Bittersweet – But oh so AmAzInG!!
About 7 months ago, an idea was born, and just like a newborn baby, it required constant love, attention, nurturing, and play time. The idea was a short, bright red haired, blue eyed, feisty tiger trapped in a kittens body and her name is Vivienne Callahan.
Yesterday, I wrapped up a 7 month long journey with her by writing the words “an Deireadh.” Which when translated means.. The End. When I was done, I cried, I tear up even now as I write this post, because Vivienne has grown into a strong beautiful woman to be sent off on her own, okay, maybe with a little help from Mikah.
So to answer the many questions about Give Me Love – Yes, GML will be the last in The Reason Series. However, if you’ve followed this story from the beginning, you know that Vivienne and Mikah were born from two little characters I discovered for a short story blog post in December 2012 named…. Link and Nyssa (You can read that story here.) So while Viv and Mikah’s story might be at a conclusion – at least for now, the Angel stories are not yet done.
So what’s next?
Well, I have a lot on my “Want to do” List for 2014.. Including:
Finding Love’s Wings 2 – Yet untitled sequel to Finding Love’s Wings. Estimated arrival date to Bookshelves near you – May 2014!
Devilish Desire – Remember Nyssa from The Reason Series? Find out who she gets tangled up with. (Okay fine, read the short story Link(yup pun was totally intended there)above. While The Reason Series is a series of Novellas, Devilish Desire currently stands to be a stand alone.) ETA August 2014
I also have two additional stories rattling around in my brain, that have slowly but effectively been creeping out of my mind, that I hope to have out by the end of 2014.

Give Me Love – Reason Series #4 – Announcement
Hello Lovers!
I’d asked all of you about a month or so ago regarding Would You Rather…
Your options were – A Longer Book #4 with a Delayed release date
Or
More than 4 books total in the series.
The réponse was very 50/50.
Well, in reality, here is what has happened…
Vivienne and Mikah have a very complex story – one of building romance and danger lurking around every corner. Because of how complex their story is, I want to ensure that every reader of the Reason Series is truly satisfied at the end result and in order to do that I need to push back Give Me Love’s Official Release Date. (Orig: 02/14/14).
Give Me Love will now release on Friday February 28th, 2014 – It is only two weeks, so I do hope you will all forgive me for the delay.
Delaying Give Me Love is something that I’ve truly struggled with for days. I did not want to have to make you wait any longer for Vivienne and Mikah to return to your e-readers and bookshelves. So I apologize, from the bottom of my heart for its delay and please know that my editor and myself are doing everything we can to get Give Me Love into your hands as soon as possible.
Thank you all SOOOOOO Much for your Love and Support and I truly appreciate your patience with me as I do my best to conclude their story.
Okay – Now that the depressing news is over – How about something cool?

Happy 2014!!!
Happy New Year!
I do hope that everyone has a safe and prosperous 2014!!
As we kick off 2014, I can only imagine the amount of things that are going to happen in the coming months.
If you’d told me a year ago that I’d hit publish on my 4th book, be included in an Anthology, be writing my 5th book, have more than 1800 Facebook followers, 1600 Twitter followers, 200+ website followers and have more than 5000 downloads, I would have called you INSANE! HAHA Though I might still call you insane because there are a lot of days that I have to pinch myself to remind myself that this is real.
2013 has brought out many challenges for me, both personally and professionally and yet I wouldn’t change a thing. Friends and Family have grown closer, the kiddo has grown another year older, and more importantly, I’ve learned what it feels like to push my boundaries and limits. Did I mention that I’ve loved every minute of it?
So many times, usually starting on December 1st, I find myself saying – Next year will be better.. Well, this has never been more true. Next year will be better.
2014 is jam packed with books and book ideas, traveling, and everyday normalcy. None of this would be possible without you! My fans, my friends and my family, so I thank you all for a BEAUTIFUL 2013 and I look forward to an AMAZING 2014!

VIVIENNE CALLAHAN, discharged from the hospital after surviving a near-fatal attack from Riley, her abusive ex-boyfriend, has come to the safety of Mikah’s protection. As she continues to heal physically and mentally from her ordeal, she begins to have strange dreams…dreams that follow her into waking life and hint at a fate she never could’ve foreseen and dangers far greater than Riley.
Meanwhile, MIKAH BLAKE has some ideas about her future, too, and the more she considers his proposals, the weaker her resistance to him becomes. His recent actions have taught her to respect and trust him, but soon her feelings for him threaten to deepen into something more, something she may not be ready for.
In the third book of the Reason series, Vivienne will discover who and what she and the people around her really are.
Exclusive Excerpt
***Vivienne***
Walking. I’m still walking down the white hallway, though the opening seems to finally be getting closer. I’m suddenly reminded of what happened the last time, of the dark cave, the heat and screaming.
“Do not fear, you’re safe.”
Zirah?
“Yes?”
I don’t understand.
“What don’t you understand?”
Well, I’m here, in this hallway, walking toward something. Mikah, I believe.
“Yes, it is him. He’s waiting for you.”
But am I in the future?
“No, you are in the present day.”
But how?
“You are in Elysium. You are in the land of your true self.”
My hand slides along the baby bump – which is much larger than when I’m awake at home – letting the gesture silently ask my question of Zirah.
“It is because when you are in Elysium you are your true self. When you are on earth, you and your body conform to normal standards so you don’t alert anyone to the existence of the supernatural.”
I’m confused by the fact that this doesn’t all seem stranger to me. It all seems so natural, like second nature.
“That’s because you’ve been here before, while you slept,” Zirah says, answering a question I haven’t asked. “When you were attacked, you were essentially dead, and that brought you into Elysium. While you were here, you learned of your fate.” Her voice is reassuring.
Why don’t I remember?
“You were not meant to remember. But it is why this all comes so easily to you. Mikah was primed by his mother – he was told of his legend in his younger years. You, Princess, were not.” She pauses as if pondering something. “You were not meant to come to Elysium a few days ago.”
Realization stumbles its way into my mind. I died? He – Riley – he killed me?
“Yes, but Mikah found you in time. He accelerated your healing and brought you back to Earth, which is where you are supposed to be. Your time has not come.”
I mentally shake my head, trying to process all of this information.
“Dreams are a form of Elysium, Princess.”
Princess?
