Mama Pearl tiptoed slowly toward the old cars, her steps hesitant but determined. The first few cars she looked into were empty. She continued toward the back when a bad odor filled her nose. With her face twisted up, Mama Pearl took deep breaths as she continued walking. A scream lodged in her throat as she approached the last car. “Oh, dear Lord,” Mama Pearl whispered in shock. Two pieces of sticks, resembling legs, were hanging out the opened back door. Her heart slamming against her chest, Mama Pearl walked closer and saw the scrawny, young girl shaking uncontrollably in the backseat. She smelled like rotten garbage. Tears filled Mama Pearl’s eyes. Mama Pearl quickly rested the box in her hand on top of the car and leaned inside to look at the young girl. Suddenly, two pair of red, haunted eyes stared up at her, piercing her soul. “Help me,” the weak voice begged a little above a whisper. Mama Pearl gasped loudly and pulled her head out of the car. She cushioned her weak body against the car as her jelly feet felt as if they were about to crumble. “Lord, dear Lord,” Mama Pearl muttered. “Dear Lord, dear Lord.” Mama Pearl was not a stranger to the homeless people scattered all over Kingston. She was a long-standing viewer of the poverty that hit so many Jamaicans and only seemed to get worse, day by day. Her heart bled as she turned and stared at the sick child again. She looked as if she was a minute away from death’s door. Tiny rambled some gibberish and moaned in agony as sharp needles pricked her all over her ice-cold body. Her teeth chattered, and her eyes rolled around listlessly in her head.

EXCERPT
I sat in Pete’s office after the video ended staring at the screen with her frozen image. She looked gaunt and ravaged by the illness that had eventually taken her life. When they lowered her coffin into the grave the day before I felt that my youth and much of what makes life feel like an adventure was being lowered into the ground with her.

As I stared at the image my mouth felt dry, my hands had a slight tremor and even in my thoughts I could not quite find the right word to define the moment, to define my feelings. I burst out crying in loud wracking sobs and I heard the door open, through my heavy tears the contact lenses swam and moved in my eyes and everything seemed a blur. I felt the hand on my shoulder and as he handed me the tissues he said,

“Can I get you something? Anything? Water? Coffee?”

I blew my nose and composed myself as best I could.

“Water, ice cold water would be nice.”

As he walked towards a bar in the back of his office I heard him say,

“It’s a little early but I can offer you something stronger if you prefer.”

“No thanks, water with ice will be fine.”

The musical clink of the ice cubes against the glass was the familiar tone made only by fine crystal. I recognized the Baccarat pattern, it was the same as the crystal in my parents’ home. He hesitated and cleared his throat before he spoke again.

“I know speaking ill of the dead is in very poor taste but Amanda was not a nice person. I am bound as her attorney to follow her instructions to the letter, you can watch; what is obviously a pretty nasty recording as many times as you wish, but when you are done I need to destroy it, in front of you. Then I am to hand you a box and again you are to open it in absolute privacy, so preferably not in this office. Can I suggest I destroy it right here and now? I have pliers and I can smash the flash drive into nothing.”

“It really is not at all what you imagine. She was even nice and apologized in it. She could be an absolute bitch, but my tears and sadness are not for her.”

“Oh, I see. How’s your dad doing?”

“Better.”

“We were all surprised to see you at the funeral, I actually expected to fly down to Florida and hand all this to you there. She left a nice expense account for that. How long have you been in town?”

“Just a few days, Mom assumed they’d be flying up for Thanksgiving. They are so afraid Obama will get re-elected after the Romney tape that they wanted to vote in person.”

“He might win you know. Although you would not know it in this town by the Romney signs everywhere.”

“Signs can’t vote.”

“Spoken like a true Democrat.”

“Yeah, yet another choice where I absolutely failed my parents.”

“Don’t knock yourself, I do not think any of us live up to parental expectations.”

I drank the ice cold water and nodded my head at the screen, no words were needed he closed the file Amanda’s face disappeared from the screen. He pulled out the flash drive and reached into a drawer, as he crunched and cracked the flash drive that was when I knew, he too had fallen prey to one or more of Amanda’s nasty games.

“I think it is pretty done. If you are not sure why don’t you shoot it?”

“That is not a bad idea.”

That was when we both started to laugh, I did not recognize it then but that was precisely when we bonded, laughing over the nasty remains of a common enemy. I gathered my things including the package Amanda had bequeathed me and Pete walked me to the car.

“It would only be a conflict of interest to offer help in anything regarding Amanda, but if you need any help with your parents’ home, don’t hesitate to call me. Do you have the card I gave you yesterday at the funeral?”

“It is such a small town Pete, even if I lose the card, now that everyone knows I’m here it will be hard to avoid me.”

I stopped at the grocery store on my way home. Everyone in town knew I was there, so there was no sense in driving into the city to get what I needed. I had already put a nice dent in mom’s pantry and dad’s bar. I had been there well over a week, trying to understand what I had missed, how I had not known about Frank. Then Amanda died and curiosity got the better of me. What did Alison say?

“Enemies always attend each other’s funerals. I guess it is a way of knowing they won…”

Well, we weren’t always enemies, and sometimes it is the good and healthy memories that make someone go to a funeral. Amanda was the first of us to die. At 47 it seemed too young to bury a contemporary. Once she was diagnosed it was only a matter of time, it was pretty amazing she lasted as long as she did, but if nothing else money can buy you time and in 2012 time can mean science and technology might just come up with some medication or medical treatment that changes everything.

It had not worked for Amanda, but so far it had worked for my dad. This last stroke seemed to be the first time he had an untimely health issue, with no easy fix in site.

Amanda fought hard for a good two years and then lost, the image of her greenish skin color and emaciated body made that perfectly clear. Her beautiful heart shaped face was gaunt and her eyes sunken in the video, the voice was the strangest and most unrecognizable trait. Was it Karma to go so slowly and with so much suffering? Our shopping Carts collided and I was as startled by that as by the tone of her voice.

“Hi Anne.”

“Connie? I just assumed you were not in town. I did not see you at Amanda’s funeral yesterday.”

“I don’t like funerals. I sent flowers. I saw the comments on Social Media. I was surprised you were there.”

“Social Media? I have avoided social media, the only use would be spying on my kids.”

“Most people use it. In a very public way.”

“Is something wrong?”

“You really don’t know, do you?”

Cyberspace helping small town gossip. I was so detached from the experiences of my youth and my past. I could not imagine there was anything I had missed that mattered in the here and now.

“You know, my dad is really ill, I am just here getting the house in order and figuring out the best way to help them get settled in Florida full-time.”

“I’m sorry about your dad. Can I come over tonight? I’ll bring a nice dinner, we really need to talk. It’s about Frank.”

This time I could easily put a word to define the situation; Dumbfounded. It is a small town but mom assured me that no-one knew.

“I…”

“Believe me it is just as uncomfortable for me as it is for you, but we really need to talk. Better said it is about Frank and Mike.”

I learned at a very young age that the moments that define us in life are sometimes as concrete as a ton of bricks falling loudly and painfully on top of us. This was one of those moments, not at all like the subtle hidden one when Pete and I laughed together.

“What time?”

“Is seven OK? I can bring dinner.”

“You really think we can eat?”

“I’ll bring wine.”

I nodded. I started to pile food like a robot in the shopping cart, as the salesclerk rang it up I wondered why I had chosen all of Frank’s favorites.

ABOUT AUTHOR
M.C.V. Egan is the pen name chosen by Maria Catalina Vergara Egan the author of The Bridge of Deaths in two versions as well as the soon to be released Defined by Others.

Catalina was born in Mexico City, Mexico in 1959, the sixth of eight children, in a traditional Catholic family. Communication in such a large family fueled her desire and need to find a voice and write.

She only spent her childhood in Mexico. Her father became an employee of The World Bank in Washington D.C. From the early 1970s at the age of 12 she moved with her entire family to the United States.

Catalina was already fluent in Southern English as she had spent one school year in the town of Pineville, Louisiana with her grandparents. There she won the English award; ironically being the only one who had English as a second language in her class. In the D.C. suburbs she attended various private Catholic schools and graduated from Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, Maryland in 1977.

She attended Montgomery Community College, where she changed majors every semester. She also studied in Lyons, France at the Catholic University for two years. In 1981, due to an impulsive young marriage to a Viking (The Swedish kind, not the football player kind) Catalina moved to Sweden where she resided for five years and taught at a language school for Swedish, Danish, and Finnish business people. She returned to the USA in the late 1980s where she has been living ever since. She is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Swedish.

Maria Catalina Vergara Egan is married and has one son, who together with their five pound Chihuahua make her feel like a fulltime mother. Although she would not call herself an Astrologer she has taken many classes and taught a few beginner classes in Astrology. This is one of her many past times when she is not writing or researching.

Book Review Tour: Loving Ellie by Lindsey Brookes. One fears abandonment. The other fears loss. Can they put their painful pasts behind them and finally find true happiness?

Loving Ellie by Lindsey Brookes Genre: Contemporary RomanceRelease Date: February 10, 2014

Ellie Sanders is pregnant and alone. Carrying a child she’d conceived the one and only time she’d lain with her closest friend, Jarrett Tanner. A man she’d agreed to marry for the sake of their child. A man she’d loved, but not as he’d deserved. And now he was gone.

Lucas Tanner returns home to settle his younger brother Jarrett’s estate only to discover his brother left behind a very pregnant fiancée. Having lost his own wife and their baby she’d been carrying years before, he’s bound and determined to stick around and make sure Ellie’s child makes it safely into the world. Even if it means facing the ghosts of his past.

Struggling financially and emotionally, Ellie is torn between keeping her baby and giving it up for adoption. She wants to give her child the chance she never had - to be raised by two loving parents. If only she could make Lucas understand. And, if only she wasn't falling for a man with no heart left to give.

Lucas finds himself wanting more. Wanting Ellie. But what if he gives in to his deepening feelings and loses her, too?

One fears abandonment. The other fears loss. Can Ellie and Lucas put their painful pasts behind them and finally find true happiness? Or are the emotional walls they've built up around their hearts too strong to tear down?

Ellie reminded him of a winter woodland nymph with those big green eyes and hair dusted a shimmery white.

“I see the snow hasn't stopped.” He reached out to brush several glistening flakes from her hair.

“Not completely,” she said softly.

A horse whinnied somewhere in the barn.

The intimacy of what he was doing hit him and he jerked his hand away.

Ellie took a step back. “What are you doing out here?”

“Would you believe I have a thing for sleeping on straw-covered floors?”

“As opposed to a warm bed?”

Reaching out, he took the broom from her hands. “I’ll see to the floors.”

“Like you saw to more firewood?”

His dark brow quirked. “It’s on the porch. I couldn't get back into the house last night. The door was locked.”

A frown pulled at her lips. “It wasn't locked. The latch sticks sometimes. You have to use your shoe to whack it loose.”

“I’m moving that to the top of my things-to-do list.”

“Why didn't you knock? I could've let you in through the back door?”

“By the time I’d looked in on the animals and gathered up the firewood, your bedroom light was out. As tired as you were earlier, I wasn't about to wake you up when I had a perfectly good barn to sleep in.”

“You could have frozen to death out here.”

He stood looking down at her, suddenly aware of how petite she really was. She couldn't stand much more than five foot one or two in her stocking feet. He supposed her stubbornness and determination made up for her size, but she was still a woman alone. One who was biting off more than she could chew.

The concern in her eyes had him offering a reassuring smile. “I’d like to think I’m a little tougher than that.”

“You’re also human,” she reminded him with a frown. “People die.” Turning, she walked out of the small storage room.

That was one thing he didn't need reminded of.

5 Stars
This is such a beautiful story. Really loved the characters within this book. The past had a great effect on everyone involved, but yet the past was also the binding factor that made this a beautiful love story from beginning to end.
Loving Ellie is a great love story with all the elements to make it a quick and easy read. An emotional read that grips your heart making this a very believable read with a wonderful flow that just kept you going till the end.

The Other Man -- Book Two of the Sins of the Flesh SerieseLectio Publishing, released December 16, 2014ASIN: B00PSGEKFWGenre: Inspirational Fiction/ RomanceAbout The Author PJ pic
Parker J. Cole is a writer and radio show host who spends most of her time reading, knitting, writing, cooking, and concocting new ideas for stories. Her first novel, Dark Cherub, won Best of Spring Reading 2013 from eMediaCampaigns. She lives in Michigan with her husband and their beloved dog, Sarah.

About The Book book cover
Leah Westwood loves her husband Jacob with all her heart, even as the smoldering glances of her ex-flame Vincent Miller continue to affect her. What she once shared with Vincent threatens to rip apart the bonds she is trying to build with her husband. Jacob's heart belongs to Leah, but his body refuses to accept that. Rachel is the one who has been his mainstay at the most difficult times in his life. How could he leave her alone? Vincent wants Leah back and all he has to do is watch and wait as Jacob and Leah's relationship unravels. Ultimately, Leah must make a choice . . . between fantasy and fidelity.

EXCERPTREVEREND AND MRS. JACOB WESTWOOD AND VINCENTVincent Miller stared at the beaming bride, who stood at the altar as she married Jacob  Westwood.  He had never seen Leah Martin look so beautiful. She had always been a looker, but now at her wedding, she had a bridal glow about her. Her caramel skin radiated with a golden sheen, the thick riot of russet curls shimmered, and her ivory gown was the perfect complement to her curves. She laughed as she gave her flowers to her maid of honor. A little boy came down the aisle with a broom decorated with pink ribbons and frills. When the little boy placed the broom at the bride and groom’s feet, she and Jacob jumped over it. The bridegroom tripped and his arms flailed to keep from falling. The church rang with laughter as he smiled and stole another kiss from his new bride.Vincent had seen Leah in all manner of undress, but he’d never kissed her. The numerous things they’d done to each other floated in his mind. Yet, as he saw Jacob kiss Leah again, longer and deeper, he wondered what it would have felt like to lock lips with her. Her husband seemed to enjoy it as the kiss continued and the church attendants cheered them on.Later, as he stood in line to congratulate the newlyweds, he wondered if she had revealed to her new husband her nearly virgin status. He and Leah had never gone all the way, but they’d come pretty close. The last time, six years ago, had been the most intense. At one point, she had completely lost restraint as she begged him to take her. To fall off the edge had been so tempting but he had held back with Herculean willpower.Another man was able to take her and join himself to her the way he had longed to do, and God would sanction the action. His lips twisted to the side as a coil of regret knotted and tied deep in his gut as he watched them.Third in line, Vincent watched with hooded eyes as Leah hugged more guests while the photographer took pictures of the bride and groom with everyone in the receiving line. As his turn came up, he braced himself and allowed his face to show only happiness for her.“Vincent!” she screamed in his ear as she hugged him. The world receded. The flash of the photographer’s camera faded as an onslaught of sensations cascaded over his mind and heated his surging blood.  His nostrils flared as he greedily inhaled the cocoa butter–scented skin. The assault of that delicious aroma nearly made his eyes roll into the back of his head.  All  her  round,  soft  curves  melted  into  his  solid  frame  like warmed syrup over pancakes. The gentle clasp of her arms around his middle effectively imprisoned him, but he was a

EXCERPT:
“You get to me and I don’t want to be got at.” Cat slung herself into the chair next to mine. “I like getting under your skin.” Pulling her chair closer, I pinned her legs between mine. I caressed along her neck until I cupped her face. “If you give us a shot, I guarantee I’ll make it worth your while.”

She slammed her lips against mine. This kiss was volatile and urgent as our tongues fucked against each other. I slipped back for a moment, listening to her jarred breaths. That goddamn ponytail had to go. I freed the elastic as she unbuttoned the shirt I’d thrown on earlier. Playing with the line of hair down my torso led Cat to my jeans. Her palm cupped my hard cock hidden beneath the rough fabric.

Fuck. FUCK!

Straight black sheaths of sweet smelling hair fell to her waist. “Jesus Christ, Cat.”My fingers spun through the silken strands. When she claimed my mouth once more, that black velvet curtain closed around us. With one hand at the back of her head, the other on her waist, I pulled her into me. The sweet wet pressure of her mouth and tongue made me dizzy. Her gasps and moans were hot as hell.

“Stand up for me,” I ordered.

When she did, I kicked her chair away. She stood between my spread legs. Her pale blue irises were almost eclipsed by her pupils as she gazed down at me.

I skimmed a knuckle along the buttons on the front of her shirt. “Any more ink?”“Maybe you’ll have to find out.”

I unbuttoned her up-to-the-throat, down-to-the-wrists top. Underneath was a scant black bra, the cups overflowing with mounds of flesh.

I gave her a wicked grin. “I can’t think of anything I’d like to do more than uncover you inch by inch.”

Kissing her stomach, I listened to her gasp. I worked her shirt down her arms, leaving it bunched at the wrists by the cuffs. The flat of my hand moved down the center of her body and back up. When I reached the front clasp of her bra, I gave it a tug. “Can I?”She inhaled shakily. “Yes.”

I unclasped the hook, and oh holy shit. Her tits burst forth. I rocked back in my seat and stared. “Maybe not any more ink, just these beauties?”“Nicky,” she whimpered.

That was the best sound on the planet, but it wasn’t to be outdone by the sight right in front of me. I touched the very tip of one nipple, barely holding myself in check. But fuck, I wanted to feast on her with my eyes before I sucked on her with my mouth. Her teardrop-shaped tits were topped by plum-colored nipples. But that wasn’t it, not by a long shot. Cat’s sexy, dusky-colored nipples were fucking pierced. I circled one with my fingertip, then the other. I tucked my finger into the dangling filigree decoration hanging from one piercing and flicked it.

“Nicky,” she groaned, her hands digging into my hair.

I lifted my mouth to her, sucking a hot, pert pearl of flesh into my mouth. Sucking it in, letting it slip out. Nibbling on the jewelry, I tugged with my teeth it until she moaned. And because I was pretty damn sure I’d never get enough of having my face in her tits, I moved to the other one. Licking, tonguing, suckling. Oh yeah. The suckling, she liked that, maybe as much as I was getting off on it. Her moans escalated the longer I held her nipple and jewelry in my mouth, curling my lips around her. Grunting, I moved into the deep valley between. I lapped there too.

I sat back for a moment. Her tits glistened and the color of her peaks was even deeper. Her skin was pink from my face rubbing against her. The piercings swayed with each of her breaths, her hips did too, silently asking for more.

“Sexiest woman I’ve ever seen,” I growled.

I reached up and pulled her face to mine. My lips were rough on hers. She was just as hungry, lashing her tongue into my mouth, rasping it across my teeth and cheeks. I let her go. I needed more of her breasts. “I’m gonna be here awhile. You don’t mind, do you?”

She quickly shook her head. Her long black hair swished around her back. Her mouth opened, but all that came out was a long low mewl. The sound set my stiff cock right on the edge of release. I swooped down to nuzzle and tease her some more. With my hands clasped at her waist, my thumbs circled her taut belly, which trembled.

I unbuttoned her jeans. “How about this, darlin’? Is this okay?”

Her nails scratched across my scalp, pulling me closer.

I’d take that as a yes.

EXCERPT:

“I need to shower,” he says.I nod. “Me too.”“Let me go first,” he says. “I know that’s not very gentlemanly of me, but I’m filthy and I don’t like being dirty.”He really shouldn’t have a job as a gravedigger then. “Okay.”He turns and walks out of the bedroom. I sit up, watching him go into the bathroom that’s directly opposite and notice that he hasn’t shut the door properly. I hear the shower switch on, and then without really thinking about what I’m doing, I creep towards the bathroom. I peep through the opening and see a modern-looking bathroom suite that looks kind of odd compared to the rest of the house, which creaks like an old lady’s hip. All that I can see is the mirror and sink, but the mirror shows me the rest of the room. And him.He grabs the bottom of his black t-shirt and pulls it up to reveal a grid of muscles that are splattered across his stomach and chest. My eyes want to devour each and every single one of them but are stuck to his chest for a completely different reason. From the top of his right shoulder, a stream of scars starts. As they near his nipple, the stream becomes a river. Then, as it falls down his side, it turns into a waterfall. I wonder what could have happened. They look like burns and they look painful. I shake my head, trying to ignore the fact that I care if he’s been hurt. Why do I care? He’s a complete stranger that I’ve only just met. I don’t care. I’m just being curious.I look back over his chest, ignoring the scars, and concentrate on his muscles. I’ve seen pictures of men looking like that, but I didn’t think normal guys were capable of getting so buff. He lets the t-shirt fall to the floor with a huff and then his hands undo the button of his jeans before he slides them down his muscular legs.He looks like a swimmer. His broad, round shoulders spread outwards before morphing down into a narrow waist, complete with inner rib muscles. He must be good, I think. You don’t get muscles in those sorts of places naturally without doing a lot of sport. And you wouldn’t do that much sport if you weren’t good at it. Or maybe it’s all the twisting he must do when he’s digging holes in the ground. He rubs his hands down his face as if he’s stressed and then pushes his boxers down his legs.Oh.My.
God.

EXCERPT

There was a knock on the door almost simultaneously to it opening.

“Royce?” It was Ava.

“What’s up, buttercup?”

“The coffee here blows. I’m going to make a store run. Need anything?”

I stared down at my legs, fully dressed in jeans, socks and shoes, then back over at the TV screen. I’d been awake, showered, clothed, and watching a Gilligan’s Island marathon since five a.m. What I needed, was to get out of this fucking hotel room.

“I’m sure I’ll think of something once we’re there.” I pointed the remote straight at the captain’s head and pulled the trigger. Thank God that was finally over.

She made a face at me. “You’re going to come?”

“I’m sorry. Is that a problem?” Not twelve hours ago she’d asked me to follow her into the bathroom to keep her company while she showered. Now seemed like an odd time to suddenly require some privacy.

Ava reached for the baseball cap hanging on the doorknob and strapped it over my head. “Not any more.” She pointed at the nightstand behind me. “Hey, grab those shades too, would ya? I really don’t feel like getting attacked by the paparazzi pre-shower and wearing my sweats.”

“You showered. I know. I was there, remember?” I slid on the shades anyway. I wasn’t in the mood for a morning mob either. I was no Blaise Nolan, but in lieu of Finding Nolan’s front man, people seemed to be happy to settle for the lowly bass player in a heartbeat.

“Um, that shower was ages ago. Do you know how much I’ve sweat in the meantime?” She led the way out the door, in spite of her apparent nastiness.

“Gross. I know we’re close Ava, but I do not need to hear about your sweaty sex with Blaise.” I reached for my wallet and room key on the way out.

“Ew! I went for a run this morning, you jackass! For the record, I don’t have unattractive, sweaty sex. I do it all nice and pretty like…you know, the way they do it in the movies. All sensual and magical.”

I nodded, even though she had her back to me. “Yeah, I hear that all the time about hetero sex. How magical it is.” Ava turned her head briefly and acknowledged the sarcasm with a dramatic eye roll and her standard half-smirk, but didn’t bother to respond. We’d had the hetero sex talk plenty of times before in the past. She knew where I stood with it. Preferably at a safe distance where I could pretend it didn’t exist.

Vaginas didn’t scare me exactly. I mean, they seemed innocent enough, and I could see the convenience of it all, one piece fitting into the other. But I’d taken sex ed. I’d seen that sweet little flower chicks claimed they were sitting on morph into monsters big enough to spit out a watermelon on a moment’s notice. Don’t tell me there isn’t something shady about that.

If straight dudes want to stick their dicks in there, I say do so at your own risk. Someday that beast may decide to swallow instead of spit, and then what the fuck are you going to do? Be fucking dickless, that’s what.

We were in the elevator going down to the lobby when I noticed Ava was still grinning.

“What?”

She chuckled before she answered, “You look nervous. Thinking about penis-eating vaginas again?”

“The thing drools blood, Ava! It’s clearly carnivorous.”

The mocking grin fell from her face. “Okay, now you’re just being disgusting. And you know I can’t keep up in below the belt verbal combat before I’ve had my coffee, so that was an entirely unfair attack.”

I jerked my brow in feigned shock. “What attack? It was merely an act of self-defense. You started it. And it will count. And we’re calling it a truce.”

“Fine.”

“Fine.”

ABOUT AUTHOR

Dog Lover who likes her pastries full of cream and sugar….oh…and I write some ;-)

Aside from being an author, I am also a mom to a beautiful 5 year old little girl. I tell everyone I named her after my great-grandmother (because that’s the mature answer), but really, I named her after my favorite princess – just so happens I got lucky and they had the same name…If I wasn’t a writer, I would work on a horse ranch – I’m an animal lover (in addition to dogs, horses are at the top of my list). I wear flip-flops pretty much everywhere I go. I would rather stay awake until 5 am than get up at 5 am (years of bar tending have left their mark), if I can, I’m going to the beach AND I will always be nice to people who bring me chocolate…or coffee…if you bring me both, I’ll probably love you forever.

A gypsy at heart, I write the way I live, following the story wherever it may lead, always ready to start the next one. This is clearly reflected in my body of work which to date includes everything from Children’s Lit to Thrillers.

I happily reside in sunny Florida (for now) and always enjoy hearing from fellow readers!!
