So I seem to be in a bit of a mid-life crisis. That’s a thing. And it’s happening on top of, you...
So I seem to be in a bit of a mid-life crisis. That’s a thing. And it’s happening on top of, you know, 2020 in general. Global pandemic, BLM, my workplace blowing up in a giant PR nightmare, and then there’s me just questioning every single aspect of my life and feeling like I’ve failed at life in every possible way.
But then I remembered the thing I so frequently tell people in responses to fic comments: that writing Sherlock and John finally getting their shit together is basically my MO. So in a time when I feel like I don’t know what my purpose on this earth is, or that the universe even has any use for me, I realized that I can at least do this: serve that particular MO and start yet another journey for these two to find their way to each other at least.
This is a long way of saying I’ve started a new fic. 1,050 words in, but there’s lots more of it in my brain.
