Blog Book Tour Madness!
It begins! The first of my blog book tours has started, and I've already had some great posts come through.
The Tour started with a starter day party at I Heart Reading.
Followed by an excerpt promo at I'm an Eclectic Reader.
Then an author interview with Cassidy Crimson (love that name!).
And I also got another 5 Star Review in from Jerry at Top 2 Bottom Reviews, who had given Incubus a 4.5. So happy he liked Changeling even more!
More to come! But for now stay tuned to my Enchanted Book Promotions blog tour.

CONvergence in Minnesota, FREE eBook Days, and More Blog Tours!
Wow, have things been busy. I spent my 4th of July weekend at CONvergence in Bloomington, MN, an annual convention for fans of Science Fiction and Fantasy in all media. It was a blast!
I tended the BigWorldNetwork table in the Dealer Room with the publisher's Creative Director, Mario Hernandez, and we sold several copies of Incubus and its sequel Changeling to eager readers.

The best moment was probably the very last pair of books I sold. I wrote a personal inscription in Incubus when I signed it, but since I also had Changeling to sign, I continued a tradition I'd started on day one by simply putting "This one has more sex ;-)". The woman who bought them came back to hug me for giving her the best inscriptions ever. I love people who love to read (and who love good humor and good sex).
I also had the pleasure of meeting one of my lifelong heroes, Marina Sirtis, who played my favorite female Star Trek character, Deanna Troi, and also voiced one of my favorite characters of all time, Demona from Disney's Gargoyles. She was amazing!

Today also marks the start of my most recent FREE eBook days for Incubus, July 8-12. Right now it stands at #48 in Gay Fiction.
And on top of the con and book deals, throughout it all, my blog tour with Enchanted Book Promotions continues. Take a look at the stops you may have missed below.

New Reviews, New Tours, New Excitement!
Wow, this release is a whirlwind. As I continue my tour with Enchanted Book Promotions (check out my most recent review at Endazzled Reading) with excerpts, an interview, and another review still on the way, my Paranormal Cravings tour starts this week as well.
Bloggers can be harsh at times, and even the complimentary ones are often very selective about giving out 5 stars when they review, so I've been truly blessed with so much positive feedback, both on Incubus and the release of Changeling.
As I'm working on Book 3 of The Incubus Saga now - Sidhe - here's a peek at one of the new characters you'll meet in that book, Solrin, an original character given to me by a reader long ago to include in this story, who plays a very important role here at the end. Thanks again, Kouken, for sharing him!

Author Interview at first Bewitching Blog Tour Stop for Sidhe, and New Review!
Today marks the start of my blog tours, and the first stop is with the host herself, at Roxanne's Realm for an author interview and book spotlight. Through the stops for my Bewitching Blog Tour, you have a chance to win a copy of all three eBooks in the series, so please help share and comment for your entry!
"Who designed the cover of your latest book?
My good friend and coworker at BWN, Mario Hernandez, who does everything for the publisher, and is just too talented for words. He has worked tirelessly with me on perfecting each of the covers for my series, and they have all turned out exactly as I imagined."
Read the full Interview here!
And here you can see reviews and spotlights for all three books from Paranormal Romance and Authors that Rock!
"The third book of the series is just as the two before it; it sucks you in and keeps you turning pages wondering what the three [main characters] have to face again and if they can still stand the test of time. I loved this series and Sidhe was the perfect ending."
Stay tuned for more!

Blog tours and initial reviews for Life as a Teenage Vampire

Today starts with an interview at Ramblings of a Coffee Addictive Writer. And what fun questions! When you do a lot of interviews for a book release, sometimes the questions can get repetitive, because generally people want to know similar things, so I always appreciate when they ask some questions I haven't seen before.
Here's as example:
Do you read reviews of your books? If so, do you pay any attention to them, or let them influence your writing?
I do. It can be tough sometimes when you encounter something negative, but I think it’s important to take the risk of encountering trolls to see 1) the really positive comments that can make your day, and 2) the constructive criticisms that help improve your writing for the next book.
You can also sign up for the blog tour raffle, giving you a chance to win one of three free eBook copies.
I've also already had a slew of reviews for this new title, some from early access eBook copies I sent out, some early reviewers from blog tour stops coming up, but one in particular really touched me when it went up this weekend on Goodreads. Here's an excerpt:
As someone with a disability, one of the main characters being differently abled is a very welcome addition, as is how the character is crafted - his disability is not the most interesting or important thing about him. It doesn't somehow drive the plot, it just is a simple part of him, and it affects his life in an extremely realistic manner, in a story with fantastical elements. This was a personal highlight for me. Connor is just Connor who happens to require a prosthesis, and is in no way defined by it. he's just another kid, whose life is just a little different to someone without that disability.
I can't say enough how much it means to me to read a response like that.
So starting out strong and feeling pretty amazing with the reception the book has had so far, even from people I met at my events this past weekend, Gaylaxicon and Fall Con in Minneapolis, with people who bought the book one day, stopping by the next day to say they are already loving it.
Read all of the reviews so far right here on Goodreads.
