Hikers Disrupt SASQUATCH 'DEER HUNT' Near Mount Rainier, Washington

A group of friends were camping and hiking near Ashford, Washington. During the evening, three of the group went out to spot deer and elk. They came across something that they would never forget.

"This took place in July 2013 in an area just outside of Ashford, Washington in the foothills of Mount Rainier. We were there on a campout with several other people. On Friday afternoon several of us went out on a hike, walking up an old grade road which was being overtaken by Alder trees. Along this road, about 7 feet high, were twigs that were snapped all in the same direction and at the same height. This road came out to a clearing where on one side of the ravine was an old clearcut. There's a small creek that runs between the two hillsides. There was a fire trail that paralleled the clearcut along old-growth timber which was the side we were on.

Being the hunter that my boyfriend is he suggested that we come back up later that night to look for deer and elk. There were three of us that went back up there that evening, myself, my boyfriend, and another man. We were all dressed in camo. Being that the fire trail was clear of brush, we were able to make our way to the top without making a lot of noise. We settled in sitting facing the clearcut with the big timber at our back. It's about 9:00 PM. There was a slight breeze coming from our left. It was still light. Being summer in Washington it stays lighter longer so we could see the hillside across from us.

As we were sitting we could hear what sounded like rocks or boulders rolling in the creek below us. There are various sounds of sticks breaking. As darkness started a large military plane flew in from our left through the canyon, so low that we could have hit it with a slingshot. If this had anything to do with what was about to take place, I don't know. That was a strange coincidence. It is about 9:30 PM at this time.

To our left, a deer came running into the clearcut and it was blowing air. We were downwind from it. By now it was close to dark so we were unable to see the deer but we could hear it moving across the clearcut in front of us which, on a straight line, would be approximately 125 yards away. As it was moving it was continually blowing. While we were watching and listening we could hear sticks breaking to the left and right of us. At our 10:00 direction was an ice blue light flash and another at our 4:00 direction. Chatter was heard in the 10:00 to 12:00 direction. While we were observing all of this the deer was ping-ponging back and forth across the clearcut as though it was being controlled or coralled. We figured there were four or five Sasquatch on the hillside attempting to catch this deer.

The other man who was with us let out a loud howl. Immediately following his howl was a response from the clearcut in the 4:00 direction with a loud return howl and crashing into the bush. Then about 40 yards below us, along the creek, were three loud heavy stomps, and coming up the game trail about 20 yards from us was a large dark figure that seemed to be gliding. There was no sound and it moved very fast to our right. After this everything went quiet in the clearcut the deer ran off over the other side of the hill.

We had the feeling that we had messed something up. We decided it was best we leave this area. We then came across two large footprints measuring 12 1/2 inches and the other at 15 inches which we observed with a flashlight. We went back to our vantage point where we were the night before to discover these tracks were in the area of the chatter and the blue light.

The following weekend my boyfriend, my daughter, and I went back to camp in the same area. That evening we hiked up to our vantage point that we sat at the weekend before looking through our binos. Our flagging ribbons were no longer on the trees. We had the feeling that we were being watched from behind. That was a very uneasy feeling. So we left the area.

UPDATE: Experiencer Extracts MULTIPLE UNKNOWN OBJECTS From Her Body (PHOTOS)

An experiencer, who has extracted several odd-looking objects from her body, contacted me to help find answers. The foreign material started to appear last year.

I have been working with the implant experiencer over this past week after I previously posted a report (I've included that post at the end of this update). I'm including more images of the various materials that the experiencer has removed from her body. The locations of extraction vary but most are being expelled just right of the naval. Below are a few images collected so far.

I am also including a video link of the clear chip-like object. After it was extracted it began to independently move while suspended in a formalin solution.

I conducted an initial interview with the experiencer by telephone. She is 57 years old and lives in a major city on the US East Coast. She has had access to several well-known and highly regarded medical facilities and physicians through referrals from her partner who is in the medical field. So far, none of the medical professionals have acknowledged that she is suffering from any parasitic condition or disease.

I was also told that the experiencer had briefly suffered from Morgellons disease a few years ago. Morgellons disease is described as a condition characterized by a belief that parasites or fibers are emerging from the skin. People with this condition often report feeling as if something is crawling on or stinging their skin. The syndrome is considered by most of the medical community to be a psychosomatic response to outside factors. I have seen the phenomenon in person with a former client who suffered from it.

There is no single established cure for Morgellons disease, but regular follow-up with a physician along with treatment of any associated conditions such as anxiety or depression may help.

I will continue to assist the experiencer in an attempt to discover if there was possible previous contact with otherworldly entities that may have resulted in her condition.

I recently received the following account:

"Hello. I am grasping as straws as to where to turn. I do not claim to have encountered or even seen a UFO or UAP or whatever the proper term is these days. The edited version of my story is that in the process of trying to prove to close-minded doctors that I am suffering from parasites, I have discovered something stranger than parasites in my body.

Using a handheld microscope I often extract things from my tissue and place them in a vial (some with and some without a liquid medium like Formalin) and take pictures in an attempt to find a specimen that is undeniably a parasite.

A few days ago I extracted something that does not appear to be organic to me. In my opinion, It looks like a man-made object. That in itself was puzzling to me, but the mystery grew when I observed it changing shape, seemingly morphing from a narrow object with elliptical cutouts lit from inside to a solid cube with no way of light passing through it, to an almost see-through sheet of material!

I will attach a few of my amateur pictures. They are not the best quality, but I hope that I captured enough to represent evidence of my observation. I don’t know what I expect you to say or do. I just don’t know what to make of it or if anyone would even care to investigate its identity or would be able to provide me answers as to what the hell it is! Thank you, in advance for your time!" Truck Driver Mysteriously 'TRANSPORTED' to Another Location

A truck driver and his wife are traveling from Indianapolis, IN to Cincinnati, OH when their direction suddenly changes. After checking Google Maps, it shows that he had taken an unimaginable route.

I received the following account:

“This happened on February 22, 2018. We were pretty freaked out about it and still are after these many years. I'm a truck driver. We were on RT 65 South, going through Indianapolis, Indiana on my way to Cincinnati. I just passed the off for 70 East and I'm RT 65 South.

The traffic was really heavy and there was some kind of accident. I'm at the 111 yard sticker and I'm with my wife. She's in the jump seat. I see signs for RT 65 South and the next thing I know, I see a sign for RT 465 West. I asked her, 'WTF just happened?' I'm freaked out.

I went to RT 31 North. There's a highway there. I found a Walmart. Went behind the Walmart and we went to sleep. Now I am connected to Google and it traces everywhere I go. So when I woke up, I checked my Google Maps and the line went from the 111-yard sticker on RT 65 South, directly over to RT 465 going through buildings, going through parks, going through streets. There's no way my truck could have ever driven that route! But that line was going from RT 111 all the way to RT 465. If you look at the map, there's no way I could have ever taken that route. There's no way.

I have absolutely no idea what happened. All I know is, I was looking at the sign and it said RT 65 South, and a split second later I'm looking at a sign that says RT 465 West.” M

LOST TIME While Driving Along West Virginia Highway

An early morning drive near South Charleston, West Virginia results in a confusing event and a period of lost time. Was it a time slip, or was this a possible abduction incident?

I received the following account:

"This not a flying craft report. This is a report of something that happened to me and a co-worker on a warm summer night that changed the way I see things. We worked the late shift at the restaurant. It was 6/1/1997. We got off in the early morning hours and we talked in the parking lot and threw around a football I had in the car for a while. We left (I was taking him to his house in Madison) and we were driving down US 119 near South Charleston, WV. There was never any traffic on the road that late at night and we normally stopped at a gas station. When we went by the 24-hour gas station it was closed. We wondered why and made mention of the clerk was probably taking a nap.

As we drove on we began talking about something and then I said that car is on the wrong side of the road. It's light were off and it was parked. It should not have been facing towards us on the four lane road. Then he said my dad use to work there (referring to a coal mine) and then I sort of blacked out and when he said something to me it was like I was in a dream. When I came to, I realized the car was going about 10 mph on a 55 mph road. My foot was off the gas. I asked him what happened and he said he couldn't remember what he was saying. I pointed out the speed we were traveling and the parked car. He said that was weird and he felt funny.

We talked the whole way home about something else. That is when at his house I noticed the sun coming up. I said it's not time for sunrise. He agreed and we assumed the time had changed. His wife said it changed in the spring and that we were crazy. I was still a young adult living at home. So I called home to tell my mom that I was going to be late. Somehow that night we lost 45 minutes to an hour. He refused to talk about it at work the next day. He tried to turn it into a joke.

Years passed and I saw him again and asked him about it. He said I don't know what happened to us out there but something did. That is the truth, we were afraid to talk about it. As time went on I can no longer remember the date or the exact time of departing work or arriving at his house. One thing I can assure you is that it did happen and somewhere out there is the lost hour of my life. I don't know what happened to that time we lost and one thing is for sure I don't ever wish to feel that way again." S

TALL, ORANGE-COLORED BIGFOOT Witnessed at Catskill Mountains Farmhouse

A family was at their refurbished Catskill Mountains farmhouse during the night when the witness and his sister observed a tall, orange-colored Bigfoot leering through the kitchen window.

The following account was forwarded to me:

“Back in the late 1970s my parents purchased an old farmhouse that was built in 1880 in a town called South Kortright, New York. The house sat on 7 acres of a beautiful valley in the middle of the Catskill Mountains. The farmhouse was in disrepair when they purchased it but over the years they fixed it up to a very comfortable weekend and summer retreat from the urban gruel of the New York City area where we lived.

The trip took 3 hours and my sister and I didn't mind it at all. One night after we arrived my sister and I were at the kitchen table eating sandwiches for dinner while my parents had cocktails in the front living room. The kitchen was at the rear of the house and the window faced a drop-off in the property which ran down to a clear running stream.

As I was eating my dinner, I was gazing out the window. It was a dark overcast and moonless October night. As I turned my head from facing my sister I looked out the window which was illuminated by the light spilling out from the kitchen, there was a huge ape-like face staring back at me. It had a broad wide face with no discernible neck and shoulders that spread out beyond The 4 foot-wide window. The brow of the creature was heavy and I do not recall any expression on the creature's face. It was clearly, and most obviously, a Bigfoot. But what was different from any description that I had heard before about a Bigfoot, was that the hair of this creature was more orange-like not brown or black.

At this point, I yelled and motioned to the window and my sister turned and saw the creature as well. We both yelled for my parents. But when they got there the creature was gone. My father and I took flashlights and went outside to look for it but the ground was too hard due to a cold Autumn that year. What we did realize however was that the creature would have to be over 9 feet tall for its face to be visible through the window at the kitchen since the basement level was exposed at that part of the house as the farmhouse was built into a hill.

My parents really never believed my sister and me especially since the color of the beast was orange. But about 2 weeks later we read in a local paper in which a farmer had said he spotted a big hairy creature breaking into his hen house and stealing chickens. The color of the creature's hair was orange.” B

LARGE WINGED CREATURE Photographed Over West Virginia Ordnance Works (PHOTO)

A winged creature was photographed over the old West Virginia Ordnance Works in Mason County, WV adjacent to Point Pleasant. What is it?

The following post has been making the rounds during the past few days:

December 9, 2023 - Mothman Sighting at 3:55 PM, TNT Area.

There was a sighting of Mothman in the TNT Area today, December 9, 2023.

"We saw it at 3:55, a large black figure, different from any local bird, but much bigger. It appeared jet black and soared through the sky. It did not fly like a crane or owl and it was maybe 7-10 feet tall. We were able to photograph it flying away. You can see its dark appearance, great size, and non-crane or owl-like figure." CH

NOTE: It doesn't appear to be anything anomalous, most likely a large raptor or turkey buzzard. Nonetheless, people are still looking for the elusive Mothman. Ever since the infamous sightings in the Point Pleasant area in 1966-1967, and the subsequent Silver Bridge collapse, many sightings of winged humanoids or cryptids have been reported throughout Mason County. HYENA-LIKE CREATURE Reported in Adirondack Park, NY - What Are Witnesses Observing?

A New York witness describes a cryptid encounter between him and his wife as a massive quadruped that had similar characteristics to a Spotted Hyena but seen in Adirondack Park.

I received the following account

"In 2010, in the southern Adirondacks of New York, in the Adirondack Park, to the amazement of many, America's largest wilderness Park, my wife and I saw what can only be described as a hyena chasing several deer across the road. The animal literally stopped dead in front of the car staring back at us for 10 seconds before it moved off. I have been in the woods my whole life, raised with a gun since childhood, and spent my summers on Lake Champlain. I have hunted, fished, instructed archery and rifle range, hiked, coon hunted at night, owned horses and ridden horseback through the wilderness, and presently live with all kinds of wildlife on my lakefront-creekside property. Well, I thought I'd seen it all, but I have no idea what this was, other than to say it was a hyena.

It was very large; 150-175 lbs, long bushy tail, brindle, wirey, spotted, brown, black and gray coat, with a powerful predator build, thick lower jaw, rounded, diamond shaped, triangular head with rounded ears sitting high on the head, and what appeared to be a mane running down the back originating on the neck. Its hind legs were noticeably shorter than the front and much thicker and more powerfully muscled than the front - so that the animal sloped down in the powerful rear. I have seen countless Hyena on Discovery, in National Geographic and Wild Kingdom as a kid, and there is no other option then this strongly resembled a Spotted Hyena.

I immediately went home and searched it. Amazingly, it is said the 'Mountain Hyena' once roamed the Adirondacks/Appalachians. Well, I have news, at least one still does. My wife and I, with me at the time, actually called NY EnCon at Ray Brook when we got home and got laughed at. We even received an errant email back ridiculing my report which was accidently sent to me instead of an EnCon co-worker. This really made me mad as I had made friends with my local EnCon officer who liked to use my property to catch poachers. Although we do have an animal park at the end of the lake, when I called, they assured me they have never had any Spotted Hyena.

It was only shortly after I saw the MonsterQuest episode describing a similar animal in Maine, while the Shunka Warak'in was well known to the Iroquois as the "Dog Killer," the supposed Shunka Warak'in famous mount seems far too small and pig-like to be what I saw. It legs are far too scrawny and it seems far less canine than what we saw, also possessing a longer straight coat and thinner snout.

Then a few days later, we saw it again doing the same thing. There is no doubt, this was not a Coyote, a Wolf hybrid or a Coydog, this WAS a Hyena. My property has a creek, cree kmouth and lakefront, with 4 fish spawns, plenty of deer, coyote, Red and Gray Fox, Fisher, Eagles, Turkeys, ducks, Blue Heron, owls, Osprey, geese, ducks, Turkey Vultures, and even the occasional Black Bear and this fall a yearling Moose, I've seen it all; especially riding horseback. You name it, I've seen it and can identify it, but have never seen anything like this. As close as I can come is the Spotted Hyena.

I have a very high IQ and have worked for two Emmy winners, but amazingly, this is the second "cryptid" animal I have seen in my life, but when you do, you just never forget it, suddenly you realize the world is far more amazing than many ever know. Just imagine what is lurking out there untouched expanses of Canada and Alaska, where few, if any, have ever ventured. BTW, in the spirit of honest disclosure, I do live in what many believe to be a UFO hotspot, and I have two UFO photos taken over my home that have gone around top Ufology sites. In 2009, I was featured on the cover of world famous UFO Magazine, but none of it changes what I, or many of my neighbors, have seen or experienced." - BA

"In the Great Plains of the American West, from at least Montana to Nebraska, there have been reports of an animal that seems to be a hyena. With a sloping back and hyena-like features, this beast was known to the Ioway Indians as the shunka warakin. Similar creatures, with different names, were reported from the lands of other tribes. This animal was generally described as having dark fur, often black and sometimes red. The shaggy areas were distributed in a different way than on wolves. White settlers also thought they had seen this creature, and some were even mounted as trophies. Although the present whereabouts of these trophies are now unknown, one famous trophy had a picture taken of it, although it might have been a strange-looking wolf mounted by an incompetent taxidermist. Only DNA testing could settle the question.
As wild America was despoiled, these sightings almost died out. Today, there are still a few, but they are complicated by confusion due to folklore, apparent supernatural characteristics, and likely confusion with other reports of wolves, wild dogs, and dog-like cryptids of several sorts. It is possible that this creature survived all the way up to a hundred years ago, only for the last pockets of survivors to be exterminated before being officially recognized by science. Even if this is the case, it is still of interest to cryptozoologists. Cryptozoology is the science of unexpected animals, and that includes animals that happened to go extinct before we could identify them if those animals survived thousands of years longer than they were supposed to." - Reference from the former 'New Animal' site
NOTE: I need to mention that I received this report in 2013. Since that time, I have received many reports of Hyena-like cryptids that have been seen throughout North America, including several sightings here in Pennsylvania. Are these some of the quadruped creatures that are associated with the Dogman phenomenon? I believe that there is a distinct possibility. Many of the reports that we have received in Pennsylvania describe these quadrupeds as massive with sloped backs and spotted hair or fur. Lon

Do You Believe That DULCE BASE EXISTS?

I've written about numerous claims associated with the location, but is there actual evidence supporting the testimony? Back in May 2014, The Durango Herald published a report about the supposed underground base in Archuleta Mesa in Dulce, NM. Do you believe that the base exists? Let me know what you think.

Archuleta Mesa rises a few thousand feet over the small rural community of Dulce – the hub of the Jicarilla-Apache Indian Reservation. A broad aesthetic plateau, it dominates the northern skyline. Archuleta rock, as locals call it, appears normal. But it’s not what’s on the surface that creates an infamous chapter in the volumes of UFO stories. It’s what is said to lie beneath.

There are claims that Dulce is the site of a massive underground facility operated by the U.S. government and one or more alien races: a seven-story complex that connects to Nevada’s Area 51 and Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico. The deeper you go, the darker it gets. Some call Dulce a Cold War-era government fallout shelter, far removed from alien races. Undeniably, residents of Dulce, a two-hour-plus drive southeast of Durango, seem to acknowledge that something is out of the ordinary.

Theodoria Burns, a first responder with the Jicarilla-Apache Medical Service, said many Dulce residents believe in UFOs. “Sometimes, weird things happen, like lights in the sky, different colors that vanish right away,” she said. “You think it’s an airplane, but it’s not.” She said she has never seen a base, “but they say it does exist.”

UFO researchers claim reports of strange lights, unidentified flying objects, and cattle mutilations are higher surrounding the mesa. In many accounts, a man named Thomas Edwin Castello, a character many say is fictional, claimed to be a senior security guard at the mesa’s secret underground base. According to lore, he came forward in 1979 with radical allegations.

Castello described a research facility, emphasizing the ominous sixth level, dubbed Nightmare Hall, where appalling operations and experiments were conducted by both humans and aliens. He claimed alien abductions led to this unremarkable mesa, and what occurs, including cross-breeding and fertilization, is unimaginable. Drawings surfaced of human-like fetuses in beakers, mutant captives in cages, and vats of liquid containing human and inhuman body parts.

Among popular UFO community accounts, Castello claims to have quit his position as a security guard, going into hiding after a purported battle with the aliens inside the mountain, in which 70 humans supposedly were killed. The resulting “Dulce Papers” proclaim infinite, shocking details about aliens and secret technologies.

Calvin Martinez of Farmington has family in Dulce. “I hear things. There are a lot of stories,” he said. “But one time I was at a cookout, and there was this light that came up, and it slowly merged across (the southern sky). People were taking pictures. It went around in circles and then back the way it came.”

Martinez mentioned a widely repeated UFO story of a woman who was found, unclothed, running from the mesa near the Navajo River. “They picked her up, and she said she wasn’t from here, that they were doing all kinds of tests on her in that mountain,” he said.

While many maintain Castello is a fictional character, Paul Bennewitz is not. The Albuquerque electronics specialist ran Thunder Scientific Laboratories in the 1970s when he stumbled on what he claimed were UFO transmissions he traced to Archuleta Mesa, where he learned about the Dulce base. Later, he became convinced of a government conspiracy to discredit him.

In “The Dulce Report,” a published report by political scientist Michael E. Salla, formerly of American University and George Washington University, Salla wrote that when the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations became aware that Bennewitz was gaining attention, they developed an effort to discredit him by providing him erroneous information. Ufologist William Moore later went public saying that he was involved in a plot by the Office of Special Investigations to misinform Bennewitz, keeping him from collecting more accurate information.

Strange tales of aliens in league with the government and strange experiments are common among the UFO community.

New Mexico State Patrol Trooper Gabe Valdez, investigating various local reports, joined Dulce cattle rancher Edmund Gomez, whose cattle were being mutilated, and four other men to explore Archuleta Mesa in 1988. The group saw a UFO, said ufologist Jason Bishop, as well as lights coming from and fading into the mountain.

Several newspapers reported an “experimental boomerang aircraft” in the area, according to Bishop’s account. But Gomez and Valdez were suspicious.

Valdez wrote Dulce Base, a book about his investigations, and even appeared on the History Channel’s UFO Hunters in 2009. He revealed images: disturbing mutilations of cattle and what he claimed was a human hybrid found inside a cow. He also said he found gas masks and even a ballpoint pen at scenes. Cattle mutilations have been reported around Dulce for decades, Valdez said. But it’s the government, not alien activity, he said.

Dulce resident Shane Engle doesn’t believe in UFOs. Still, he can’t explain the time his mother’s car was taken over by an “unknown force” before she regained control. He also can’t account for the lights he’s seen. He does, however, believe in the mutilations. “My uncle owned a ranch,” he said, pointing south. “One morning, he came out, and all the cows were hollow. No cuts, no wounds. They were hollow.” Several Dulce residents declined to be interviewed but said that “something is going on up there.”

Norio Hayakawa, director of Civilian Intelligence Central, which bills itself as an oversight committee on government accountability, revealed the name of the base at a conference in 2010: Rio Arriba Scientific & Technological Underground Auxiliary.

One man said while exploring the mesa, he was stopped by “uniformed men who came out of nowhere. That’s all I’m going to say,” he said and walked away. Maybe you don’t believe, like Engle, as he described eerie lights over an endless desert sky. “I don’t believe in that stuff,” he said, “but I’ve seen it.”

CORNISH WITCH Raised DEAD WOMAN From Her Grave?

I received an interesting passage from a Cornish reader about an infamous witch named Tamsin Blight who supposedly raised a dead woman from her grave in 1830.

"Hello, Sir. Living in Cornwall I'm surrounded by legends and stories of witchcraft. One of the most famous Cornish witches was Tamsin Blight (1798-1856). She was also known as Tammy Blee and or the White Witch of Helston.

Blight started practising her craft around 1830 and built up a reputation as being able to remove spells, that had been cast by other witches. People, especially farmers, would consult her for cures for themselves and their animals.

The most quoted story about her is known as The Ghost of Stythians. Here she attempted to conjure the spirit of an old woman buried in St Stythians graveyard to discover where she had hidden cash that a relative believed was rightfully his.

I saw the following description of what she did in an 1870 book 'Traditions and Hearthside Stories of West Cornwall'[image error] by William Bottrell:

"She marked a circle by drawing her Staff on the ground three times round the man, at the same time mumbling in her unknown tongue [Cornish language]. This done, turning to the man she said, 'Now, mind you don't move out of this charmed ring which I have made to protect ye, and if you are determined I will now begin and summon the Spirit.'

"The Witch, holding out her Staff towards the spot where the old woman was buried, began her incantation. or citation, with long, strange words, slowly pronounced. Then she continued in a louder tone, 'Spirit of Jane Hendy, in the name of the powers above and below, I summon thee to rise from the grave and appear before me and this man! By the spirits of Fire, Air, Earth and Water, I summon thee to arise! Come hither, appear and speak to this man! Come!' This she said three times, raising her voice at each repetition until it ended in a shriek.

The Witch paused. All was silent for a moment, and then we heard, most fearful, because unusual, sounds, which more than any other earthly noise resembled the crashing or rending of wood and stones, seemed to come from the old woman's grave.

The Witch stretching out her arms, her red cloak and grey hair streaming back on the wind, pointed with her Staff towards the place whence these frightful sounds proceeded, and said, 'Behold, it cometh: be thou prepared.'"

BIGFOOT Clearly Seen By Warren County, NY Driver

A Warren County, NY resident describes their encounter with a Bigfoot when it crossed the road in front of them while driving to work in the early morning. The witness got a distinct look at the creature.

The following account was forwarded to me:

“In October of 1992 in Warren County, New York it was about 6:00 AM and I was on my way to work when something came out from the right side of the road, out of the woods, and forced me to stop or run into it. It was dark that time of morning so it took a few seconds to get my thoughts together.

When I did, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was somewhere between 7 and 8 feet tall, at least with, white or light gray hair from head to toe. It was standing 10 to 12 feet in front of my car directly in the headlights, so I had a perfect view. The creature was standing facing the left side of the road with a slight twist to its body in my direction.

We stared at each other for what seemed to be minutes but I can't say for sure how long it was actually. I had absolutely no fear of this creature. It seemed to have a sad demeanor. This creature made no sound at all and I do not have any reason to believe it was male or female.

Needless to say, I've carried my camera ever since but I believe that this was a once-in-a-lifetime incident. I was alone in my car with no other witnesses. I started to tell my mom and sister at work when I arrived but I said it was a bear because I knew they would think I was crazy. Many months later I told my family and sure enough, they called me crazy.” A
