Thanks to all of you who have donated. My daughter’s donation just put me over the top for my goal… So now I’m honoring the bet with my wife. She bought me a pair a wedge heels. Here’s some images of me trying on shoes….

Now, if I reach $500 (double the original), I’ll carry a purse/handbag of her choosing.

I’ve gotten where I don’t read all that many how-to books on personal effectiveness. I have seen so many that it’s hard to believe that anything new is out there. But this one is a bit different. It makes fun of the genre, and succinctly summarizes the leading books in the field. Better yet, it’s witty.

If you only have one personal effectiveness book on your shelf, this should be it.
