Adventures in Podcasting
Yes, you read that right. Stanley and I decided to adventure into the world of podcasting, today.
Popcorn the Technical Ferret was a tad shocked when we told her, but she was kind enough to help us out. Look at this - our very first podcast episode is complete! Since we are not sure if we'll be podcasting regularly, we chose to use podbean, a free site to post the podcast.
In this episode we discuss the tools we used to publish our book and we also talk about Love Middle Grade Actually! Anyway, on with the show. We did create an enhanced podcast but you will need to download the file to your computer to get the extra fun stuff - IF everything works as planned. Pet Projects
We have been busy this week. Popcorn the Technical Ferret has been keeping us on track for our daily updates and we successfully made it through our first week! What do you think?

Fun Themes and an Upcoming Promotion
Popcorn, the Technical Ferret, and I came up with an idea to have certain themes for each day of the week. We will post them on our StanleyNKatrina Facebook page daily. On Fridays, we will recap them in a blog post. We hope you enjoy them. On another note, we will announce the details of our upcoming promotion, shortly. We are thrilled to be included in this project with independent authors from many different countries and specialize in books for middle grade readers. In the meantime, we want to thank Sally Harris for her wonderful idea for the promotion and for all of her fantastic work in making it happen. A Trip to Washington DC
Hello!
Stanley and I visited Washington DC this weekend and we managed to take a few pictures. Here are two of our favorites. Stanley is sitting in a basket at the Air & Space museum and I am trying to get closer to the huge statue of Lincoln. What did you do this weekend?

Exciting News Coming Soon!
Hello, friends!There is much excitement in our home.Our paws are dancing around and around. The big news will come shortly and has to do with an exciting new place where you will be able to find an excerpt of our book. Stanley is running in circles just like when he was playing in the snow.

Happy Friday!
Stanley and I hope that you have had a lovely week and have received many treats.
Our technical resource, Popcorn the ferret, has been hard at work creating an online presence for us - whatever that is.
All I know is that she keeps asking me questions like, "Are you on Twitter? Google+, What about Facebook? Have you heard of RebelMouse?" Okay, she got my attention with the mouse thing but it is all gibberish if you ask me. Anyway, apparently Popcorn is working on making sure we are visiting all of these places somehow.
She also created our author page on Goodreads. This is a fun place where you can share what books you enjoy with your friends. We listed some of our favorite books and will continue to update it!
Anyway, this is where she tells me that you can help us.
