Check out this review for all of the mini series collections for the Amaranthine Series by Joleene Naylor!!!

An Author’s Worst Nightmare and How to Fix it
An author’s worst nightmare is losing any document. Be it just a few lines or whole novels, if your computer shuts down unexpectedly while you’re working, you potentially lose hours upon hours of hard work. The smart person tends to click the “save” button, ctrl +s, or what have to make sure that their material isn’t lost. I didn’t think to do that before I went down stairs for a bit. Lucky for me, I have insomnia and an addiction to Youtube because I was able to recover all of my hard work. I’m going to share this with you because I think it might come in handy.
Please note that I am using Windows 7 and Microsoft Word 2013, so your results may vary.
First, always to check your Recently Unsaved Folder. You can do that by going to File-> Open-> Scroll down to “Recover Unsaved Documents” -> Open

My most recent autosave didn’t take, apparently, but all is not lost. The alternative is to start by going to File-> Options -> Save, to see where your autorecover file saves to. This is typically the same for everyone but you might be different so it always helps to check.

So, once you’ve found out where your autorecover saves to, go ahead and open it. Mine saved as a .asd file, so what I had to do when prompted was to select “Word 2013″ as the default program. It will bring up a Read-Only file. Copy and paste, or whatever you need to do BUT SAVE IT IMMEDIATELY!!
Don’t be me, save your work, but if you do mess up, this will SAVE YOUR BUTT!!!

Dear Indie Author,
Congratulations on your amazing accomplishment. You’ve written a book, which is an incredible achievement. I’m so proud of you!
Unfortunately, I was not able to review your book. I know how important reviews are, so I really hate that I can’t give you that glowing, five-star review you were looking for. I enjoy our interaction on Facebook and I think you’re a really nice person. Rather than embarrass you by leaving a two-star review, I decided to contact you in private instead. I hope we can still be friends.
When I downloaded your book during its Kindle Free weekend, I had every intention of reading it. I really did. Your cover is gorgeous and the blurb is very intriguing. I couldn’t wait to dive right in. I’m sorry, but the story didn’t grab me. There were so many errors, it became distracting. Whether was confused with weather. There

There will not be a vlog today
I had a great vlog planned out, but I am starting to get sick and I feel to gross to even attempt to film. I appreciate your understanding guys, and I promise it will be out next week.
In the mean time, I will go ahead and announce that there is a new section in the works for the Youtube channel. I am planning out an 8 part series called “The Guide to Self Publishing.” I may end up with more parts than that, but I have 8 episodes planned out so far. It’s going to break down self publishing and emphasize on why it’s such a great thing to get into. It will be going up in a few weeks, I have some more scripting to do as well as filming.
Anyway, thank you guys for the support and I am so sorry I am not filming today. Check in for tomorrow’s post!
