Within the workplace, can we really learn to develop a calmer and more restful mind?

Yes, it is possible; in fact, we already intuitively know the importance of being mindful. For example, when we want to watch, say, a video presentation, we prepare ourselves a room with no distractions, sit down and tune in with our eyes and ears.
