Ask Me Anything
I thought it would be fun to do a FAQ/getting to know you blogpost.
So in the preliminary stages, I thought I'd solicit questions from you guys- stuff about my books, about me, about being an indie author...anything!
What would you like to know?
Ask now! And ye shall receive! :D

Bleeds My Desire Now Published!
My eleventh book is now available for purchase for only $1.99!
Get it on SMASHWORDS or from AMAZON (links take you to the book's page).
I'm also doing a FAQ, so if you have any questions you'd like to ask me - either about me, personally, a specific book I've written or plan to write, or my writing process in general, put in your questions HERE. I'll put the questions AND my answers into a finished post in a week or so. :)
As always, I thank you for your support and friendship!

FAQ Attack!
Authors get a lot of questions! So here are some I've been answering a lot lately, just in case you were wondering, too!
I can't find Terrorscape on Amazon--where can I get a copy?
Terrorscape can no longer be purchased on Amazon because it was banned from the site in November 2013. You can buy it from Smashwords here.
Are your books available in paperback?
Some of them are. Fearscape, Horrorscape, Cloak and Dagger, Armed and Dangerous, Endgame, Wishing Stars, and How to Write Good are all available in paperback from Createspace.
However, because indie paperbacks have such a high production cost (they are made to order, not in bulk like mass-market paperbacks), I made next to nothing from these sales. (Sometimes actually nothing.) Because of this, my later books are not available through this channel. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. (Really!)
I am a blogger and would like to review your book--can I have a free copy?
Maybe!
It really depends on a lot of factors. Like, if I have an active giveaway (or am planning an active giveaway) I don't give out ARCs because it wouldn't be fair to the people who entered in the contest.
Also, I've had some issues with people distributing my content illegally, which has, unfortunately, forced me to be more discerning. And DMCA takedown notices are not fun to fill out.
If you are a reviewing blog of good repute, or I know you well as a person, I am probably going to be more likely to give you a copy, if only because then I know you probably aren't going to be posting my work on Scribd under a fake name (true story).
Can I have a free paperback copy?
Sorry, but no. I don't own any hard copies of my own books! Indie authors don't receive any hard copies to give out because, again, the manufacturing cost is just too high.
Would you be willing to do an interview with me?
Always! I've done interviews with all sorts of people--school papers, The Washington Post, small reviewing blogs, big reviewing blogs, etc. I like meeting with people and talking books. It's pretty much the best thing ever.
I would like to be your friend, but I plan on reading one of your books and I'm afraid I won't like it.
That's okay! Even if you don't like my book, I would still love to be your friend. Please don't feel intimidated!
Will I ever see you at a book signing?
Maybe in the future! ;)
Why do you write negative reviews of other authors' books?
Same reason you do. Because I didn't like them.
Will you review mine?
Maybe! It depends on whether it's a genre I'm interested in, and how overwhelmed I'm feeling as a reviewer at the moment. I have waaaaay too many books. If I do review your book, please don't feel offended if I don't like it. I am very picky.
I also do author (and reviewer) interviews on my blog. If I like your work, either as an author or as a reviewer, there's a good chance I'll ask you if you'd be interested!
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me on Facebook or make use of the Ask the Author tool on my Goodreads profile!

Questions I Am Supposed to Answer
Ronyell nominated my reviewing blog for a Liebster.
I don't do Liebster nominations so I thought I would post the answers to the questions that she asked here. :)
1. What book would you like to see as a movie or TV series?
Pretty much anything by Vivian Vande Velde--especially Heir Apparent and Companions of the Night.
2. What author would you like to meet in person?
Leah Raeder or Sam Mariano or Heather Crews.
3. What was the scariest book you had ever read?
This one.
People say it's a romance but I'm 99.9% sure that they're wrong; it's really about a serial killer.
4. Do you enjoy taking pictures of your bookshelf?
I don't own a bookshelf. I have a room with books thrown all over everything.
5. What do you like to eat or drink whenever you are reading?
I can't really eat or drink while reading. I get too distracted.
6. Do you read manga or comic books?
Sure.
7. What is your biggest pet peeve about books?
The fact that they sometimes come with authors who can't get a clue.
8. Do you usually prefer the book that a movie is based on or do you prefer the movie based on a book more?
I think movies based on books are usually on par with blasphemy.
9. How would you convince people to read more books?
Unfortunately, telling them that it's being made into a movie usually does the trick.
10. Who is your favorite author?
Try these.
11. Do you have a page on your blog that lists all the blogs you follow?
Nope. I'm lazy. Also, I'm not entirely sure how blogger works. Part of me thinks that there's a self-destruction button hidden in there somewhere and if I click it, I'll end up destroying the internet. So there you go.
