This was my first fic I read by you. I remember getting a literal chill up my spine during the reading of night 2. (not a creepy chill, but a holy mother of god that’s the hottest thing I have ever read chill.)
Oh yay, that’s so great to hear!! Thank you!! :D :D :D

Honey, this fic is popular not just because it is porn, but because it is so smoking hot, you need firefighters on standby when you read it. That second night of the three? Holy God. ;)
You delicious thing. :)))))))

Are you writing something, SA????
Yes, but it’s not related to this! (Don’t worry!) Although… lol
You’ve just been informed that a murder is about to take place at your wedding. Do you...
a) Maintain your concentration and take the most direct route there in order to stop it…

b) Calmly and efficiently make your way through the crowd to see how you can help…

c) Gleefully skip out as if you’ve just heard the ice cream truck outside…

I think this shows their characters extremely well. Sherlock is focused on the problem and working on a solution even as he springs into action. John is in battle mode already, ready to take charge and take direction. And Mary? She’s all ‘Ooh, a nice killing, it’s been a while!’ And lest we say, yes well Sherlock thinks of murders as Christmas presents too, they all know at this point that Major Sholto is the intended victim. John’s good friend and possibly the most important guest at the wedding for him. Sherlock is not happy about that prospect. Mary is. Sherlock knows how Sholto’s death would affect John. Mary? What does it look like?

Oh yay, I’m so excited that you’re excited! :)))
The sequel to The Toy Soldier is now at 6,200 words. They’ve broken another piece of furniture. :)

beautifullyheeled tagged me in a thing where you list the first lines of your most recent 10 fics. I’ll just say as a disclaimer (lol) that my stories generally start on the slower side! Forgive me… :P
Martin taps the pen against his chin and thinks. (Always Through the Changing)John sighs. Sherlock is still lying on the sofa with his back to him. (The Toy Soldier, and yes, I know I cheated! Sorry!)
A is the azure of John’s eyes when he’s pleased with something, me, crinkling at the corners, pupils taking over too much of the blue, the azure of the late-autumn sky. (The Alphabet of Sherlock Holmes)
“You’re sure.” Sherlock stops in front of Mycroft and delivers a hard stare. (Collateral Damage, and yeah, I cheated again. Sorry again.)
It started about two months into his relationship with Mary. (Scars)
He knows the feeling of want. (Want)
Martin closes the magazine and puts it down on the kitchen table, trying not to sigh. (Having Your Cake)
Sherlock blinks and attempts to focus. (Anytime)
He knew it at Christmas. (The White Lotuses)
Lestrade sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose. (Blind Spot)
If you write, consider yourself tagged! :)
