Frodo

Another favorite literary character, the whole cast of characters really though, as they were all written really well and are memorable. Plus a case where the movies actually could at least come close to the books. And they did not try and stretch them out like they are doing with the current Hobbit films. A Lord of the Rings fan?

Dracula

As much as the current vampire tread annoys me, Dracula has been a staple in literature for decades. He has withstood the test of type more than any other vampire out there. With his origins claiming to have came from Vlad the Impaler, one will never truly know for sure though. Unless of course he really is out there and comes by for a visit. Cannot even begin to count the number of times he has been portrayed in some form of media either. A Dracula fan?

Crusty

Another popular one for all the doomsday folks is the Earth shifting around and causing the poles to change, the lands to move, basically mass chaos. Some even think the Earth will go back to a Pangea type landmass. Of course there would be no extinction, you just may fall in a hole or find you now live in another country. Better keep that passport handy.

Chipped

We all know of the pet chip. But what has been talked about for years could be coming one day soon for humans. A chip they stick inside us that can work as an ID, a credit card, a debit card, etc. Not to mention a tracker in case you ever get lost. Or in case big brother ever wants to find you. Are you going to be first in line to be chipped?

Oheka Castle

Who knew New York had its very own castle, I mean extra large house. It doesn't look very castle like. But it is on Long Island so I'm sure it has plenty of perks. Either way, Oheka Castle is defined as a castle and it is the most accessible one for visitors on Long Island. It was built during the Gilded Age of America. Ever seen it?

Another Great Batch

Pure love and suspicion cannot dwell together: at the door where the latter enters, the former makes its exit.

How is it that little children are so intelligent and men so stupid? It must be education that does it.

A person who doubts himself is like a man who would enlist in the ranks of his enemies and bear arms against himself. He makes his failure certain by himself being the first person to be convinced of it.

It is rare that one can see in a little boy the promise of a man, but one can almost always see in a little girl the threat of a woman.

Infatuated, half through conceit, half through love of my art, I achieve the impossible working as no one else ever works.

Robin Hood

The little guy and his merry band of men, struck a cord with all and has never let go. he's been done by everyone from Costner to Disney. With multiple movies, tv shows, stories, etc. Robin Hood has sure made out okay for himself. Heck, with all the royalties he should be able to feed the poor across the planet. Robin Hood is also said to be based off a real band of outlaws. Think there is any truth to that? Have a favorite Robin Hood version?
