Janie Chang writes historical novels with a twist of fantasy. Her first novel THREE SOULS was nominated for the 2015 IMPAC Dublin Literary Award and a finalist for the BC Book Prizes fiction award. Her second novel DRAGON SPRINGS ROAD is a Canadian bestseller.

My third novel has sold to HarperCollins Canada and William Morrow (USA). My editor sent a quick note to say she’s finished reading the draft of WS and enjoyed it very much. I'm so relieved. At this point, as long as the feedback doesn’t include words such as “steaming pile of …" I'm happy.

Same to you, Noreen. I'm hoping to clear my desk of chores and spend some quality time on the second novel over Christmas.
