this is actually important that John says we because it means like, yes ‘I’m so pissed off and you are nothing but a client to me now’ but there’s that little word that actually means a lot, that he literally says ‘me and sherlock, we, together, like we’ve always been before, before you, before I’ve deserved you, are going to decide.’
It’s actually pretty cute though, he’s like ‘I’ve got a loyal Sherlock who will be with me whatever happens’, like he totally ignores the fact that Sherlock’s left him alone, all by himself, for two goddamn years (well, it was for john’s good but anyway) and John trusts Sherlock against his own pergnant wife. I don’t know, man… This is important
This was one of my favourite moments in all three series. Pity John undid it later on. :/ This was so important. Mary should be frankly lucky that they’re even willing to take her on as a client after she shot and very nearly killed Sherlock! She belongs in prison. A little gratitude on her part wouldn’t have gone amiss, but attitude is all she’s got to offer, and that doesn’t change. She really is the only psychopath on the show, unable to see right from wrong. Her own agenda is her only concern. I wish they’d tossed her out on her arse here, but both Sherlock and John are too merciful for that. Sigh.

Writer problems: when you’re trying to write a book with chapters in alternating PsOV between your two protagonists and one of them (*glares at the Sherlock-like character*) just won’t stop doing stuff and dragging out his time in the spotlight, extending into two loooong chapters. Scuse you, we need to go back to the either guy now, kthanx!!
Although, that said, now chapter 5 is actually finished. Time for emotional chaos in chapter 6! Whee! :D

I love all of your questions and your enthusiasm (seriously, I’ll be relying on that down the road!!) but the questions are all a bit premature at this point! I have to write the thing first and then it will be time to start looking for a publisher. I’ve only just started looking at publishers and who publishes what and all that. For now I’m just focusing on the writing. :) But I will DEFINITELY keep everyone posted! If someone ever does want to publish this beastie, believe me, I’ll be here flailing and begging you all to buy and directing you as to exactly how to do so! :))))))

I've read every single one of your season 3 fix-it and I can't find any other good ones. Do have any s3 fix-it favorite fics you could recommend?
I’m sorry, I’m the wrongest person to ask - I almost never read anything because I basically spend all of my time writing my own! I also just prefer not to read other people’s stuff when I’m actively working on my own because I find it distracting, and I also don’t want to be influenced by something that someone else wrote. I’m sorry! I’m sure there are people around who do make recommendations, though! Good luck!
