This Niche Print-On-Demand Store Earns Millions

Recent video from Joe Robert
The store is ChristFollowerLife.com, been around since 2018.
Joe says…
They are focusing primarily on Christians… they sell many different print-on-demand items. Everything from wall art to phone cases and mugs and even some apparel options…
They have over 17,000 verified reviews… if just one out of five of their customers actually leave a review, they would have close to 100,000 customers which means they’ve likely made millions of dollars in sales and in profits
Wall art seems to be their main thing, as that’s what they’re running ads for
At the end of the day this is a very simple store… They have likely done a lot of testing and… identified what works well for their niche and doubled down on that
Could you try creating a store like this for a different niche?
$450K Per Month Selling Leads To Moving Companies
Brandon Longo tweets…
I know a 20 year old in my city making $450K/month selling leads to moving companies
Landing page with typeform
Ranks high for top keywords like “Moving quotes” “Movers near me”
Runs Google Ads to it
Runs Meta Ads to it
Cold emails all moving companies in the city
Sells leads for 20$/pop to 40-50 companies
Insane profit
He’s now doing this with Auto insurance
It’s a fairly simple business model that’s been working for years
The trick is finding a local niche where you can dominate the search results and run ads relatively cheap.
Someone Cloned His Simple Project And Makes $2K/Month

Vinny tweets…
my simple GPT wrapper has made me $9,567
He explains further…
CoverLetterGPT is a GPT wrapper that generates personalized cover letters based on the user’s uploaded CV and job description. The function that seperates it from just using chatGPT is that users can edit cover letters inline with AI assistance, as well as manage all the different cover letters they’ve generated.
It’s super simple, and it’s even open-source!
I launched it in August 2023 and it’s been a steady source of passive income since.
Now earning him about $550 each month
The open source part is important, especially when you see this tweet from Vinny…
One guy even cloned it for a French audience and makes 2k/month
Definitely worth trying this for other languages.

$25K/Month From His Subscription Service

From an interview with 29-year-old Will Griffiths
Currently we are making ~$25k MRR… monthly costs are around ~$5-7k.
The business is Hatchly, a subscription design service.
Will was freelancing via Upwork, but found that to be a treadmill with lots of admin
So he started Hatchly in 2020…
I adopted a subscription model to ensure consistent quality, service delivery and 20x less admin!
The initial service was started with a minimal budget (probably only about £100 in subscription fees).
Got his first few clients by offering low prices and leveraging his LinkedIn network
Looks like he now has a small team of contractors and the business is growing nicely.

Remote Team Bonding Subscription Boxes
Marshall explains
Remote work is here to stay, but workplace connection is evaporating. Companies want a digital culture without awkward, forced Zoom calls every week.
Simple idea: A subscription box for distributed teams — think interactive games, shared snacks, theme days, handwritten notes, swag, and rotating hosts.
Repeat customers: As more companies go fully remote, HR budgets are shifting here.
Sounds like an easy thing to promote on subreddits like r/WFH

Subscription Box For Cats = $30,000 Per MonthHe’s Earning $50-100 Every Day with Arbitrage Betting

Jcc5950 reports that he’s earning $50-100 per day with arbitrage sports betting
Example…
1. I bet $16 on Fanduel that Kyle Schwarber will hit a double in tonight’s game for a total payout of $120
2. I bet $100 on Bally that Kyle Schwarber will NOT hit a double in tonight’s game for a total payout of $118
3. I have wagered a total of $116 on both outcomes, and since one outcome must happen, I will either make $2 if he does not hit a double, or $4 if he does…
In this example, I am going to profit at least $2 and at most $4, and the whole thing took me 10 seconds. I repeat this 20-30 times a day, and by the end of the day I have made a nice profit.
Note that sportsbooks don’t like arbitrage betting and try to prevent people from doing it, but clearly some folks are still having success.
Also, gambling is addictive and ruins lives, so be careful
Jcc5950 again…
This is my third month and I am on track for 3K this month. Made 4.4K total in my first two months…
I started with around 23K spread across 10 different books. It has now grown to just under 28K.
$17K Per Month From Their Niche Community in 1 Year

My friend Sebastian launched the NeuroSpicy Community last year…
A supportive space for people with ADHD and Autism, offering resources, coaching, and connections to foster personal growth and shared experiences.
He partnered with TikTok influencer Professor Sol to reach the initial audience.
Sol had ~100K followers on TikTok at the time, was monetizing via 1-on-1 coaching calls but that wasn’t paying the bills.
Initial launch was 50 lifetime memberships at $300 a pop, earned them $15K within 2 weeks
Then they switched to $25/mo for new members.
A year later they’re earning $17K per month and the community is growing steadily, most new members finding them via TikTok
Sol takes care of the content creation and is the face of the business. Sebastian handles all the back-end stuff.
Is there a niche influencer you could team up with to start a paid community?

Generating Affiliate Revenue via Reddit Parasite SEO
Mike Futia tweets…
Google Search is so cooked
keyword: best air purifiers for home
ranking #2: a Reddit spam post from “helloimlupphie”
written by ChatGPT
filled with links to their own affiliate site…
Here’s the post on Reddit, probably gets 1000’s of views every month
That affiliate site is likely getting less traffic from Google nowadays so they’re posting content to Reddit that links to their site.
This is known as Parasite SEO
Assuming their content is actually legit and well-researched – and they can somehow avoid the Reddit mods – I’d say this is fair game.
As Mike puts it…
don’t hate the player hate the game
If you have a content site yourself, you could try this to get more traffic
Or offer to make Reddit posts like that for established content sites, charge them per post.
