So when will I be able to get part five on my nooooook? Any clue or does it go through smashwords and need time or whatever?

I am actually trying to go direct with B&N to make the process faster. They’re processing me though. I hope it’s out by Sunday, but that might be wishful thinking.

WARRIORS: I BRING THE FIRE PART V is now available on Amazon, Google Play, and Smashwords

When science meets Chaos, what could go wrong?

Bohdi Patel is keeping the revelation that he is Chaos incarnate a secret, and handling the revelation about as well as one would expect. He’s in a downward spiral: losing his lease, totaling his car, and trying to keep everyone he cares about at arm’s length.

Veterinarian Amy Lewis is wondering what happened to the funny, flirty, curious Bohdi she knew in the land of the Norns. He’s become moody and sometimes cruel. She is definitely glad she didn’t become romantically entangled with him … most of the time.

When tragedy strikes Amy’s beloved mutt Fenrir, and Odin strikes Bohdi’s best friend Steve, they have to work together again. Amy’s knowledge of science, Bohdi’s talents for theft, and both of their survival skills are put to the test. But more than Steve and Fenrir’s lives are at stake. Amy and Bohdi may unlock the key that saves mankind from the gods … or bring about the apocalypse.

Buy it on Amazon. Buy it on Google Play and Smashwords.

The First Part of I Bring the Fire is Still FREE on Amazon, Apple, Google, B&N, Kobo & Smashwords! Here’s the setup: When Amy prays for someone to help her, Loki isn’t who she had in mind. Loki can’t resist Amy’s summons, but he can insist she help him outwit Odin and give him dinner—not necessarily in that order. A hilarious blend of mythology, adventure, and dinosaurs with over 100 five-star reviews on Amazon.

What do you think of this blurb for Warriors?

“Characters exist in a flat line until we challenge them — sometimes they challenge themselves, sometimes they’re challenged by other people, by nature, by robots, or by fungal infections in and around one’s nether-country. Stories need conflict across the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual spectra. Accidents, betrayals, cataclysm, desperation, excess — these are the letters in the alphabet of conflict.”

"I have a deep belief in the power of story. I know that what we create filters up into wider media...."

I have a deep belief in the power of story. I know that what we create filters up into wider media. I know story can change the world. I’m also deeply motivated by my experience being dead broke poor, a place I never, ever want to be again. And I’m incredibly motivated by haters who say I can’t. By stats that say the game is rigged against me, by people who say I’m not good enough….

But I have to do the work. You have to do the work. You have to hack out the time. You have to believe. You have to get out of bed even when it all looks impossible, even when you’d rather dream than do.

Because at a certain point, the dreaming has to be over. Somebody has to do the work.

Spoiler:

It’s you.

Forever and ever, it’s you who must do the work. In whatever way you can. For as long as you can. Because this is a marathon, a game of attrition, and if you’re going to play, you must play.

I have this email that I recieve that lets me know about inexpensive and/or free books from certain sites and one of the books is 'I bring the fire'! I was hooked after reading the first page and I am excited to read more! Another thing that excites me i

Thank you for the fangirl moment. I’m so glad you like I Bring the Fire! A surprising number of professional writers also dabble, or have dabbled, in fanfic. Basically, it seems that if you’ve written het for at least three years, you either get published or self-publish. (There are advantages to both). I think it may be a little harder for people who write m/m fic (I think that with the abundance of m/m fanfic, people may be less likely to buy m/m, but not sure). Not sure at all about f/f fic—I think there may be a larger male audience for that?

I don’t make a lot of money yet, but every year I make a little more as my backlist gets a little longer. I hope it will be pocket change when I retire!
