THIS JUST IN! I’ma doin’ comics for the all new MALIBU SURFSIDE NEWS…

Very excited about this one. Starting October 23rd (this Wednesday) I’ll be doing an EXCLUSIVE bi-weekly comic call “The Random Fireball” for the Malibu Surfside News. MSSN has been purchased by a great company from Chicago (my second home) and will be creating an awesome new paper. The new staff includes these smiling faces.

So, it’s a carrot (The OJ part), and it’s a race car driven by a Worm/Catapillar (Wormapillar). And that’s what happens when you get kids to a book store and feed them chocolate! BIG THANKS to Bank of Books!

When the 2014 KIA showed up at the pad, it seemed quite ordinary. A nice simple design in an elegant blue. But once in the car and “accidentally” flooring it, I realized that this was no sleeping giant, but a sleeper rocket. And despite my attempt to get Kathie excited, she still just wants to talk food. So… watch if you’re hungry.

• All new 5MINUTE DRIVE coming with the 2014 KIA Sorento EX AWD. Although not an aggressive design, this car hauls ass for an SUV. If a Mom gets a call from the Principal, then I’d want her to drive this thing… Also confirmed will be my guest Arnold York from The Malibu Times in 2 weeks for another episode.

• Meetings today for some upcoming show concepts! Starting an all new show next week. A test bed, but for now… and yes, you heard it here first… it’s MALIBU LIFE.

• Design for the T’s for Malibu Surf Shack is complete. You’ll only be able to get these exclusive shirts @ The Shack.

• Book Signing at BANK OF BOOKS this Saturday. Hope to see you guys there!!

• Just completed a deal with MALIBU SURFSIDE NEWS to do a new comic strip. It’s THE RANDOM FIREBALL… First comic premieres in the October 24th issue.

• Kathie is up to do more of THE OSTRICH. Keep your fingers crossed that she starts a farm! She’s also conformed for THE ELLEN DeGENERES SHOW for Christmas again. Top Secret, so don’t say a word!

• THE BIG BOOK OF WACKY STATES is getting the pages assembled. That means that along with the sketches, all the cool info is compiled to make the actual page. So cool…

• Looks like SEMA in Vegas is out for me this year, but we have peeps covering it, so you’ll see some of the coolest cars ever right here.
