BIGFOOT & MAN Living in Peace: A Cherokee Legend

Last night, on Phantoms & Monsters Radio, Steve Stockton and I were talking about our families and their heritage in the southern Appalachians. A listener then forwarded the following account today:

"My grandmother was half Cherokee Indian, and her mother, my great-grandmother, was full-blooded Cherokee. We think she was born in or around 1840 in eastern Tennessee near the North Carolina border in the Great Smoky Mountains. My great-grandmother married a white Frenchman who was a trapper. This story was passed down and told to me.

My great-grandmother youth was told that the creature we call Bigfoot was just another inhabitant of the wilderness of the Appalachian Mountains. The native Cherokees called them Tsul 'Kalu, roughly translated as the 'sloping giant.' It was told that these creatures stood twice as tall as humans, covered in brownish coarse hair with large shoulders, large dark eyes, and a sloping almost conical head. It is said that these Bigfoot lived and in ways associated with the indigenous native Cherokee people of the Appalachians.

The story told by my great-grandmother was that one evening as the fires were burning down a soft moaning noise was heard from an area not far from the tribal settlement. It came from near a large creek. Several of the elder men took torches and began walking down a trail towards the creek where the moaning noise was coming from. Supposedly a few of the women followed behind. At one point, near the creek, everyone stopped to listen for the noise. After a few minutes, the moaning was heard and as the men moved toward the location of the sound they soon realized the source of the moaning was a human size creature. It was a juvenile Bigfoot. It seemed that it had been separated from its mother. This seemed very unusual. The Cherokee elders as some of the women made their way down to the men. The women instinctively knew something wasn't right about the situation and convinced the men to allow them to bring the young Bigfoot back to their encampment. The young Bigfoot was obviously scared and lost.

The women stayed up all night with the young Bigfoot giving it food and drink as it stayed mostly in a fetal posture and moaning, wanting its mother. The fires of the camp frightened the young Bigfoot but the women did their best to comfort it during the night.

In the morning the young Bigfoot had fallen asleep for a short time and awoke scared as it was surrounded by the tribal inhabitants. The women again stepped in to comfort the young creature as it calmed down. The nurturing of a mother transcends from different species. Later in the day, after the cooking fires had been lit, some young Cherokee children came running into the camp saying that a bigger creature, like the young one, was following them from the creek. It was lingering outside of the encampment. Then the tribe heard a loud roar, sending shivers through every animal and human in the near area. The larger creature entered the outer brush that surrounded the camp. The young creature began to whimper and stood to its feet. It ran into the brush as the entire camp watched the two creatures embrace. In the background, an even larger creature was then seen as it stood quietly.

A few of the elders got up and walked toward the creatures. There were no signs of aggression displayed by either of the creatures or by the elder men of the tribe. There was nothing but silence as both the creatures and humans looked at each other. The creatures then turned and walked back into the forest.

It has been said that there were numerous occasions when contact was made between the tribe and these creatures throughout the region. Each time they passed, without having to say a word. They were both inhabitants in the mountains and forest, living as brothers." NM

DOGMAN, BIGFOOT, OR HUMAN? Can You Identify This Creature? (VIDEO)

I saw this night-vision video several months ago and it still bothers me. This version is somewhat 'cleaner' than the original that I watched.

Some people have suggested that it was a human dressed in a costume, but the eyeshine is fairly consistent throughout the video, The movement is a bit unusual. At one point it seems to want to stand bipedally after raising its backside, but it continues its quadruple approach.

I will note that this video does kind of remind me of the Gable Film, which was proved to be a hoax. Is it possible that this is a cryptid canine or Dogman?

There is no location given or suggested. Could this be a Bigfoot / Sasquatch? Do you have other suggestions as to the identity of this creature? Lon

JACK SKELLINGTON-LIKE HUMANOID Encountered by Family

The eyewitness states that while waiting for his family to exit a van at their home he encounters an unknown black humanoid that has similar physical characteristics to the animated 'Jack Skellington.'

"On September 12, 2015, while I was standing in the middle of my front yard waiting for my family to exit the van. To my right at 3 o'clock comes what looked like a jet-black version of the 'Jack Skellington' animated character, except the head looked like your typical Grey alien head. It came from the side of my neighbor's yard.

There's a cement path that winds down into a fountain with surrounding benches and opens up into a playground, garden, and shed area. Up the cement path comes the black stick man, and marches across the lawn very swiftly, going about twice as fast as a human would walk and its height was over 7 feet tall. It came across the street under the street light, onto my parent's gravel driveway, and passed on the far side of the van, then it continued straight down the gravel driveway and onto the side of our house. I got the impression it was very strong physically.

When it had gone behind the gate, the doors to the van were opening and my sister was the first one out. I shouted, "Did you see that?" and she said, "It was all black." This confirmed my sighting. The only thing we could do was make sure our doors were locked.

I haven't seen or heard anything since this incident. I saw a lot of weird stuff as a kid. One of the things was this long, super thin 2-jointed black robotic-like arm that would jut out from behind a certain road sign. On our routine weekend drive to the shore to visit my Grandpa when he was still alive, we would come to a turn in the road, right before we made a left onto his street. I saw a long, thin insect-like, robotic-like arm come out from behind the street sign and make a grab for our vehicle. It shocked me. The next several times we went to visit him though, nothing happened.

One day when I was in my early teens, I saw the exact same thing again coming out from behind the same road sign. Freaky and pointless but still made me question my reality." Name withheld

OUMUAMUA: What is it? Why is NASA Interested?

When the Oumuamua interstellar object was discovered in 2017, there soon were theories about its composition and origin. Now, it seems NASA is very interested in gathering concrete data.

On January 16, 2019, the head of Harvard University’s astronomy department, Prof. Abraham Loeb, gave an interview where he defended his controversial paper that the interstellar object detected by a Hawaii-based telescope could be a spacecraft.

Detected for the first time in October 2017, the asteroid Oumuamua was originally given the formal designation of 1I/2017 U1. Astronomers had long awaited the arrival of the first object from another solar system. So they initially gave it the informal name of Rama, after the derelict spacecraft depicted in Arthur C. Clark’s 1973 novel, “Rendezvous with Rama” that was spotted after passing close by the Earth. But given that the interstellar object was discovered by the Pan-STARRS telescope at Haleakala Observatory on the Hawaiian island of Maui, two Hawaii culture experts were consulted. They named it Oumuamua – Hawaiian for “scout or messenger from distant past reaching out to us.” The images taken by the Hubble and Pan-STARRS telescopes were quite faint, so not much could be learned about Oumuamua’s geometry and composition. Nevertheless, the initial artist's depiction was of it being a long cigar-shaped object that was turning and rolling along its interstellar orbital path as though violently ejected from some distant stellar event that occurred in the remote past. 

What really attracted scientific attention was when Oumuamua accelerated as it approached the sun according to data provided by the Hubble telescope in June 2018. While acceleration is normal for comets that have long icy tails that ignite thereby propelling the comet forward, Oumuamua was no comet. Somehow the sun’s solar energy appeared to be accelerating Oumuamua. This led to Prof. Loeb and his colleague from the Harvard Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, Dr. Shmuel Bialy, speculating that Oumuamua may have contained a solar sail and was therefore being charged up and accelerating as it received the solar energy. They presented their conjecture in a paper titled, “Could Solar Radiation Pressure Explain Oumuamua’s Peculiar Acceleration?”

Considering an artificial origin, one possibility is that ‘Oumuamua is a light sail, floating in interstellar space as a piece of debris from advanced technological equipment. The light sail technology might be abundantly used for the transportation of cargo between planets or between stars. In the former case, dynamical ejection from a planetary system could result in space debris of equipment that is not operational anymore and is floating at the characteristic speed of stars relative to each other in the solar neighborhood. This would account for the various anomalies of Oumuamua, such as the unusual geometry inferred from its lightcurve, its low thermal emission, suggesting high reflectivity, and its deviation from a Keplerian orbit without any sign of a cometary tail or spin-up torques.

Alternatively, a more exotic scenario exposed by Bialy and Loeb is that ‘Oumuamua may be a fully operational probe sent intentionally to Earth's vicinity by an alien civilization.' Perhaps Prof.Loeb and Dr. Bialy may have been made aware of such extraordinary information and presented their Oumuamua spacecraft hypothesis to open the minds of incredulous colleagues.

As a result, in 2022 NASA proposed an exploration of Oumuamua in order to determine its composition and origin. This article by Forbes, titled NASA To ’Oumuamua? The New 22 Year Mission To The Extraordinary Object Said To Be An ‘Alien Solar Sail’ gives a brief synopsis of the ambitious project.

Witness Describes DOGMAN ENCOUNTER in Western North Carolina

A western North Carolina resident contacted me concerning an encounter that they has with an unknown canine creature. After researching the encounter, the witness believes that it was a Dogman.

I recently received the following account:

"I have read several of your reports from western North Carolina and thought that I would contact you.

I had my encounter last summer while on break at work during a slow part of the night. I live and work in Mitchell County in western North Carolina. This is a county that you have written about since you have family here and you are aware of the varied wildlife. I would take the short drive to a park near my workplace that has a lot of wildlife. I like to watch the occasional raccoon or fox breaking the wood line. The park backs up to a rather large creek. The area is devoid of artificial light as the darkness of the woods does not spook me or make me jumpy. I was raised in the mountains and I enjoy the solitude.

On this night, there were no normal night sounds, such as crickets or frogs. I also found it strange that all the wildlife seemed to be gone from the area. This bothered me a bit.  I decided to leave some dog food at the edge of the wood line hoping to entice a particular family of raccoons out so I could at least see that they were okay. I didn't see a gray fox that would hang around the area. This fox would come within a few feet from me, meander around, and then retreat back into the woods.

After walking near the woods with the food I heard a deep growl come from inside the edge of the wood line. I had never heard an animal growl with such intensity and so deeply. I could literally feel the vibration of the growl hitting my face and inside of my chest. I knew that it wasn't a bear, whose sounds I was familiar with. I dumped the food on the ground with one hard drop hoping that whatever was in the wood line would take off. I backed away with my head down until I reached my truck. My instinct told me to drive away, so I did.

I decided to go back about an hour later. I was now curious as to what this creature was. I parked in the same place and this time walked to the back of my truck to grab a smoke. While standing there I observed a dark mass come across the road and disappear into an overgrown open field with wild blackberry bushes and grass. I do have a sharp eye and I was able to discern some detail. I can only describe this creature as some kind of hybrid canine. It was on all fours but it did not appear natural. It moved very quickly with fluent motions. The gait was weird as well like the front legs were pulling its body forward. It almost had a human-like movement to it, as if it could stand on two legs if needed. The long back was hunched. The snout was long but it fit its body. What struck me most were its ears, which were large and folded back. The legs also had muscle mass to them. My background working with dogs told me that this was something very unusual. I just know that it was there one minute and gone the next.

When daylight came I drove back to the location. I looked for tracks but listened to my gut and did not enter. For several months I didn't tell anyone about it. I started searching the internet for what I had seen. I wondered if it was some type of hybrid that had escaped. I found several online sites but none seemed to come close to what I had seen. Then I came across the picture of a Dogman. If you take what I saw and stand it upright instead of being on all fours that's what I saw without a doubt. It wasn't overly massive, possibly a juvenile.

I later spoke with a few of my co-workers. Of course, they told me it was a bear or a large domestic dog. But a few of them did acknowledge that the wildlife in the area had been disappearing for a while. I don't speak about it much because of ridicule. But I do know what I saw, heard, and how my instincts reacted to it." CC

'THE CREATURE' on the Roof: Real or Perceived?

A young Pennsylvania man is plagued by overwork and stress. Eventually, he perceives a supposed Sasquatch or bipedal creature continuously walking on his roof at night. Very interesting account.

"Back in the early 1980s, I had no knowledge of Sasquatch. I was living in rural Pennsylvania. I was overworked, burned out with graduate school, emotionally on edge and simply could not make time in my life to deal with these ongoing incredible experiences. At my job I had just got up to a managerial position that required me to work at least 60 hours a week, rarely enjoying two consecutive days off from work. I was constantly tired and cranky. Overworked, underpaid, and viewed a graduate degree as a road out of this crazed unappealing cycle. So when not working or attending classes I studied.

One night I was in bed studying around 2130 hours when the first of the ongoing incidents occurred. I was living in a rural area with no neighbors within sight. It was a mobile home, secluded and inexpensive to rent in a nice enough place for a lad my age who needed cheap temporary digs and was eager to move up in the world. My bedroom was at the far end of the mobile home. The door to the room was closed and the only light on was above my head as I lay propped up on the pillow.

Without any forewarning or a premonition, I heard extremely loud, heavy footsteps come bounding down the corridor toward my room. I could see the framed pictures on the wall shaking. In an instant, without any thought, I rolled off the bed, pulled my semi-automatic pistol from the nightstand, and kneeled at one side of the bed between me and the door. I level the pistol at the door. The heavy footsteps stop just outside the door I was badly frightened. Whoever was coming through the door was about to receive bullet wounds.

I checked the clock on the nightstand and watched five minutes tick away. My heart was pounding it seemed like an eternity. I knew I had to act so I ordered whoever was outside the door to get out of my house or they would be shot. I yelled this directive in the manliest voice I could muster and spice things up with vulgarity. There was no response. No sound of footsteps retreating. Nothing. I yelled again, angrily with greater vigor, and waited. Again, nothing. No sound. My heart was jumping out of my throat. I fully expected to be confronted and possibly need to shoot the Intruder but there was no response.

I raised up and started to work my way through the mobile home, turning on lights, checking each room and closet, and saw nothing. Both doors leading outside remained closed and blocked. Eventually, I returned to bed and nervously fell asleep with the pistol under my pillow. There was little choice. I had to work the next day and had classes after work.

Unbelievably, the scenario repeated itself almost every night for weeks. Yet, there were differences. I came to understand that whatever large heavy thing was shaking the mobile home was bipedal. I also realized that the footsteps were not inside, but outside. It would bound the length of the mobile home above me at the edge of the flat roof and then presumably be gone. It's crazy how could one of those damn things support that kind of weight. This occurred night after night. I never heard any vocalization nor did I make any effort to see what was running on top of my roof, even though I was well-armed. I was too exhausted and frightened to go out into the darkness in this remote location and confront what I began to refer to among my closest friends as 'the creature.'

I became indifferent to the creature. I came to fully expect it to run the length of the mobile home each night before I drifted off to sleep. I casually spoke to my friends about the creature's presence. They smiled awkwardly. The creature became the norm. I needed sleep, an exhaustive daily routine demanded it and I felt I had no choice but to pull the curtains closed and ignore what was happening on my roof. There were never any sounds of anything gaining rooftop access nor were there any nearby trees with stout limbs that might allow a climber to access the roof. As well, there were never any sounds of something climbing down from the roof or leaping to the ground. Whatever it was bolted the length of the roof and that was all I noticed. Over time the heavy bipedal footsteps became somewhat more delicate. There was less violent shaking and vibration.

At about that time I got lucky. One of my friends suggested a sleepover. She had heard me speak of the creature but I wasn't certain she believed the story. I had no idea how she would react when the lights were turned off.

That first night, we were snuggling up and something heavy bounded across the length of the roof. The lights did go out and the creature did not disappoint. It came dashing across the roof she turned her head toward me and whispered 'the creature.' That was it. No big deal. The creature was on the roof.

Soon word got out into my circle of friends that someone other than I had experienced the heavy creatures sprinting across my roof. That night my closest male friends began to express great interest in this but none offered to visit and enjoy the experience. Gradually, over many weeks, the once weighty bipedal footsteps grew softer and lighter. Then they grew faint. Eventually, I could not hear them. Finally, I no longer thought of the creature.

Life and fate took me away from that place. I realized as I write this 40 years later that my largely different reaction at the time was mad, insane, illogical, driven by extreme fatigue, too much pressure to excel at work, and too much self-imposed effort to excel. I could not begin to understand by simply ignoring them. I knew whatever was on my roof was bipedal and I knew it couldn't be human. I simply accepted it. Then I ignored it and continued onto my exhausting mind-numbing day-to-day grind.

Thankfully there have not been further rooftop experiences."

NOTE: I found this account quite interesting. Was it a real Sasquatch on the roof, or was it a mind-manifested tulpa/thoughtform that continued on, even when he was at another location? Was the 'SKINNY BOB' ALIEN VIDEO RECORDING Authentic?

An interesting video showed up on YouTube in 2011. The conglomeration of leaked videos allegedly shows an alien being interrogated by some government agency, possibly the KGB.

There have been a large number of debunkers, but discussions are still open today on the authenticity of these videos.

An “alien” that looks very much like a typical “Grey” type entity is shown being interviewed and examined, supposedly as part of some sort of diplomatic exchange. The creature is described as being from the Zeta Reticuli star system, sent as part of an envoy to discuss “matters of mutual concern.” According to the videos, the aliens would be escorted by special officers and only meet with high-ranking officials. Although several aliens are claimed to have been present, the one most prominently featured is one with the nickname “Skinny Bob,” who would become a viral sensation with his appearance and spark much debate within the UFO community.

The alien itself appears as a very thin, slouched-over figure with an oversized bald head, slit-like mouth, large eyes, that seem expressive and blink, and supposedly claw-like hands, although we never get a good look at its hands in the videos.

There was apparently a whole series of interviews conducted with the creature from the years between 1942 and 1969, although only a few clips have managed to get leaked out. The most well-known clip simply shows Skinny Bob sitting at a table, apparently in a telepathic interview, after which we see footage of the alien from head to toe, showing its disproportionately long arms and freakish build. After that, there is a shot of it allegedly within a pool of some sort of liquid, where it would supposedly sleep.

According to the videos, the aliens were often filmed without their knowledge or agreement, with one “document 072/E” supposedly describing an incident in 1961 in which three of the beings realized that they were being secretly filmed by a hidden device, which was considered a violation of their agreement. There was supposedly a treaty that stipulated that photographs and filming of the entities would not be allowed unless specific permission was given. While these two clips are the most well-known and widely available, there were allegedly other clips that have since been taken down, such as that of the alien spacecraft and another of an autopsy being performed on a dead specimen at the base.

As soon as these clips were released there was immediate debate as to their authenticity. Arguments over the video have gone both ways, with some convinced, it is real, while others point out that it is obviously a hoax, and much analysis is being done on the footage. Was this CGI, animatronics, or the real deal? One special effects guy by the name of Ben Philips offered up his own thoughts on the footage by saying the following words:

"If Skinny Bob was faked he’s either an animatronic puppet or CGI or a blend of both. If it’s digital then it’s outstanding and the creator was a professional. If it’s digital then it wasn’t keyframed animation but motion capture. If it was motion capture then it would need a studio setup. A studio setup means money and more people. If it was a puppet then it’s not only a stunning design but the puppeteer was top of the pile; the way he shifts his stance and looks down when he’s having his height measured is beautifully done and one of the reasons why it is a computer-generated character, it was done using motion capture and not keyframe animated. I’m not saying it isn’t faked. I am proposing that if it was, then it was done by a multidisciplinary team of effects professionals. They spent a lot of time and money building physical models for extremely short clips that weren’t even the main subject matter of the video, Skinny Bob. If faked none of those involved have broken silence since May 2011 to lay claim for their work."

Other VFX experts also examined the footage but are not so sure. It has been pointed out that the frame rate seems off, and there have been arguments over whether it was 16mm footage or not and simply that the aliens look fake, with a fake-sounding camera-clicking sound overlaid over it all. However, even for skeptics, the mystery remains. It seems like it would have cost quite a lot to make these videos, yet no one has really tried to make any money off of them. It had also been suggested that it was some sort of viral marketing for a science fiction film, but if that is the case, then for what film? These clips were released back in 2011, yet there has been no movie that they have been connected to and no one has admitted to making them. Also, no one knows who the mysterious “ivan 0135” (YouTube channel) is. They have never given up their identity and have sort of dropped off the radar.

One Reddit user “JamesyEsquire” has given a pretty good summation of these points as follows.

"In terms of this being 'real' there are numerous red flags, the camera clicking sound seems to have been added on over the top of the footage, overall it just 'feels' too good to be true. Now, the problem is this. Many CGI experts and those in the movie industry have studied the footage and most agree that if fake, it is the work of a studio with a big budget. I would estimate, especially in 2011, for a studio to produce something of this quality, you are looking at a budget approaching $250,000. To my knowledge the video has not been monetized, nobody is making money off of this, and no studio has ever come forward to claim it. If this was a viral video for an upcoming movie, we would know about it by now, the footage was released in 2011. Again, I don't want this to descend into a real or not argument, the mystery to me is why? Who made this? Who had the money to make this for seemingly no benefit? I would love to hear the thoughts of people who work in the movie industry and special effects, what kind of budget or setup are we looking at to make this footage in 2011? Are there examples of 'homemade' CGI from 10 years ago that looks as good as this? Is it even CGI? Is it animatronic? Again, if so, who made it?"

The videos have been largely judged to have been a hoax, but we are still left with some mysteries. Who made them and why? Why is it that they went through so much effort to pull this off? Who is the mysterious poster of these clips and where did he go? To this day no one has claimed responsibility for the videos, which has only further caused the believers to insist they are real. Hoax or not, the Skinny Bob videos always raise many questions about how difficult it will be to ever get any photographic evidence accepted as real and especially when it is posted publicly on the internet.

Texas Boy Scouts Encounter MASSIVE BIGFOOT CHASING DEER While Hiking at Night

A group of Texas Boy Scouts sneaks out of camp during the night to explore some nearby nature trails. They soon encounter and are frightened by a massive Bigfoot chasing deer.

"I'm 50 years old and I grew up in a small suburban town called Deer Park, Texas. It is located on the southeast side of Houston. This incident occurred on a summer night in 1985. I was 13 years old at the time. I took a road trip with the Boy Scouts to Enchanted Rock State Park in central Texas to camp out for the weekend.

On the first day, we were there, and after setting up camp, we took a hike off of a 300-foot cliff face made of solid granite. We hiked through natural caverns near the end of the day. While walking back to camp we noticed a couple of nature trails just off the main park road that we could hike. But the scoutmaster told us that we weren't going to have time to explore those trails on this trip.

On the second night, four of us decided to sneak out and explore those trails after the scoutmaster went to sleep. Around 2 AM we rallied on the road outside of camp. We began walking toward the trails, following the main park road which stretched around the outskirts of the park to the nature trails. We had a couple of flashlights between us. The road we were on was about 14 feet wide and made of asphalt. It was a full moon that night so we could see fairly well once we got away from the camp lights and our eyes adjusted to the darkness. We were walking shoulder to shoulder down this road, talking and joking around as young boys do.

About 15 minutes or so after we left camp and before we could reach the trails we were suddenly startled by rustling and movement from the brush on top of the hill to our left. We saw three deer crash in the bushes and run down the hill and scurry frantically across the road about 40 feet in front of us from left to right. We heard louder popping and cracking noises and crashing sounds on top of that same hill to the left. We all froze in place. A sense of dread came over me.

At that moment a dark figure broke through the brush line sprinted down the hill and appeared to be chasing the deer across the road in front of us. In one long stride, it crossed the road. It was running on two feet but after crossing the road it crouched down on all fours and seemed to gain more speed. When it did it disappeared into the brush. It had to be at least nine feet tall. In this upper torso area, I estimate to be four to five feet across the shoulders. it also had a very short neck that appeared to be sunken into its shoulders and massive muscles could be seen through the thin dark body hair which was shimmering in the direct moonlight. Its muscular build and definition were impressive, to say the least, and would make any bodybuilder jealous. The head was massive and conical at the top. If I were to guess I would say it had to weigh about 800 pounds or more.

A few seconds later it passed in front of us. We all noticed an ungodly pungent odor, a combination of feces, urine, and garbage like I smelled at the dump in the past. We all panicked and sprinted full speed back toward camp constantly checking over our shoulders to see if maybe it had decided to follow us. We all stopped short a camp to gain our composure and catch our breath. We needed to discuss what we had just witnessed. we all agreed not to tell anybody for fear of getting in trouble for sneaking out or that nobody would believe us, accusing us of making up the story.

We broke camp at 8 AM that next morning and headed home. we never talked about it again and we lost touch with each other shortly after the incident. I've only told only a couple people about this incident over the years for fear of being ridiculed." MH

The Day AN EXTRATERRESTRIAL NAMED 'VRILLON' Contacted Earth (VIDEO)

Forty-five years ago, a bizarre event occurred during a live television broadcast in the UK. The presentation was circumvented by a supposed alien intelligence named Vrillon.

On November 26, 1977, at around 5 PM local time, a regular news program on the Independent Broadcasting Authority on the Southern Television network, was interrupted by a computer-generated voice. While the news anchor Andrew Gardner was delivering the top news headlines, his voice became distorted, the TV picture wobbled, and people heard a strange, metallic buzzing. Then a deep somber, echoing voice, that seemed to have been electronically disguised, bellowed out from a person claiming to be an alien from another world. The voice called itself 'Vrillon' who represented a certain body known as “The Ashtar Galactic Command.” It delivered an enigmatic message, asking humans to give up warlike ways and embrace peace before it was too late.

During the entire transmission, the video feed was tinged with just a slight distortion. The message ended during the programming of the Looney Tunes cartoon. Andrew Gardner remained silent during the incident and acted as if nothing had happened. However, the strange transmission was heard by thousands of people in the south of England who must have thought it was a joke.

The TV station apologized to its viewers for the inconvenience and publicly dismissed the whole matter as a hoax. Soon, all British media outlets published the news about this incident, and then it grabbed the attention of international media. The ITV company, whose broadcast was interrupted by this message, long and carefully searched for the culprit of the incident, a possible prankster or ingenious technician who managed to hack their equipment. Unfortunately, they failed to trace the culprit. They only managed to find out that the signal was sent to the Hannington transmitter antenna located on Connington Hill and broadcasting to Berkshire and North Hampshire. The signal source was quite small, located somewhere near the antenna.

This incident has been studied by various researchers of anomalous phenomena and ufologists. John Reppion, a collector of British bizarre tales and folklore, claimed that the person behind the mysterious message had thoroughly prepared for the interruption and specially chose the time of the late afternoon news for the broadcast so that the maximum number of people could hear it. Reppion went on to examine several subsequent cases in which pranksters tried to interfere with American TV broadcasts, and found that they were fundamentally different from the “message of Ashtar.” All American pranksters sent deliberately humorous messages on TV, while Vrillon’s voice was broadcast in all seriousness and never said anything that would indicate something funny. Vrillon’s voice was not exactly a human voice, but something strange, electronic, possibly extraterrestrial.

Many ufologists in recent years believe that Ashtar’s message was a real attempt by aliens to establish contact with Earthlings, trying to convince us not to start World War III. It is believed that in the late 1970s, the Cold War between the West and the USSR became especially tense, and many people believed that a nuclear war was about to begin. The message is still relevant today in 2022.

Albert has written 16 books on entity and humanoid encounters chronologies, including a book about UFOs and humanoids over Florida. These can be obtained on both softcover and Kindle versions on Amazon.

'OHIO GRASSMAN' VIDEO? Recent Intriguing Night-Vision Recording

This video was supposedly recorded recently in Ohio (I believe it was in the area around Salt Fork State Park in Guernsey County, Ohio). The content creator has a number of Bigfoot-related videos on their channel.

This particular video starts with a daytime series of an apparent Bigfoot walking through the woods. But the subsequent nighttime recording is quite interesting. The investigator secured several minutes of intriguing video of night-vision movement and eye shine. As well, the audio is compelling. It includes sounds similar to tree-knocking and deep guttural growling by the creature.
