Jake Ryan. I feel extra special this Valentine’s Day.” He flashes a smile and sits next to me. “I’m thoughtful like that.”“You just want to see the big chested girl on here that gets with Long Duk Dong, or no, I know who it is. It’s the girl with the headgear, right? The one who has the little piece of dress hanging off the front of her shirt to wipe her mouth when she dribbles.” I crack up laughing.Drew swipes my plate and sets it on the coffee table before grabbing my wrists. “You’re in trouble now,” he says, smiling. I try to break free, but he pushes me over and pins me on the couch. “That’s mean,” he says, staring down at me with a smile.“Oh, so you haveseen this movie.” “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”“Bullshit. Admit you’ve seen it, or you don’t get your dessert.”“Well, only because Marissa watches it.”“Your sister is fourteen. She’s probably never heard of it. I bet you watched it with a girlfriend in high school.”“Nope.”“Admit it, or you don’t get to try my new sweet creation.”His expression changes, and he’s looking at me intensely, inches from my face. “OK, I like the movie. Please give me my dessert before we watch it.”I feel my face warm. I’ll give him dessert alright. He’s looking at me as if any second he’s going to kiss me. Please, do it already. We’re gazing at each other, and I can hear my loud, erratic breathing. “OK,” I say barely above a whisper.
