ORANGE-EYED 'BATMAN' Reported by Additional O'Hare Stationed Firemen
Chicago City Firemen posted at O'Hare Fire Station #2 come forward to describe a sighting of a screeching & chirping orange-eyed winged humanoid flying over the location.
The following report was received by Phantoms & Monsters Fortean Research team investigator Manuel Navarette and posted at UFO Clearinghouse:
"I was filling in at O'Hare Fire Station #2 on the July 4th, 2022 weekend. We were outside in the patio area talking and watching the distant fireworks display. As we talked we heard what sounded like a very loud screeching noise. It sounded like the brakes on a large truck.
We didn’t pay it any mind because it was probably a semi or airport maintenance vehicle that was nearby. There is a cargo terminal within sight of the station so we didn’t give it a second thought until we heard a series of clicks...rapid, loud clicking followed by that sound again. It was then that one of the other guys saw something and said, “WTF is that?” We looked up to see a figure in the sky. It looked like a human with wings and it had a pair of bright orange eyes. One of the firefighters said it was the infamous “Batman” and said it was seen all over the airport and the surrounding suburbs.
It was only visible for about 5 seconds before it flew out of sight toward the north."
Investigators Notes:
This is part of the ongoing investigation looking into the initial report of a Chicago Firefighters sighting of a winged humanoid at Chicago O’Hare International airport. The witness was able to convey sightings from fellow firefighters at his station that were told to him the night of his sighting. They are being presented separately and attempts are being made to contact the original witnesses of each report. As the investigation progresses, updates will be posted to the website and passed along to the members of the Phantoms and Monsters Fortean Research Team.

Receiving his first taste of archery at the age of 5, he started down a path that lead him on solo camping and hunting trips across the state as well as many other states. Like most, his fascination with the strange and unusual started young with shows like In Search Of and Unsolved Mysteries. Diving deeper into these subjects at his local library only fueled the flames that led him to where he is today. With an open mind and adventurous heart, Cam looks to present the stories of the strange in a fun and intriguing manner. Cam still lives in the great state of Texas with his wife and two children.

2nd Incident: O'HARE 'BATMAN' Observed Shuffling Across Street at Fire Station #3
Chicago City Fireman at O'Hare Station #3 took one of the engines to get fueled. As they are approaching the fire station on their way back they observe the 8-foot-tall red-eyed 'Batman' shuffle across the road.
The following report was received by Phantoms & Monsters Fortean Research team investigator Manuel Navarette and posted at UFO Clearinghouse:
"I was at work at station #3 at about 0245. As part of the normal routine, we take the engines to get fuel at the maintenance yard. It’s about 2 miles or so one way and the entire endeavor takes about 45-60 minutes depending on if you have to wait.
As we were headed back, we were approaching the firehouse when we saw something move across the street, it walked in a sort of shuffle as we approached. We saw two glowing red eyes that looked right at us and then disappeared. As we continued to approach the location our headlights fell upon a large black figure that looked like a man wearing black clothing, except he was at least 8 feet tall, super, super thin, and had a large pair of bat-like wings. It took off into the air and was gone within a second or two and we lost it in the night sky.
It scared the living hell out of everyone in the engine and when we got back to the firehouse, we all went outside to look for it but found nothing. It was the damndest thing I have ever seen in my life."

MYSTERY CREATURE Observed in Rural Jessamine County, Kentucky
A reader, who was working as a temporary UPS delivery person during the holidays, observes an unknown creature while making deliveries in Jessamine County, KY gated community.
I recently received the following account:
"I enjoy your website and I read it every day for updates. I believe people deserve to know there are unknown species around us.
I live in central Kentucky and a couple years ago, I was working a temporary job with UPS. During the Christmas season, they hire temporary workers as "driver assistants" who ride along next to them and help run packages to doors. This was during December. We were driving around delivering to a rich neighborhood in rural Jessamine County, KY. It was a rich gated subdivision out in the country, which is quite common here. We sometimes spent hours in these places.
So we were in one of these communities around 7 PM and it was already dark. We pull around this cul-de-sac, and the headlights are on. By the side of this house, it illuminates an animal I had never seen before. It was the size of a medium dog, with shortish grey fur, and a medium-length tail. It was slinking along the side of the house into the dark backyard when we saw it. It clearly did not intend to be seen. I was like, 'DID YOU SEE THAT?' and the driver said it was the biggest possum he had ever seen in his life. This thing was the size of a medium dog. I can only describe it as looking like a giant ferret or weasel. I saw its head and it had the same snout type. We only saw it illuminated for 2 or 3 seconds and it retreated into the darkness.
Before anyone says it was a marten or a fisher, those do not occur in Kentucky and they never have, not even anywhere close. Those are Canadian and Northeast species, and I'm lifelong familiar with coyotes. It was not a coyote.
Some background. The subdivision bordered a vast farmland area, and was also very close to the river bottoms." TB

Tall Black Hooded SATAN WORSHIPPERS Terrify Columbia, Alabama Teens!
The witness claims he, his friend, and two girls, had gone out to a wooded property one night in December 2016. It was known as a hangout for Satan worshippers. What they saw is horrific!
"In Columbia, Alabama there's a place that was right down the road that me and a couple of my buddies and their girlfriends and a girl that I was actually talking to at the time. We went to a place called Columbia Manor. Basically, it was just like this little, I don't even know how to put it, kid's place, that little kids go to get scared. We were just bored so we figured we'd go try it out.
Well, it ended up being a huge waste of money and we ended up actually leaving there and thrill-seeking for something else. So we were told about this place, on a little dirt road that supposedly had a satanic worship spot on it. We ended up going down this dirt road it was me, my buddy, like I said, and my other buddy. They actually went home at the time so it was just me he and two girls left and, of course, he and I wanted to be big ballers and act like we weren't scared of anything.
So the place that was in the woods, you actually had to climb a barbed wire fence to get to it. So I and he went first, of course, and they kind of stayed back behind us a little bit. Whenever you climbed the first barbed wire fence, we actually had flashlights on, and if we wouldn't have flashlights we kind of would have been screwed because they had bear traps, like, I mean, everywhere. There was just a row of bear traps surrounding this place and it was kind of crazy because I mean we don't have bears in Alabama. So we were stepping over the bear traps making sure we didn't hit anything, or get caught up in any of them because if we would have done that, we would have been... we'd have been goners. I mean it's the middle of Alabama. There was no service where we were at. We were kind of already freaked out.
He and I were scared, but we didn't... we didn't really let it get to our heads. We didn't want to act like we were scared in front of the two girls, so we kept on going. There was a little building out in the middle of absolutely nowhere in this field and we went inside this building because the door was open. There were no lights and we shined our flashlights on the walls. On the walls were porn magazines, like naked women images, taped all over the place. Also, broken CDs, when the light hit it, would just blind your eyes, for how many CDs they were on the wall. It was actually really like kind of creepy and in the middle of it, there was, like, I guess you could call it, like an altar spot, right in the middle. There was a skeleton of a dead cat on the altar.
Paige, the girl that I was with at the time, she actually stepped on a nail on the floor and screamed. And when she screamed, we heard something at the back of the house just rustling around. So, of course, I and my buddy go check it out. This is before I could open or conceal carry. I didn't have a gun with me. We had no means of protection whatsoever and we peek out the window of this place in the back of this place, there were people in black cloaks that were abnormally tall! It was actually kind of crazy how tall they were and that scared me a lot. They were dancing around the fire and one of them had a chicken in their hand and they were dancing. They weren't like like hip-hop dancing, like breaking down, they were, like, weird kind of traditional dancing just around the fire holding hands and speaking a really weird language. We could hear them from the house and that scared us even more so we got out of there and we start running. Everybody's running and making sure we don't trip over the bear traps, all kinds of stuff.
As soon as we get back to the car it was like this beam of light just comes straight up out of the ground and I'm talking about, there's a curve that this place leads into and I’m talking about we didn't see any type of headlights coming around the curve. I’m talking about this thing that just appeared out of absolute nowhere and as crazy as it's going to sound, there was a yellow Miata (sports car). I remember that clear as day and it gives me goosebumps. I was scared to death. I will not go back there. This Miata, he's coming around this corner and it was just like he literally just came out of the ground. Man, I mean, like just as fast as the speed of light, it comes out of the ground and he almost hits my friend as he's pulling up.
So my friend, of course, gets pissed off and runs up to the car acting like a badass out of hell. He's like, "Man, you need to watch where the heck you're going!" This dude lets down his windows and I tell you (I’m talking about pure shivers right now in my body) when I saw his face, his eyes were just like gaping black holes and he talked to us. At first, he was mumbling in an unknown language. I didn't understand and I was trying to be hard-ass at this point because I didn't know what the hell was going on. I said, "Excuse me" and he said. "You all need to get the f*ck out of here and y'all do not need to come back!" We listened to him because he just looked like pure evil and it absolutely scared the bejesus out of me."

Cam Hale was born and raised in Texas and comes from a long family heritage of Texans that can be traced back to before the Lone Star State gained its independence. Growing up in a rural country town he spent the majority of his time outdoors. Receiving his first taste of archery at the age of 5, he started down a path that lead him on solo camping and hunting trips across the state as well as many other states. Like most, his fascination with the strange and unusual started young with shows like In Search Of and Unsolved Mysteries. Diving deeper into these subjects at his local library only fueled the flames that led him to where he is today. With an open mind and adventurous heart, Cam looks to present the stories of the strange in a fun and intriguing manner. Cam still lives in the great state of Texas with his wife and two children.

New Evidence of BIGFOOT AT ABANDONED SIDELING HILL TUNNEL Near Breezewood, PA (PHOTO)
New evidence has been found by another individual claiming that at least one Bigfoot resides in the Sideling Hill Tunnel along the abandoned Pennsylvania Turnpike near Breezewood, PA.
I recently received the following information and photo:
"I recently found a large footprint and broken trees in an area I'm familiar with. I had a strange feeling come over me in the area also. I believe I know where the creature is hunting and staying in an old tunnel in Fulton County, Pennsylvania. The location is between Breezewood and Wells Tannery.
There are two abandoned turnpike tunnels in the area. I believe there at least two creatures. It is an isolated area but yet close to the human population. I think not too many people go deep in the tunnel like I do. I have spent 46 years in the woods hunting and fishing. I found trees bent over diverting deer trails. I've heard some strange screams and the deer in the area act out of character. The deer are always bedding in open areas it seems or on edge of them, but when they run they scatter in all directions.
Just thought you would maybe shed some light on things. It has my attention. There have been sightings in surrounding areas over the years. When I go back in I'll get some photos of trees and trails." PK
I previously received the following information in June 2021:
A group of friends was exploring the abandoned Pennsylvania Turnpike near Breezewood, PA at night when they encounter eye shine coming closer to them. They believe it may have been a Bigfoot.
"My two friends and I decided to go to tunnel 2 (Sideling Hill Tunnel along the abandoned Pennsylvania Turnpike near Breezewood, PA) which is like the shortest walk, but that is because you have to park in the middle of literally nowhere, and walk through a dense wood line.
We get out of our car and start to walk up the path to the tunnel and my friend (we’ll call him N) has this huge and high-power spotlight which I was using because he was checking out my little TAC flashlight. N’s spotlight can reach like half a mile. It's crazy. So I decided to flash it back toward my other friend, R’s car.
I see these two eyes in the woods behind the car, like halfway up this tree. After seeing it, we decided to walk back toward it. We don't see the eyes so we assume it was an animal or something and it ran off.
My friend has my light and says, "It's over here now. It came close to us!" It was a 100% humanoid head. We even saw the arms.
So R at this point gets scared as hell and goes, "let's get back to the car!" We are, at this point, like 100 yards from the car.
We get to the break of the dense wood path, probably 75 yards from the car and I see the eyes again with the spotlight. They are now even closer to us. It seemed to be 7 feet in height assume. At this point, we all have our knives out because we're scared shitless.
R goes, "We gotta get to our car, but it's right there on the other side of the road!"
We get to the metal rebar that blocks the path so no one can drive their cars through the tunnels and we don't see the eyes. We stop and are like scanning the wood line on the other side of the road. I notice to our left an eye peeking at us and it darts back behind the tree. Then it looks again and I see a humanoid head and arm and it darts back behind the tree.
At this point, we book it for the car. We get in the car and N winds down the back window and starts scanning with his light. We see it like 20 yards from the car. We see its head, its arm, and its foot. Again it hides behind the tree. R is in like full panic because it keeps getting closer so he floored it out of there.
N vouches it was a Bigfoot. R to this day says he has no idea what it was and he doesn't want to think about it. Honestly, I want to say it was a Bigfoot, but I'm so skeptical about that kind of stuff. I genuinely do not know what it was.
It was 7-8 feet tall and kept getting closer to us. It was not an owl and was not a bear. And it was not a human because human eyes do not refract light like this did, so it wasn't a human. N refuses to even go back to the tunnels. He's that scared.
Probably one of the most terrifying moments of my life. It wasn't even that scary but we were all talking on the drive home about how we all felt dread/horror, even as we pulled up to the trail before we even saw the eyes. We all agreed we'd never had such a strange feeling in our entire lives. Like an immediate insurmountable dread right as we got out of the car.
It also wasn’t a good idea that we decided to go at like 2 am." BM
The witness later stated:
"It was very tall, black (but it was at night), with glowing eyes. It looked pretty slender, but all we really saw was its head and an arm since it kept hiding behind trees. We couldn’t really tell if it had hair or not because of how dark it was in the woods and we were panicking. I would say it was scared of us because it seemed to be hiding from us but it kept getting closer so we didn’t want to stick around and find out." BM

Experiencer Describes OTHERWORLDLY ENCOUNTERS in Long Beach, CA (AUDIO)
Posted below is an audio clip provided to me by my friends Cam & Kyle at Expanded Perspectives:
The experiencer, named Chad, details his personal otherworldly encounters during the summer of 2018 in Long Beach, CA. He was in bed with his wife when he hears flapping wings and claws on the roof.
The being continued to show up each night. After talking to his mother, she suggested that he try to communicate with the unknown entity.
He successfully communicates psychically as the being responds with movements. It's a very detailed and frightening description of the bipedal entity. He was able to 'see' the physical being in his mind's eye.
The incident has resulted in Chad experiencing another unexplained phenomenon, including a UFO sighting and an orb incident. He feels privileged and awaits more encounters.

College Friends Observe Possible PALE CRAWLER HUMANOID in Western Pennsylvania Woods
A group of college friends in western Pennsylvania is together in a local woods at night. After a while, they notice an unknown being, possibly a pale crawler humanoid in a nearby tree.
The following account was referred to me:
"My experience is from late 2006, just before the winter break of my freshman year of college. I went to a small college in rural western Pennsylvania and the freshman parking lot was on the edge of campus up against a State Game Land. We'd go out there a couple of nights a week to smoke some weed. That night, we went to our usual spot in a clearing with a fallen log to sit on just past what you could see from the parking lot (though we could see the lights from the lot through the trees behind us).
Now, I'm sure you're already thinking, "It was probably just the weed." But we were veteran smokers, had just started smoking that night, and had been smoking out of the same bag previous nights without any weird things happening. We packed a bowl and had maybe one hit each as we sat there talking quietly. It was winter and this night was particularly cold, like in the teens (Fahrenheit), but very still. There was no wind, almost nothing making sound out in the woods where we were. I took my first hit and handed the bowl and lighter back to my friend, then looked up to exhale.
That's when I saw it through the smoke. There was a humanoid face in the trees on the other side of the clearing, opposite the parking lot. It was just above a branch that it had its hand wrapped around, I think it had three fingers with a very long, narrow thumb that stuck out several inches past its other fingers, each tipped with a pointed nail.
As the smoke cleared, I got a better look at its face: Very pale, almost grayish skin. Bald, no eyebrows, no other hair of any kind. No ears that I could see. Big eyes relative to its head that was very dark in color, catching just a little bit of light from the lights of the parking lot behind us which made them seem kind of reflective. I didn't get a great look at the nose or mouth as I was fixated on the eyes. But from what I recall, they seemed small relative to their head compared to a human.
I tapped my friend's knee and quickly glanced over at him to see if he saw it as well, and he was starting at it too. So it's something we both saw independently. I looked back at it just as it released its hand from the branch, revealing very long, thin fingers to match the thumb, and then it moved backward out of our sight without making a sound, even though there were dry leaves all over the ground.
Only a few seconds actually passed during this span, but it felt much longer and there was this odd calm over the whole situation. As soon as it was out of sight, however, my friend and I both felt intense fear and we ran back to the parking lot. It was in such a panic that he didn't realize he had stuffed the still-smoking bowl into his coat pocket and dropped the lighter. We ran to the opposite side of the lot from the woods where there was a road, some cars passing, and some other students walking around where we finally felt safe.
There was an initial, "Oh my God! did you see that? What was that?" We calmed down and talked about the details of what we saw, which matched up perfectly. The only thing he noticed that I didn't was that he said he didn't think it even had a mouth. We thought maybe it was a "classic gray alien" or something, but knew no one would believe us and didn't tell anyone else.
The next day, we went back to the spot in the woods and found our lighter standing upright on the log we were sitting on. The odds of it falling and landing like that are very, very low, adding another creepy factor. Did this thing find it and put it there?
We also walked over to the tree where we saw it and found the branch it was grasping. It was a good 10-12 feet above the ground. We couldn't even reach it by jumping and there was nothing around. No stumps, no rocks, no lower branches. Nothing that it could have been standing on, so it had to be tall to appear there.
Weirdly, the leaves on the ground had been disturbed all around the area beneath the tree. Not like, just tracks or something, but it was as if something had intentionally brushed the leaves away and then dug some shallow holes, maybe 4-6 of them about 6-8 inches deep and 2-3 inches wide. My friend was a biology major who had been an Eagle Scout (and now works in a state park), so he knew a good deal about most of the area's wildlife and didn't know of anything that would disturb the ground in that fashion. Plenty of animals dig, but they don't sweep away an area (probably 5ft x 5ft) of leaves like that just to dig a couple of holes like that. He couldn't find any other tracks leading away from the area either.
We never went back out there after dark again and never saw it again either." BB

Young Woman Details ALIEN EXPERIENCES at Home in Montana
A Montana college student recounts her alien encounter at home and the other strange phenomena most likely associated with it, including lost time, UFOs, and animal mutilation.
I recently received the following account:
“In October of 2021, I encountered what I believe to be an extraterrestrial inside my house, followed soon after by 3 other extraterrestrials in my house.
It was a normal Friday evening at first. My Dad (I was in college in Montana, living with him at the time) had gone to sleep at about 10 PM, and I stayed up until about 11:30. At 11:30 I turned off my TV and went to lay on my bed where I promptly pulled out my phone and began browsing. This lasted for about 45 minutes before I finally decided to go to sleep. I realized that my throat felt a little dry, so I got up to get some water from the fridge. My room used to be a second living room off the kitchen, so there’s no door on the frame, only a thick curtain.
As I approached the curtain everything was normal. It was just a normal night. The only thing that seemed a little off was how quiet it was. There were no crickets chirping outside (which there always were, I live in a secluded country ranch house) which was unusual. I could still hear my Dad’s white noise maker in his bedroom though (he uses it to help him sleep). It felt like a normal late night. I pulled the curtain aside to step out into the kitchen and experienced the single most terrifying thing in my entire life.
Behind the curtain was what I believe to be an extraterrestrial/alien. It was facing the hallway to my Dad’s room and it was in a crouched position. We had a nightlight plugged in right above the kitchen countertop, so I assume it was trying to avoid that light. Its skin color was a sort of dark grey/gunmetal color. As I pulled the curtain all the way back, the alien turned its head sharply to look at me. I gasped and was immediately overcome by an immense sense of dread and terror. I was quite literally paralyzed by fear. I just stood there with my hand on the curtain, mouth agape. It stared at me for a couple of seconds and then everything went black.
I regained consciousness an hour later and was laying on top of my bed, the covers still made. My heart was pounding, and it felt like it was beating a million times a minute. I saw something on my left, which was the darkest part of my room, and had a door leading to our carport. Standing over my bed were 3 dark grey figures. They were tall, their heads nearly touching the 7-foot ceilings in my room. I turned my head, stared at them, and began to experience the same sense of terror as before. It was the exact same sense of dread and paralysis. I was unable to move, unable to speak, unable to do anything except look. This time they looked at me for much longer than a couple of seconds. It felt like it lasted a full minute or more. At the end of that minute, the being in the middle leaned in a little bit and moved its hand toward my foot. It tapped its finger on my foot 3 times, slowly. Each time it tapped, a strange sensation pulsed through my body. It was just a weird energy that I can’t really describe. After the 3rd pulse subsided, the being stood straight again, and then everything went black again.
I regained consciousness yet again a minute or two later, still on top of my bed, covers still made, and immediately began to cry. I don’t mean just a tear or two, I mean that I was quite literally just bawling my eyes out for the next few minutes. Eventually, all that emotion subsided and I grabbed my phone from my bedside table. It was 1:33 AM. I didn’t end up going to sleep at all that night. I just sort of sat there on my bed trying to explain to myself what just happened.
In the year since this has happened, I’ve yet to come up with an explanation that doesn’t involve aliens, demons, ghosts, or some sort of paranormal phenomenon. I thought of sleep paralysis at first, but I never went to sleep before I saw the first one. I was wide awake still when I went to get a drink of water. I wasn’t dreaming, because I hadn’t yet gone to sleep.
When the 3 came right after I thought that it could be sleep paralysis since I woke up on my bed, and was unable to move or even scream when they looked at me. But how did I get in bed when the last thing I remember was looking at the first one in my kitchen? I know you hallucinate when experiencing sleep paralysis, but how did I see 3 distinct beings that essentially remained motionless, and what was that sensation whenever it tapped my foot?
If it was sleep paralysis, I’ve never had it before, and I haven’t had it since. If it was some sort of spontaneous mental breakdown, I’ve never had one before and haven’t had one since. If it was just some bad nightmare, when did I go from browsing Reddit and getting a drink of water to asleep and having a nightmare?
Every time I think about it, I get an uneasy feeling, just thinking about the dread I felt that night. It makes me feel squirmy and nervous. That night felt like death, but I don’t know if whatever was in my house, or whatever I imagined was malevolent. I don’t know if they hurt me or did anything to me or my dad. I don’t know if I was crazy, sleep-deprived, or actually encountered aliens in my house.
I’ve seen and felt some strange things before and after, including ‘lost time,’ seeing what I believe to be UFOs, and animals on the ranch we live on being mutilated.
The lost time thing was a little freaky. I was texting my brother about video games in the middle of the morning. I was in the middle of a response, laying on the bed in my room, when all of a sudden I was sitting on the couch in the first living room, opposite the kitchen to my bedroom. 7 whole hours had passed, and I didn’t remember any of it. There were 2 texts from my brother, about an hour apart, the first of which was him asking if I got his text, then the second was just a couple of question marks. I was confused and didn’t really know what to do.
The UFOs thing is self-explanatory. I’ve seen lights fly over my house at night. There is an airport about an hour away and I see planes on occasion, but these lights are always either too fast to be a plane, too slow to be a plane, or too quiet to be a low-flying helicopter.
The animal mutilation thing is the saddest part for me. I have about 10 outside cats or ‘barn cats’ that I feed regularly and who keep away snakes, bugs, and whatnot. Most of them are spayed/neutered and vaccinated, but new ones show up still and get pregnant somehow. Every so often one of them gets killed be it by a mountain lion, stray dog, coyote, or other cat. It's gruesome but it happens. But there have been a couple in the past few months that have made no sense, and all have been the same way.
A single cut down the middle of their bodies, running from their jaw all the way to their genitalia. The cut goes all the way through their sternum and everything. It’s always perfectly straight, and none of their internal organs or anything is damaged. It’s like someone took a razor or something and slit them. We’ve found them on our driveway and the private road leading to our driveway. There’s never any blood, and the cat is just dead on the ground, already in rigor mortis. It makes no sense and it makes me sad because I’ve raised most of those cats from kittens.” D

Campers Encounter HUGE BIGFOOT & BRIGHTLY LIGHTED FIGURE in California's High Sierras
A group of friends went hiking and camping in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. On the second night, they encounter a huge Bigfoot and an unknown brightly lighted figure.
The following account was told to me. It had been a part of an older unknown podcast:
"In the spring of 1988, my boyfriend and I, along with other college friends, decided to spend our whole spring break hiking and camping in the Sierra Nevada mountains. One of our friend's fathers grew up in that area and recommended a spot for us to go to near a place called Round Lake. We hiked into the mountains and had a beautiful view of the lake. There were seven of us on that trip. We were only going to be there for a couple of days.
At about 8 PM on the second day, we had our dinner and we were just finishing up the dishes. One of the other couples went for a walk with the excuse of finding a spot to watch the sunset. Yeah, right. Well, an hour or so later they came running back into camp saying that they saw a 'monster.' They said that they were on an overhang on the side of the mountain. They were sitting on the rock ledge just chatting when they noticed a pine tree start shaking wildly. The trees weren't tightly packed in that area, and there were many bare spots. So the pine tree that was shaking was only in a small patch. As they were sitting and watching it they would catch glimpses of a large black figure. They thought that was a bear. Then the shaking tree stopped. Then they saw the weirdest-looking bear come running out of the woods but it wasn't running normally. It was deformed he thought because it was propelling itself forward with its front legs instead of using its back legs.
As they continued watching they realized that it wasn't a bear but, as one of them described it "the biggest freaking chimp I've ever seen!" Then it went from mid-stride on all fours to casually walking on two feet. It stopped and stared out over the valley and then plopped down on its butt with its back to them. They said that it was at least five and a half feet tall sitting down. It had seen them but it didn't care that they were behind it.
My boyfriend said that sounds like a Bigfoot. After he said that everyone piped up, wanting to go and see it. So the whole group walked to the spot. Well, by that time it was gone. My boyfriend was staring off into the distance and said, "Do you guys see this?" We all look towards the dark sky to the east and there were spinning lights, but whatever held these lights could not be seen. The lights stopped and at that moment we all heard a loud moan to the right of us that seemed to go on for about 45 seconds or so. When the moan stopped it was followed by a higher-pitched "whoop" and then the spinning light started again. This seemed to go on for maybe a minute. Again, when they stopped a moan started again and this time it came from the left of us. Again it ended in a "whoop." When it stopped we all looked at where the lights had been and we all clearly noticed that the lights were much closer to us. We were all amazed by it. Then again when the light stopped the moan started to the right of us.
This continued on, but each time the lights were getting closer to us. It started coming from all around us, even above us further up the mountain. We were all freaked out and someone suggested that we should get back to camp.
When we got back to camp, we should have packed up and left. But for some reason, we all thought our campsite would somehow protect us. We talked about our cool experience but not one of us said maybe we should leave the area. We continued chatting about the experience. I don't recall feeling fear yet, oddly enough, someone said he saw something in the woods darting from tree to tree. Someone asked if it was Bigfoot. But my friend said it was glowing a silvery white color and was only four feet tall. Then he yelled "Look! It's right there!" We were scanning the woods and all feeling a little freaked out. I saw the look of shock on my boyfriend's face, so I looked where he was looking and I saw the silvery white being eight to ten feet up the tree with its hands holding onto the trunk. The light from the fire wasn't lighting up the whole tree so what I saw wasn't very clear but it did have five fingers that appeared to have suction cups on the tips. I saw one side of its bulbous head and one eye. The eye was large like the size of a baseball. The head was the size of a large party balloon.
Minutes later we all heard a large crack of a tree limb. One of the guys said he thought he could see red eyes glowing. He said it moved back behind the tree. Then all of a sudden one of the girls screamed. We all jumped in fright! We looked in the direction where she was looking. There it was! A Bigfoot! It was standing there staring at us as it just swayed back and forth. We all estimated that it was well over 11 feet in height! It was breathing very heavily. Its mouth was pursed in a downward position. It inhaled through its nose and then exhaled and as it exhaled it growled loudly. Then we heard the sound of the brush move and a bright lighted figure appeared. We watched as the Bigfoot turned and walked out of the campsite toward the figure. That was our chance to go! None of us packed! We just ran for the cars and left!
