How to listen to podcasts
I had a podcast in 2005. It took me a while to realize many people had no idea what podcasts were. I believe it was Bob Goyetche who inspired me to start saying that I had an Internet Radio Show instead. Sometimes I would go as far as to add that the show was “on-demand”.
Fast forward nine years to 2014. I still believe that not everyone knows what a podcast is or how to listen to one. Take my show, New Business Networking Radio, for example. I recently had a comment from someone who found the...

If you spend any time on social media, it was hard to miss technology news coming from Austin, TX recently. The annual, South by Southwest Festival was in full swing. NBN3 Be Completely Memorable with Saul Colt
When it comes to being memorable, Saul Coltis one of the first people I think of. In the years that I have known him, he has done creative things to keep top of mind, like sending Instagram postcards and handing out mysterious business cards, to attending conferences with his signature red-rimmed glasses and matching shoes. He even brought cake for the audience of a SXSW Interactive panel I was on several years ago. Cake!

Heading to New Orleans
I am thrilled to be the keynote speaker for the 36th Annual International Collegiate Conference in New Orleans on April 10th. The conference is presented by the American Marketing Association, an organization I hold near and dear to my heart. I am a proud board member of the Nashville chapter.
In my book, New Business Networking, I share the story of coming to Nashville from Toronto without knowing a soul. It was the kind people at the Nashville Chapter of the AMA (NAMA) who helped me land on...
