Posy the Robot Update
Today I gotmy VNS device settings adjusted, which I’ll do every two months until we get up to the point that my vagal nerve is being stimulated 49% of the time, the therapeutic level to help prevent my epileptic seizures.

Awards & Nominations – Silver Scars
I’ve got to admit I squeed a little—okay, a lot—when I saw Silver Scars was nominated for Best Main Character in the Goodreads M/M Romance Member’s Choice awards. It has already been a very good year for my book that deals with learning how to live and love again after disaster and a mental breakdown.
Silver Scars had already been awarded a Rainbow Award Honorable Mention and was a Finalist, so to see the nominations for the Member’s Choice Awards was like icing on an already delicious cake....

Oddly Fascinated by Naked Man in a Box
I’ve been watching Almar Atlason, a 23 year old Icelandic art student completing his final art project for his Methods and Process class at the Icelandic Academy of the Arts. Visual Organization for the Writer
A little over a year ago I repainted my office. I call the room my writing studio around home because office sounds far too stuffy and expectation-ridden. The room was a hideous mustard color when we moved in, and I painted it a light pink, goingfor a pink-and-brown theme.
